Went to have them test. My battery took him forever. Never showed me the reading said the battery was fine and I needed a new alternator. He was wrong. I went to mr. tire. Battery was dead, alternator was fine.

Great experience as always I purchased a cell phone holder for my truck from another location. Unfortunately it was defective looks like it came like that from the manufacturer. I brought it to this location and supplied them the original receipt, and I was given an even exchange as requested very good customer service, and knowledgeable.

Called the store on pomeroy street in cortland...asked for a air bag pouch for a lockout set....someone named jake and another guy decided to laugh at me and said no and continued laughing i quickly infomed them i could hear them i asked if he even knew what this item is he continued to laugh i informed him they should prolly know something about automotive and treat customers decently...one of many reasons i hate advanced auto

Usually have what I need and if not they can order it, some of the staff can be rude but that's any place you go.

I wouldn't even give a one star. Called to ask for parts for a brake job. The person on the phone who was difficult to understand,and was unable to comprehend what I was asking for. He became obnoxiously rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain it. When I called back and spoke with Sean the manager he attempted to defend his behavior and was rude as well. I will go to auto zone they were very professional on the phoneand were able to understand exactly what I was looking for. Even though it was a little more money I would rather buy from a professional.

They close extremely early, love the place but I needed full syn high mileage oil 5qt jug that was on sale for a great price (best oil on the market) but they only had it I'm the 1qt jugs not the 5qt jug, well normally, actually everytime, they would give me the same deal but I would just take 5 of the 1qt jugs instead of the 1 5qt jug, but this employee that I was dealing with was be very abrasive and said no. It just so happens tha tf I went back to the store today. And avian no 5qt jug of 10w 30 but the employee on today just said take 5 1qt jugs ok stead and he will give me the deal. Moral to the story, even though I showed up 9 minutes before you locked the doors for the night, still put on a smile and present good customer service, I didn't know it closed that early. Don be rude to me and tell me no to something that I've always been allowed to do simply because you have to stay 2 minutes later than you close. Your in retail, always be friendly and help the customer, not hinder them and be rude because of 2 tiny minutes. Good place though, just going to steer clear of that employee for now on!!

Want there to get a in line gas shutoff and they do not have one of any kind gas line gas felters air bereters a lot of things no shutoff

Checked out my charging system for free. Never tried to sell me what I didn't need. They installed the battery I purchased, no charge. Would recommend them for this type of work.

I've been to parts stores where I don't get the same service as the men. I've never had that problem here, not even the time I had to bring my baby. Everyone I've dealt with at this location has been helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. They've tested and charged my batteries, and tested my alternator, all for free. I've asked for repair advice, and the advice I got was good. They were also friendly. It's nice to have people laughing with you when you do something silly (like hook up a battery backwards because of misleading black conduit). If you do your own vehicle repairs, this is a great place to come.

Free battery and wiper installation. Sales clerks have computer program access to look up parts for almost any car assuring you get correct parts for your vehicle. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service given to each customer. Garages who order a lot receive discounted prices and free delivery. Competitive pricing and cheaper than dealership prices.

The employees had their buddies in visiting at the register holding up the line. Then the visitor backed right into me as he was to busy gosuping and joking with the emoyees. A very rude experience. They did have the item I needed.

At the Pomeroy Street store. Counter jockey couldn't find a spark plug by it's NGK name (specifically NGK BR8ES, a very common plug). Their own website showed they had them in stock; I left with nothing. Auto Zone found them just fine.

Always so very helpful and I commend them for the Veteran parking spot.

You can usually get some good help from the guys that work here, every once in a while the hire a dud though. Well kept place, and they usually always have what you need.
