Looked an item up on line and found they had 4 in stock in aisle M25. I drove 20 miles to get it. Of course when I arrive and went to aisle M25 no such item existed. After asking 3 people with little scanners and getting the same response of "don't believe anything you read on line" I realized no one in there actually gives a crap. Next time I need something and walmart is my only option I'll stay home and slam my head in a door it will be more enjoyable then dealing with them.
The food was of good quality. Prices were a little high, but understand the situation and I know that it is not your fault. Please lower the prices if the tarrifs drop and you get stuff cheaper. Most stores keep increasing prices and always have some excuse. Thank you.
Never go on the weekends....I went there on a Saturday and it was an obstacle course....I felt like I had defensive driving skills with a grocery cart when I left....
Scanned an item on my phone that came up less then what it was marked and when I brought it up to pay they tried arguing with me that they can’t match THEIR OWN online pricing and that it’s different because if I do the pick up AT THE STORE for the item for the price is came up as that it’d becoming from a factory and not the store I’m getting it at . Then he stormed off and I got it for the price THEY HAD MARKED AS I SHOULD WITHOUT AN ARGUMENT ?
Well t hay got a good selection of lots of various things.but I've put in for thier gift cards 100 times and got nothing.what do ya gotta do to get a gift card .comersal say people have even got another after getting first.its all is class action law suit m y ass thier not giving away nothing.pocketing it.
The card readers at ALL check outs are junk , I have a brand new debt card and yet to find one that actually works correctly , no problems using it at other merchants or gas stations , spend some money and upgrade your card readers.....
This is a smaller location with minimal options. Like most Walmarts, you can see people who work there but you can never get an answer on anything. You will hear the seemingly scripted, "I don't know, this isn't my section." (It must be part of training and considering politics, I don't even blame the staff). The restock game is super weak, too. I think I found something my size 5 years ago and never since. The same clothes have been on that shelf... even though the shelves have moved. I think they get their deliveries on Wednesdays, if you want first dibs. A lot of times you will see longer lines while more than 1/2 the registers are closed and about a dozen employees wandering aimlessly in the background. In general: It's clean enough. The staff is kind with one on one interactions. The self-checkout staff are friendly, funny, and helpful.
** Beware: There's an older man that wonders around the store who presses himself against women in the clothing sections. Approx 6ft, white, mid 60s, heavy set, full oval face with grey and white facial hair. Had black glasses frames and a tan coat.

Bought an oil filter and it started leaking a week after and I called and stated what was going on of course gotta take the old off and get the new won’t take just the box
Just giving a high five and many thanks to Michael and Diane in the Cortland Walmart cellphone section. Claude decided he wanted to upgrade his flip phone to a smartphone. Found one for $108, and they handle Verizon accounts. But for some reason, they couldn't get our Verizon account to accept the upgrade! Had to call two different tech and customer service people at Verizon, and jump through umpteen hoops... should not have been a problem, but took us almost 2 hours before the tech specialists could figure a way around the blockage! The cs rep on the phone from Verizon worked patiently with all of us, and finally got the number transferred from the flip phone to the new one. No idea why it wouldn't go through, but sure appreciate their patience and help! I've been known to gripe about Walmart in the past... but they were outstanding today. ?
Poor customer service the guy was swearing at me on the phone when I got connected to sporting goods for the 10th time in a row and then I was hung up on all for an inquiry on one product he didn't even take the time to tell me if there was something there he just said no we don't have that later on I went to the store and there was 10 items I was looking for available I think the management can use some thinking on the people they hire instead of just anyone off the streets not right to work in a public setting that kind of mental health behavior towards customers.
Wanted a jacket I found in the wrong home spot with no tag, exactly what i was looking for and was the exact size i needed and the last one left. I asked the clothing department girl to look it up and she did. But then she said the printer wasnt working and she couldnt make a tag (understandable), i thought, "no big deal they can search it at the register" because i still want it regardless of price. But she didnt give it back and put it under the counter saying "sorry" like I couldn't buy it without a tag. I know they can search it at the register and since she had the info on her zebra she could've given me the SKU or walked to the register with me and have them put it in. I was so shocked, she was acting like I would just assume its free at that point, and walk out or something.
Horrendous customer service. The troll who was called to service desk refused to honor the online price even after showing him the stores written policy for honoring the online price. He gave me quite the nasty attitude when I pointed out the price match policy right on the walmart app. No manager listed on receipt so will be figuring out where to complain to.
Went to shop around late morning during the week. It was not extremely busy and parking was great. The department signs were visible and easy to find. The layout was different than some Walmart stores but that is expected. The shelves were well stocked as it was earlier in the week. The front end associates were friendly and helpful.
Did an online order for pickup for 8 non-refrigerated things.(I hate going into Walmart)Been waiting a full hour. Now that its past the window of pickup I tried calling to tell them I no longer want said items and was told I'm next wait 2 minutes that was 10 minutes ago. This is ridiculous... ordered online for a quick and easy solution to my anxiety. Never again...
I have had nothing but problems with picking up orders. I would get here and wait and then another car would pull in and get there things before me. I also had some rude people and some nice people. Walmart pick up is suppose to be faster and it is not when we have to wait 30 plus minutes if not more.
Today was one of many days where I went to pick up my order and they had no spots. Only this time people were parked along the building and in spots that weren’t pick up because they didn’t have enough spots. And they allowed a lady to stand in a spot because their husband had to leave and come back. You should not get a spot if you aren’t in a car. And then there were people in pick up spots going inside the store. People had been waiting there for over an hour and multiple cars circling the pick up areas. Absolutely ridiculous. And they weren’t answering the phones. Voice mail box was full. Completely unacceptable
