Daughter away at school and thought she had a problem. Had it brought to Paul. Got on a video call and showed me there was in fact no problem. Explained to me how he checked everything so I could rest easy she wouldn’t have a problem. Just a great guy. I was so worried not being there to help, but thanks to Paul I know she is safe. Also know where to go if she ever does have a problem.
