I had an excellent experience at this Advance Auto Parts location, the kind of visit that leaves you genuinely appreciative of good customer service. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The shelves were well stocked, everything was clearly labeled, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt through clutter to find what I needed. It’s obvious the team takes pride in keeping the place in order.
The real standout of the visit, though, was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn’t just point me toward the aisle, they actually walked over with me, explained the differences between several products, and helped me choose the right one for my specific situation. You can tell they’ve helped a lot of people through a lot of repairs because they had a way of breaking things down that made it easy for anyone to understand.
They even gave some helpful pointers about installation, all without making me feel rushed or talked down to. It was the kind of above and beyond service you hope for but don’t always get, especially when dealing with car issues that can already be stressful.
Checkout was smooth and efficient, and the person at the counter double-checked my items to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything important. It’s a small gesture, but it shows they’re paying attention.
Overall, this Advance Auto Parts went well beyond expectations. Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean store, and a team that actually cares about helping customers solve problems instead of just ringing up sales. Definitely a five star experience and absolutely the place I’ll return to for future auto needs.

The online order can save some money. It socks that the same discounts don't apply to in store purchases.

last week I went over to Advance Auto Parts to get an in cabin air filter. I was helped by a gentleman, I believe he said his name was Cheyenne. He was so helpful. I went out to my car and spent about half hour working on installing the air filter, it's behind the glove compartment so it was a bit difficult. However, I had not realized that I had left the key turned in the ignition, but not on so it killed an already old battery. I went back into the store and Cheyenne was so helpful explaining the new battery and then went right outside and installed the new one in the rain. He was always so professional and friendly, never acted put out or aggravated that he was changing a battery in the rain. I was so grateful for his total professionalism and friendly demeanor. Oh and I loved the fact that he wore a kilt to work...LOL
I was in need of a battery and this location and right down the road from where I work. I went in and was greeted by a sales associate by the name of Gage. I told him I needed my battery tested and he tested for me. Confirmed I needed a new one and helped me pick the best choice for my car. As he installed my battery for me and engaged in conversation while still putting in my battery. I appericate the awesome customer service and conversation. Definitely gonna check out the artist he mentioned. Awesome guy! In need of help? Gage will definitely be that guy I'd recommend to help you.
I frequent this place pretty often. Staff is always super helpful and always asks if I need help with finding something (and I usually do). I bought some fog lights off Amazon and guess what they were wrong. The staff got me the right ones and had me out the door quickly with what I needed.
It has always been a good experience there. Great parts, prices are reasonable and the warranties are good. The staff seem knowledgeable as well. Do yourself a favor, buy carquest parts, not those cheap knock-offs from O'Reilly's.
Stopped in and bought some SEAFOAM for my car. I'm not having any issues, just using as an additive. Staff friendly, knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Parking lot clean. Store well stocked and orderly.
Been here in past, normally staff are very helpful. Not this time. Needed a fuse for blown stereo. Plan on knowing where your fuses are located, and what fuse you need before coming here, guy who waited on me was not helpful at all. Waste of time if you are not a guy or prepped with info that they should know, but are too lazy to care. Went across street to O'Reily, zero issues.
Great people! A very nice gentleman came out to Target and jumped my car for me and followed me back to the store to make sure we made it safe! That means SO much because I had noone to come help me. Rena was amazing! She got my battery ready for me before I arrived and put it in for me, she was so friendly and super sweet! Great customer service, above and beyond!
Top notch experience. Went in due to slow start on my truck. Checked alternator and battery. Turned out to be the battery. Had what I needed and found me a nice discount saving me some decent pocket change. Had it in withing minutes! Couldn't ask for better people, service, or prices. Cheers.
The manager is great the guy that works there is great let me borrow tools let me borrow some glue changed out my license plate light right there in the parking lot. Couldn't ask for a better customer service
Excellent customer service! This morning, my car gave me quite the saga to not only find the appropriate windshield wipers but also to install them. Each employee present this morning contributed to finding the product for me and helping with the tedious installation. Thank you for the team effort.
Some employee's are really nice and a couple of them just act I'll all the time and never smile , but the ones that are cool are really cool I'm going to leave it at that
1st off the employee Roy adds things to your order that you don't want and makes it sound good by telling you that you are getting the item for free because he took the amount off the original thing that you are purchasing. They really need to make their customers more aware of their return policy. Roy was very rude when we returned with the battery that we had purchased, but did not install. We realized we needed a starter instead of a battery.
