Never had any issues coming here, kind people, quick and easy. The only best around too. Thursdays are the days to come if you want a free dessert item, usually it's cookies that's the nice lady makes, they're very tasty too.
Today was my first time utilizing this redemption center. I was so pleased with everything! I was greeted at the door and the woman helped grab some bags so I could get my baby from the car, she was super nice and quick! Made this experience sooo much better than the other facility I used to use, glad I went here!!! And it smells better than the other place I used and had seating!
They used to be fast. Then they moved to the front building on the property, and now the people who deal with the cans move slowly. Despite their lightning-fast machine, they take longer than the place down on Port Watson St. I watch them slowly moving their arms, slowly, slowly pushing the cans. Why? I watch them waiting for ALL the cans to empty from one bag before opening the next. Why? Why wait? It's infuriating. I'd rather go some other place where they move faster.
I went there during bussiness hours 330 on a Friday. Also said they were open when I looked online get there closed. Very annoying and inconvenient. Don't close during hours your sup to be open. Not cool
The new location is extremely nice, clean, bright and a super fast counting machine for the cans and bottles. They moved to the front of the property in the corner of the building, the staff are very friendly
Dropped off 1106 this morning returned to collect by grandsons money got back $46.70 do the math it ain't rocket science won't go there again. Hand counted with my wife and myself 5 bags of 200 plus 16 plus 66 aluminum 24 32 oz plastic bottles. That's 172 nickels I didn't get back. A loss of $8.60 but for the recycling center a gain of 17.20 in Free money. Just stating facts not angry.
I have been coming here since they opened. The staff are friendly and pleasant and they built stuff that helps them complete the process faster. I was there today and they told me that they are moving into the bigger building in the front and they are getting more counting machines. I’m glad to see this business is doing well and that they are expanding. How exciting! 😀
We went here for the first time a couple months ago and we absolutely loved it!! The employees were awesome, friendly, and very polite. My husband and I decided that when it is time for us to return our cans and bottles that we will always go back here from here on out!! You can’t find a better place to go where your always treated like an actual person. So I highly recommend going here when you want to take back your cans and bottles 🙂
Very pleasant staff! Couldn't have been nicer. Quick and fast and easy service. 👌 very appreciative for this new business. No smelly facility. Accurate counting. Can't say enough about the awesome things that they did. Will be coming here more often!
New 5¢ bottle return place behind the old beer/bottle return. This new redemption store is great, complete with a rapid counter and very friendly staff!
