Great service from the staff but they couldn’t help me with a battery for my motorcycle.

Rocky start, however customer service was good and all needs were met

Most of these guys need some serious battery boot camp. I know at least two employees can't tell a Group 24 from a Group 31 battery even if it bit them, or quickly figure out that a 6V Trojan isn't a 12V starting battery (look for a brown case)! I asked for four 6V Trojans and the employee took me to teeny-tiny motorcycle batteries, thinking he'd found the right ones. No wonder businesses like Batteries Plus are getting zapped by Amazon - customers who know their stuff and don't have time for this kind of battery nonsense. Here I’m standing for 10mins and already have my core with new dual purpose marine battery sitting on the counter. How many customers does the owner want to loose?

This place is a joke. The worst experience possible. A week later no call and went to go see about my iPad screen. It was tucked away and never touched. I was advised by the owner of the store he does not know what happened and he can’t do anything else for me but take it to Greenville and have it ready in two days. I had to leave with a disappointed and wait until the next week. Do I get a call? Nope. I call. And lo and behold it’s done with the wrong phone number on file after I asked several times the day I was in. Sloppy.

I was able to get a new battery for my iPhone 12. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Will go back when I need to in the future!

We went there first and they took a long time with my watch and I left a screw out of it when they gave it back to me. I gave it back to them to put it back in. And they did not put it back in. They acted like they did. We took it to a real jeweler. And they left the battery out so we took it to the real jeweler. And he said that if we were to bring it to him first, he could have fixed it. But since we brought it to them first, they screwed it up to where I cannot use my watch. Do not go there

Website stated curbside pickup. Order stated curbside pick up... guess what they don't have, "curbside pickup." Also the address on the website is wrong, the GPS took me to Firehouse subs.

Employees are awesome and very apologetic. Will, the store manager leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered a key fob that was supposed to be here a few days later, 3 weeks later we find out manager never ordered it and will not return phone calls to explain why it is taking so long.

Totally a positive experience with the employees at the New Bern NC store. Online purchase and in store pickup was flawless. Duracell Auto battery quality continues to impress!

I was pointed to this location for a screen replacement on my S23 Ultra when the screen went black. I took it to them the same day as they were the only place to have my replacement screen In stock. After the tech Dylan worked on my phone he found the pins for the screen to the board came loose. After reconnecting it, the phone functioned like normal. They could have lied and made me pay $500 to fix my phone but they were honest and repaired it. I appreciate the honesty at this location.

Tried to replace iPhone battery. Was told to come back 2 days later and battery will be available. When I returned they asked if i had an appointment and they had no record of my visit. And that they could not replace my battery. Then gave me directions to the Ifixit Store. From now on Ifixit is my first choice for repairs. Battery’s Plus? Never again!

I’ve been into the Batteries Plus Store in New Bern on a couple of occasions. I am thoroughly pleased with the business, service and knowledgeable staff. A fine young man named Nez was helpful, professional, courteous and a pleasure to interact with during both purchases. Great place.

I did a simple phone screen replacement through T-Mobile on Aug 20 and was given. An appointment for here. I show up for the appointment and get deer and headlights. The guy says they don't have the screen. They have to order it will be a week. A week goes by and nothing. I call back and it says it's still not in. Here it is September 7th and I call and I am being told they can't even find it in the system and I have already been charged for the service back in Aug. Don't go here for phone repairs

I went here today to get a couple of deep cycle batteries for my RV and the service was second to none!!! The gentleman that helped me out was very kind and informative. I really appreciated the way he helped me out during the entire process. I will not go anywhere else for my battery needs. Thank you guys!

We went here today 4/29/24 at closing time to buy 2 jet ski batteries not realizing they had to fill and charge the batteries. The guy that was working still accommodated us and stayed after closing to do so. He was extremely nice and very helpful. We truly appreciate all of his help.

12/30/2023. I ordered a large motorcycle battery for my Harley online. I received confirmation of order and I received a notice it was ready for pick up. The battery had very good reviews and a good warranty. All this in less than 15 minutes. They understood customer service and were able to answer some technical questions I had. This was a great experience.

Best service I had had in years. Great price and battery in stock. I did not get the name of the young man who installed my car battery but he deserves a raise- both for his attitude and overall customer service.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra in to replace glass on both the front and back sides. My phone was functioning before and after the repair. Camera is great now that its not cracked anymore! They did a phenomenal job and it was less than 2 hours for the whole repair. I have gone here before for CR123A batteries before that are a great deal for a 20 pack. Great service and pricing by this store.

Good selection on batteries but bad warranties that don't cover anything and you'll lose your money. Not sure if they take care of the batteries.

I brought my iPhone 7 there for a screen replacement. They destroyed the phone. They said since I signed the work order agreement they hold no responsibility for breaking it. The phone was in working order when I dropped it off and they said later that it was not working with the broken screen. They said it would turn on with the new screen but the button would not work. I was not going to pay the $90 + for a broken phone so the tech put the broken screen back on with the button hanging out. It now is totally broken. The manager Josh was accommodating but had no power to do anything and just towed the company line. Since I was trading this phone into T-Mobile as part of an upgrade, It was better for me to just buy another 7 on eBay rather than deal with the owner and the hassle of fighting them. I'll never do business with them again.

Stopped in to pick up a watch battery the sales associate replaced the watch battery and informed us of all the special services they offered and the price was more than reasonable. Great prices on all kind of products well stocked not just a battery store !!! I highly recommend stopping in and looking around for batteries bulbs outdoor camera's and more. The associate was knowledgeable Curtious and Helpful!!! Great Job

Customer service was outstanding! Rep had no problem with being outside in the heat to help change out the battery in my vehicle. Battery was correct and everything was tested after the installation to make sure there were no more issues. Rep was also very sociable and carried on conversation the whole time we were outside, which was very nice, instead of standing in silence! Will definitely continue to go to this location for anymore of my needs that they can fulfill.

The people working are great however the actual fixing of the phone is not. I went in and just wanted the not broken screen on my phone pushed back in since it worked perfectly instead they just changed and put a whole new screen on and charged a good chunk of money and it works fine in the store but after getting in my car and getting about 5 mins down the road my phone is no longer responsive. I truly would have been better of keeping my old screen and fixing it myself than to spend that kind of money on a screen replacement that ended up not working at all. Meanwhile i have to wait til they open tomorrow to even attempt to resolve this problem....

Very good welcoming and professional service! Great selection of products (bulbs and batteries, as the store indicates). Came here to get a certain battery for my car key fob. They answer the phone pretty quick and answer any questions and concerns. Such a good variety of batteries and chargers! Bulbs and battery seekers: This is your store.

If you need a battery and these fine folks don't have it, you should probably reassess your technological prowess and update your gear. There are other items besides batteries, mostly gadgets that use batteries (clever!). I saw phone accessories and flashlights. You'll probably pay more than you would for comparable items elsewhere, but you don't have to hope that you're going to find the right battery here.

I recently purchased 4 deep cycle marine batteries on line. Got a 10% discount and picked them up at the New Bern, NC store. When I arrived, they had my order ready. Quickly processed my credit for the cores and loaded the new batteries in my truck. Took probably 10 min. Excellent service. Impressive. Highly recommended .
