Never a good day when you have to go to a tow yard, but the owner is very helpful and positive! Fixed my bad mood. He also made sure I didn’t forget the easily forgotten items. Highly recommend.
my car run over the nail or metal hook( really don’t know what to said exactly)on the High way( construction all over) and i got flat tire. I called J & S tow . They came very fast and help me to fix the tire. They are very honest and reasonable price. Thanks J&S👍
This is by far the worst driver ever. If you were driving yesterday afternoon at 1:46 p.m., please do better. You are going to seriously hurt someone. If you are employed by this company they should consider you doing something else because driving is not for you. If you are on the road and see this truck BEWARE!
Not sure if the driver of a wrecker driving on Highway 11 and Hanrahan Rd in Ayden was trying to cause a wreck so he had some work to do, but based on their aggressive driving, I would not allow them to tow a vehicle.
If i could give them any lower than a one star i would. I was traveling down Hwy 17 right outside of Shallotte where i was ran completely off the road by the rollback in the picture in the wedsite . I call the number on the truck but of course no one answered.I guess he has no regards for people's safety.
Please update your website, it says your open from 8am to 1pm drove all the way there from selma to see the hours on the door say closed Saturday and Sunday. I could of called first but I should be able to look up a reliable website from an ongoing business.
I found it pretty ironic that a wrecker service drives this poorly, changing in/out of lanes and riding people’s bumpers while driving on congested I-40 during morning rush hour.
Punctual, good communication , helpful, polite, and fair priced. 5 star I had an awd jeep in a tight parking spot needing a tow to a shop. Good experience when things aren't going so good with a vehicle. Thank you Frank and J&S
I called Friday about 10 am stating one of your wreckers whom I was in another lane from. A rather large rock flew off the flat bed right into my windshield and took a few pieces of my windshield out. I called the company and was informed the boss would call me back shortly and still have not received any call backs.
We were looking for a vehicle trailer to pick up a car and bring it home to be work on ! It was a very nice service with the J&S Wrecker Service ! They have U Haul service , first come and first serve ! It was nice that they have the vehicle trailer and have other vehicle U Haul vehicle too !
Jim, knew I needed a place to store my car and he knew I couldn't afford it, however through the kindness of his heart he allowed me to keep it there until I had money to move it and only charged me a small portion of what was originally owed. I would recommend this place for wrecked vehicle moves because it was cheaper for my vehicle to be moved here and towed away than by anyone else.
