The customer service here was beyond inept,so little help with an ordinary, run of the mill type question. I asked the counter assistant, or whatever he was supposed to be paid to do, if they had any non-synthetic gear oil,per manufacturer specs, and ,not that this matters, but I'm ASE Certified technician, your employee said VERBATIM!!" Well if we do it would be over on an island shelving rack". So I looked, as I did upon entering your establishment! Then I asked if he would look up the gear oil for Nissan specs and this is his reply, again VERBATIM!! I can't look it up because I don't have time,and my computer screen already has something on it!!. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!! Totally refused, I wasn't impatient, in a hurry ,or otherwise. I then said, thanks for all the help,told me have a nice day. I bought the product down the road at a freekin Walmart. Wow,who would have believed that a Walmart would have more capable and Efficient ,than an actual parts supplier. Buy your things from Walmart, NAPA, or a local store, di not buy sub par parts because you had to have them,these folks were a complete embarrassment to Advance Auto, well maybe that's how they are trained to treat the consumer!! # Advance Auto Sucks

Purchase headlights for my Dodge Durango person that works there help me put them in But realize they were the wrong ones could not return even though we didn't use them and he works there so I lost a hundred bucks went to AutoZone in need help me out 100% realize that was another wrong fit and had no problem in returning it right then and there and got my money back AutoZone is the place to go good employees friendly in Wellington open in and give advice

Guys behind the counter were eager to help but not pushy and didn't force me to buy when unsure of the correct part. They offer a wide selection of brands and were helpful.

Dude was in the bathroom a looooong time so it took a bit to get service and didn't have either of the 2 items i needed. A good clay bar and some bolts.

Always great service at Advance - they'll come out and take a look at your car if you have a question, are great at finding the right parts to fit your vehicle and are now a speedy UPS drop off location.....full service! Thank you

Came here a while back ago to get windshield washer fluid a very nice employee was able to check to see if I was low on windshield washer fluid in my car or if it was just frozen. He recommended the one that works with ice. Overall really friendly employees would recommend.

I came in there today to get a head light bulb. I'm a woman and I have no clue what im looking for. So I went to the register with a wrong bulb, and instead if the guy helping me find the right one he sent me back to the shelf to try to find the right one. Luckily I found the right one. I'm very irritated that he dint help me find the right bulb and there wasn't anyone else in the store and it's not like he was buisy. I thought he would of offered to put it in for me but he didn't even do that. Very disappointed. Will never go back to this store again.

The woman who helped me was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I asked her if she could help me put my windshield wipers on. She said yes. The other employee there was not so helpful. He asked the woman to help him out with something. She said yes if he would install my wipers. He said, "No." I thought he was joking, but after he decided to help the man that walked in 5 min after me test his battery, I was not happy. My wipers took him less than a minute to put on.

They had the part I needed. That's what's most important to me. The fact they were friendly and the store was neat and organized was a bonus! The prices are decent there.

The staff tries their best and they order in products I've needed for projects very quickly, but I've been shocked on how dirty the store is and the carpets look like they have never been cleaned. I was on hold and the recording told all the details about their cleaning to keep the consumer safe. I asked the employee if they owned a vacuum and he replied that the company won't buy them one. I've seen this store decline and it's just a shame. I'll gladly reconsider my review when the store turns around.

Very Polite! Very knowledgeable staff, compared to that of there competitor's. The staff was able to READ the computers on screen information to PROPERLY ANSWER my question and sell me the correct starter for my car. Thank you to the Store Manager at this specific location for hiring staff that can do the job they where hired to do and to the staff at this location for good work and a knowledgeable sale. Much appreciated 👍

Jason should be your store manager. He walked another employee through a return 4 times for us and was super nice, calm, respectful and knowledgeable. He also helped us find a few things in the store knew exactly what he was talking about. He is one of the best customers service employees I have had the pleasure of being helped by. My husband and I had a big conversation about how great he was after we left the store. He did a wonderful job and you are lucky to have him. If I was the owner I would want him running my stores.

This store had exactly what I was looking for... 100 pack of size Small black gloves. The employee on duty was pleasant. Always a nice visit at this store :)

Needed a intake manifold that I looked up prior to coming here and was supposed to be here. But the guy said he didn't have one. So I doubled checked and it was there he just didn't want to service me.... Laziness.

Was looking for a fuel line, parts guy said he couldn't find it so I went out to my truck and spent 10 minutes online and found the part I needed and had to read him the part number from the advance website. Pure laziness or obviously the job is to hard for him.

When I need a loan tool, or non-oem part I usually find the quality of parts inline with the price. 95% of are acceptable for OEM replacement. 5% usually made in China is garbage.

This is our go to auto parts store. They are always very helpful. Our go to person is Cory. He is always ready to problem solve any issue and get us what we need.

Hood people, they are happy to help find what you need. Shelves could be better organized but overall a good store.

Order online, get 20 percent off, and then pick up here. 99% of the time they have the parts and products I need. Friendly staff.

The guys here are awesome. Drove in with a broken alternator belt & no tools!! Corky not only installed the new belt but also helped me figure out that the power steering pump is shot!!

I was told the parts I ordered would be in on Sunday. I drove 30 miles to get them just to find out they don't get deliveries on Sunday.

I needed an odd battery for a high power flood light. No one had it in Cortland but them. Thanks!!! I do not shop much for car stuff but this place was very friendly and seemed like they had a huge inventory. Very easy in and out off Rte. 281. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Unlike like most auto stores, the staff is not pushy at all! I needed a dashcam, after feeling unsafe on the roads, and staff led me right to them and explained what he could about them. We were treated very nicely, but were not pushed to buy anything extra. Clean store, great selection, highly recommend!
