Great thrift store! Prices are very reasonable and they get some cool stuff in! They put items out pretty frequently so there is always something new when I go. They don't have clothes but have a nice variety furniture, household items, and other items.

Cortland Reuse is a wonderful spot for sustainable, local shopping with a big selection of items. They also host engaging community events, making it a hub for eco-friendly living and connecting with others in the area.

Went looking for a specific item, but only had parts and pieces. However, when it appeared we were SOL, we asked an associate. Good thing! They had a, brand new, fully intact, item that we were looking for, in the backroom they had just received the night before! They have many items, from baby / infant items, to tools, and home decor! I will be returning, at some point in near future, to have a closer look at the home decor! ?

I go here more and more because every time I go there they have the coolest stuff and low price but you know how some thrift shops are strangely expensive this place is strangely inexpensive and it's awesome

My 4 stars is being generous because I love the community that makes this store possible. I think they need some help? Maybe some volunteers to help cleaning items, sorting ,organizing, etc. I'm a seasoned thrifter and have rummaged through a lot of questionable piles in my time. So if I'm reluctant to touch items and look through things at the shop, you know it's a little ew. The store needs the ceiling fixed and a good dehumidifier. The coffee mug I drink from every single day was found here! There are some great gems but I really have to be in the mood to dive into things here and that's a shame. (Also, on this most recent trip, I did put quite a few items back because the prices were too high for what the item was)

What a great place! Being a thrifter and knowing so many that are thrifters you can find quality finds here! I personally love their diversity in having all ages as volunteers! From students and senior citizens and all ages in between helping to REUSE and not fill our landfill. Keep up the awesome work!!!

This place is stellar! As a die-hard thrifter, I’ve noticed that in the last couple of years they seem to have really stepped up their game. I also love to see all of their humanitarian efforts within the local community and I can’t wait to visit their store again the next time I’m in town. They love what they do and it shows! Great job, Reuse!

Never again ? what a mess. This "store" smells so badly I was sick over it the whole walk through and the chaos they try to call a shopping experience is plain ridiculous. If this place is any kind of extension of the Ithaca reuse brand I am shocked. All of the clothing was piled stop each other on a table and nothing was very organized. The prices were too high for the quality of junk they put out and the staff seem to be literal children or elderly volunteers, both of which seemed completely overwhelmed. They had the audacity to ask for cash donations at the front. Absolutely gross, we will not be returning.

You have to really look through the merchandise here because there is hardly any organization at all ....in my opinion 50 % of the stuff here should be tossed in a dumpster. Sometimes you get lucky but very rarely do you find something that you're looking for

a beautiful space run by volunteers keeping the community alive. A queer space, constantly finding ways to help other small buisnesses in the city. They host small events, music, clubs, and workshops. This is a place that needs to be uplifted by its community to continue to grow!

Super nice people, so many little treasures, great prices if you’re willing to dig around. It’s a work in process but you can tell staff is constantly working to make your visit a good experience.

Cortland reuse used to be a place considered as an open environment, a space for creative, household and basic necessities of the people. Community was kept in mind as they offered prices affordable to all, and brought people of all financial means together. As of recent, prices have skyrocketed. I’ve been unable to get necessary goods at an affordable price. I love Cortland reuse so I’m sad to see the trajectory they seem to be on. The environment still lies friendly, but the markup of prices has driven away the people that i believed reuse was created for.

I work odd hours and got there after drop off time (4:00, showed up 8 minutes before closing actually) And they were extremely gracious in accepting the couch we donated. Super grateful for their help, great feeling to keep good stuff from going to the landfill! Thanks guys!

As a 34 year old geriatric woman I love trinkets, tchotchkes, knickknacks, and old furniture I can repurpose and this thrift store was a real treat. I'm not from the area and when I came in I was surprised to see the amount of thrifted treasures waiting to be admired. The prices are very fair and the male employee at the register (told me he was the boss) was very kind and friendly. If you come here make sure you get a cart or bring a boyfriend with you who will carry your finds around the store for you.

I love this place! It's a great resource for our community. As long as people make thoughtful donations (and not use as a free dumping ground) hopefully they can successfully continue their mission.

This place makes Goodwill stores look like a Macy's. Just visited the new store off of Homer Ave and it is disgusting.. The place is dingy and the smell of moldy stale air fills the store. As far as thrift stores go this is bottom of the barrel.. the store is a literal mess and the used stuff they sell makes you question what dumpster they pulled it from. To top it off there was one person running the entire dysfunctional store.

Shop the ReUse Center. They have just about everything you can imagine. I have gotten many items that I was able to fix up and use around my home. I have found that the prices are very reasonable. It is my go to place even when I am looking for something specific as well. Just ask the friendly and considerate staff on duty. You never know, they just might have exactly the treasure you're looking for. Don't forget to donate. They are more than happy to provide you with a form for tax purposes and it helps out our community. HAPPY SHOPPING!

Good selection and well organized. I like that they keep a stock of power and device cables organized in file cabinets by type, so you don't have to sift through them. The rest of the store is similarly well laid out. Worth checking out if you're into thrifting furniture, electronics, crafts, and kitchen appliances.

The manager Luke is awesome! If you have any questions about anything he'll have the answers!! Very knowledgeable human! Always enjoy going in, even if just for a conversation.

Cortland ReUse' s mission is to keep things out of the landfill. The store has a broad range of stuff, the prices are fair, and I only wish I lived close enough to stop in frequently. I spent more than I planned ( lol) but no regrets? if you're reading this, LEAVE SOME FOR ME! ??

The gentleman outside by the big doors was pleasant enough, and tried to help us find what we needed. Inside there was no one to help us, no one came when we rang the bell. We finally did find a lady to help us who was polite and cheerful. It's a thrift store, and they carry the household basics, no clothing! I may go back for some frames I liked but had no room for.

Store doesnt open on time, so be patient if you arrive at 10 and cant get in. Pretty cluttered store, long wait to cash out as nobody was at the register

I really love this place! It may not look like much at first glance but I have found more treasures for my first apartment here than anywhere else in Ithaca or Cortland - and I like the weird/odd/homemade. The prices are very reasonable and they give you access to the barn next door if you’re searching for something specific. More importantly, the proprietor and staff are wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. I will keep coming back here for sure ?
