Mandingo is hands down the best around. I’ve trusted him for years — from backyard mechanic to running his own towing business — and his work has always been honest, skilled, and dependable. You won’t find better service anywhere else.
I called on Sunday morning because I needed a toe And his price was affordable and low enough to where I didn't call anybody else, I just went with him and he was out to our house in about a 1/2 hour. He was friendly and pleasant.

I found myself in quite the bind one night—attempting a 3-point turn on a dark driveway, I didn’t see the culvert. My car ended up teetering on two wheels, dangerously close to tipping over. It was a stressful and scary situation. I couldn’t take my foot off the brake, but I also didn’t feel safe staying in the car.
Mandingo Towing answered immediately. Luis not only talked me through what to do while I waited, but also made safety the top priority—for me, my passengers, and the vehicle. The spot was incredibly tricky to access, but Luis handled it with absolute professionalism and calm. He approached the situation with care and confidence that instantly put us at ease.
Only after we were all safe, and the car was secure, did he let on just how precarious the situation had actually been—and even then, he did so with kindness and humor. It was clear he was just as relieved as we were.
I honestly can’t give Mandingo Towing enough stars to express my appreciation. Luis’s fast response, calm demeanor, and genuine concern turned what could have been a disaster into a story with a happy ending.

Amazing service! Super friendly, professional and amazing at its work. This guy saved my life. Gave me a super cheap price to tow my car all the way to Albany which was cheaper in the area. He delivered my car very carefully and dropped it iff like a pro. 100% recommended. He will not disappoint you and he will find a way to figure out your problem.
Luis was an angel. He came super fast and spent close to 2 hours pulling my car out of a ditch in 100 degree weather. He even unloaded my car from all the stuff I needed! Thank you Luis for your kindness, it will never be forgotten!
Luis is a miracle worker. I had a very bad situation with a stuck rental truck and happened to run into him. (God was smiling at me). With a great attitude and resourcefulness he was able to extract the truck and saved the day. I tried to give him $200 and he would only take half that.
Fuel pump failed in my Tahoe on the way home from work. Called them and they arrived within 20 minutes. Transported me to my house and was even able to roll the vehicle off the flatbed into my garage. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Will definitely call again in the future.
On an extremely icy and snowy night, he executed an incredible maneuver to pull my car from the ditch. Excellent service and very nice, even at 1:30am!
Poor customer service, the owner is not professional at all. The way he conducts himself is ridiculous, he’s a rip off too pricy and it’s a hassle to get your car back, do yourself a favor and use another tow truck service. Saved you a lot of money in the long run!
Was in a car with an unexpected flat tire and we were lucky that these folx were able to come help us fairly quickly. We waited ~35 min or so for them to get to the gas station we were stranded at the owner was quick in changing the tire and giving us great advice about what to do with the wheel. They speak Spanish too!
Great service. Picked me up and towed the car quickly and efficiently. Even dropped me off to the train. I Appreciate the fast and reliable service Louis provided.

Very professional and fast, took very good of my car, which is low and always gets scratched when being loaded. Luis made sure no scratching occurred, without me even mentioning that the tail pipes always drag. I highly recommend their services
Husband got a tow from these guys, lost the receipt. When I called to try to get a copy the owner was rude and hysterical. At first I couldn’t make out what he was saying (bad cell coverage) so I simply said “Excuse me?” He went ballistic. I truly said nothing else and after he started screaming at me I tried to explain that I hadn’t been able to hear him. In what universe is saying “Excuse me” rude? I guess New York. I’m sure it’s a high pressure business but who needs this kind of behavior?
Broke down with flat tire on trailer in Sunday night. They had a tire and rim in stock. Louis came out right away and got us on our way! Thank you! Small business with heart and all about service!
Wouldn't trust any business owner who cannot formulate a grammatically correct statement when corresponding with a client...and illegally blocks you into a parking spot.
The first snowy night of the season my car decides to die. Not only was Luis prompt professional and timely, he was friendly and willing to drive an hour out of his way to come and get me and drop me off where I needed to go. Not only that but they were the least expensive option around by far. Thank you so much for helping me and my time of need. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Our truck broke down at a gas station on the way home from vacation. We called roadside assistance but they couldn’t give us an estimate on when a tow would arrive. We started calling the closest towing companies and came across Mandingo. Luis arrived within 8 min of our call, waited with us until we had a ride to our hotel and dropped our truck off at the closest repair shop. He saved us from what could have been a very long night. 100% recommend.
Top notch towing service. My car died on the side of the road and Luis came to the rescue. I called and he was there within 15 minutes to tow my car to the closest dealer which was unfortunately an hour away. He was extremely professional and courteous, even drove me 15 minutes to the closest train station after dropping my car off late at night. If you are in need of a tow or any other emergency car service, I would highly recommend Mandingo towing, they are the best in town.
I am so grateful to have discovered Mandingo Towing yesterday!! They arrived to tow my car within 25 minutes (as promised) and delivered my car safely to the dealership. Luis (the owner) was very compassionate and professional, and even let me ride along for the 50 mile trip, which helped me to save the additional cost of an Uber. I really appreciated the quality service after getting the run-around from my insurance company all morning. I highly recommend Mandingo Towing!
Quick reliable service! I was stuck with my two babies and Mandingo towing came to the rescue after my insurance company left me stranded for five hours. I highly recommend and would use again if I ever was in trouble.
Great fast service. I got stuck on highway had to leave my car at service area unattended had a flight to catch. They picked up my car brought it back to my house even send me a picture to show me my car was back home. Great service. I highly recommend them
