Very bad customer service they overcharging they mess up your vehicle so you can come back to them and spend more money with them. I will follow a lawsuit against this company. They must have my two vehicles.
I will not recommend anybody doing business with this guys. I brought my two vehicles to do service on them. They brought them back. They have an engine light on and the guy receipt. Do not do any more work from my vehicles because the review and I spent over $2000 with them they don’t appreciate anybody business. They already had very bad attitude. Very bad customer service.

I have a fleet and Blake takes excellent care of all of my vehicles, and treats my employees with respect. Blake provides intelligent options whether it be tires or services. I needed a tired so I Was recommended to this place by my son Joshua. Went there, voiced my need. First of all the customer service from start was great. My wait wasn't long at all. I was pleased with the used tired so I decided I would order my 4 new tires from them. They were honest&professional and didn't try to take advantage of me being a woman by coming out with a list of other things that they think you need done trying to get you to spend more money. So, let's just say once again I'm a satisfied customer of Craven Tire Service. So until I find fault, that's my new go-to for the servicing of my 2018 Elantra Hyundai 😉.
I would just be wary of this place or any mechanic especially if you are a younger woman! I am almost certain these guys jacked me for my tires on a new car with 15000 miles, at the time I was too naive to double check anything and said yes to the tire change! However they also said my alignment was off (on a brand new car??) which caused the wear in my tires, I ended up getting my alignment checked at the dealership and it was perfect so just be careful of any issue they bring up! I would say no to any services they try to offer! Definitely felt like a scam to get the new tires off my brand new car and I wish I had been more cautious, but thanks for the lesson learned I guess….
We brought our travel van in today for a clunking noise coming from the right front wheel. After the mechanic checked it out underneath, it turned out the tire needed rotation. They could have tried to sell us a new tire but said this could be done back home. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They charged us a minimal fee for the time they spent. We really appreciated their service. We were the right place at the right time. Thanks again!
I started going here just recently, i went for an oil change and for my car it’s normally expensive cause of the kind of oil i use but Craven Tires prices are super cheap. Not to mention everyone in there is so nice and helpful, i also needed new tires and everywhere else was trying to charge me so much but i went here and they were $400 CHEAPER!
The staff is very knowledgeable, and helpful with helping you with your automotive issues/needs. Went in with an issue a month ago, and Chuck and Blake got me taken care of in a fast, courteous manner. I have found the place for all my automotive needs.

I'm on vacation here in N.C 700 miles from the north and one of me sway bar links broke and was in a rush to find a repair shop and found craven on Google let me tell you I just didn't need a sway bar link I needed new struts and back sway bars also and found out i needed a brake hose repaired not what I expected but I'm glad they found out the issues so I had a safe drive home. Excellent work and speedy service from the team at craven thank you guys so much. And special thanks to Brent for the excellent service and to Kelly for giving me a ride back and forth from where I was staying. Much appreciated.

These amazing people actually care while working on your vehicle. When I lived in New Bern, they understood I was a trucker and would make sure my Dodge was secure during the week while they had it. They are fair.

Im so happy i found this place!!! Im from out of state and after going to several other shops that could not work on my car on the same day. I finally found craven auto repair and they were a life saver!! They showed me what my problem was and did a fix to tie me over since i had to order a specialty part. And they did not charge me an arm and a leg! Price was amazing!! I was able to drive back home safely. Staff was amazing. It was busy but i was happy to wait to get the work done same day. Highly recommend!!
These guys are done such a wonderful job with a new location, It's my first visit to this new Location and I have to say it's a one hundred percent improvement in comparison to the old location. But I can honestly say these guys are 100%. Professionals estimated. Time was forty five minutes I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. At almost every visit it seems to be these guys on top of their game. Absolutely beautiful waiting room., And a very friendly environment as well. The two young men on front maintain a very profession about themselves. These guys here have always set the standard for customer service and professionalism.
It is a good shop near my home for not only tire work but also. auto repair and maintenance work. They sell used tires also. I have purchased used tires once. They were ok. Decided to go for new tires whenever possible. Now I take my cars for repair and maintenance. Good place for oil change.

I took my car for state inspection. I was out of their premises with in an hour. Blake Frames, service manager and other staff are knowledgeable, courteous and quick in finding out what needs to be done.
I strongly recommend this place for your auto repair work.
