Called them to see if they installed batteries. Told to just stop in. Freezing cold that day. Replaced it no problem and no complaints of it being so cold. Thank you.
This place is one of the slowest places around, can't find any help, give ya the wrong parts just to drive 40min back to exchange them. The manager needs to hire people or close the doors
I stopped into AutoZone with my 2016 Chevy Suburban to have my check engine light checked. The technician, Robert, was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue, it turned out to be related to the catalytic converter. He recommended a product called Cataclean Fuel and Exhaust, and after following the instructions on the bottle, my check engine light cleared!
AutoZone is always beyond helpful in situations like this. A huge thank you to Robert and the team for saving me an expensive trip to the auto shop!
Ordered parts was told they would call soon as they came in. Never got a call ended up going in almost a week later only to find they had been there for days. Other than that tho was satisfactory

Sold me 2 pack of LED color changing lights they worked for a day then just stopped working. 13 dollars a box. Thought maybe it was a fuse nope tried my old ones worked fine. Ordered cheaper brighter one from wal mart work great. Never buying from autozone again

The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have ordered through the phone and gone straight in for assistance. Either way, I've gotten what I needed, and they're always free to share tips and tricks. If they don't know, they'll look it up. The last time I went in, there was a new employee on the register, and he didn't know how to check me out with a prepaid order. The other employee was assisting another customer. The seasoned employee was generous and courteous with both the customer and the new employee. The new guy was feeling stressed and frazzled, but the other employee walked him through it in a way that was educational and skillful (without me standing there too long). That was a clear indication of leadership in the workplace, and I absolutely appreciate the style.
They staff help so much they'll explain things to you if you have questions they'll help figure it out and the workers are so nice like they are awesome
My wife went to get a single 1 quart or smaller bottle of power steering fluid. They person who sold her power steering fluid told her she needs 2 quarts for a SUV. She went for me because I'm disabled and prefer to agoid car rides. Now I need to return this extra bottle so the salesperson and manager how pathetic it is that they took advantage of a woman. I told her to go anywhere but AutoZone and now she knows why.

Trevor was awesome! He was able to replace my rear wiper arm in minutes after I had such a hard time trying to find one myself online and through other auto bodies. Next time I will straight to AutoZone for such things.
Very friendly staff. Helped changed the auxiliary battery in my pacifica. Very professional, even said bring battery back within 1 week to return the battery if not working properly. Will definitely be back for my next car care needs!

The guys here are terrific! Martin helped me with the correct headlight upgrade for my vehicle and even did the install. Everyone here is knowledgeable, polite and just great people. Handicap parking, load's of different items and everything is in stock. And better prices than Long Island, NY!! Definitely worth the trip!

Auto Zone in Cortland, NY has been very helpful to me. Louis was very professional and courteous. He tested my old battery and replaced it with the new one that I purchased. It was very busy at that time, and he made sure to acknowledge the waiting customers and thanked them for their patience. I definitely recommend this Auto Zone!

Guy behind the desk was nice, but mansplained purchasing coolant to me. I had done mechanics my whole life but talked down to me like I had no idea what was happening. I respect the want to help but it sucks when you are talked down too.
Matt P was quickly able to determine whether we needed to recharge or replace our battery. We needed to replace it so he looked up an appropriate battery for our make, model,and year of car. Matt replaced the battery for us and we were soon on our way. I had another question about our wipers which he also answered for me. Matt was knowledgeable, polite, and well spoken. I had a nightmare of a situation. Entire exhaust was shot and subsequently rotted off at the catalytic converter and dropped. These guys that work here....saints. One gentleman, Rob I believe, spent a lot of time on the phone with me piecing together an entire exhaust system. One part had to be ordered in, which was there in one day! Got there and Mark went back through and made sure I had everything. I had my 3 year old with me during this visit and he wandered around looking at things. They didn't mind at all. In fact, everyone was very friendly towards him. Great experience all the way around....definitely will be my go to place for parts from now on.
