Dee who helped me locate and order wiper blades for my vehicle also leant me a quarter from her person for some candy from the vending machine as I had a craving, but no change on me.
Without hesitation she offered money from her own pocket and even warned me of poor reviews of the white bubble gum flavor being odd. A personal anecdote about both of our Hyundai's being FWD in the snow made the conversation comfortably personal and casual.
All whilst handling multiple phone lines with grace and obvious professionalism.
Top notch customer service experience and I will be returning, not only to pick up my order (which she ALSO CALLED ME TO INFORM ARRIVED!!!!!) but for most of my local automotive needs.
Also, props to her coworker for bringing coffee in to share with staff.
A minor inventory discrepancy that ive been informed has already been looked into and rectified...thats what burned the 5th star.

**O’Reilly Auto Parts is a great new auto parts store in town. They seem to have everything you need, with fair prices and friendly, helpful service — you really can’t go wrong.
I stopped in looking for headliner tacks for my old 1994 Honda. The headliner was flapping in the breeze and shedding inside the car, and they had the perfect solution. For just $4.59, the problem was fixed — twist them in and suddenly the headliner looks great again!
Simple, affordable, and effective. Don’t they look good?**
Asst. Manager Andrew was great! He came out to our car to verify he couldn't actually replace the headlight, explained why, gave expected pricing, and suggested local garages. Will be back.
If you’re ever not sure which parts store to go to, just go to O’Reilly’s. To date, I have never walked out of that store still wondering where to go to find what I need. Also, they have the most chill, helpful, and organized staff I’ve ever met. Victoria was my savior during my last visit, she found exactly what I needed and I was out of there within 3 minutes. O’Reilly’s knows their stuff, actually wants to help you, and Victoria was a perfect representation of that.
If you have an older vehicle or newer vehicle doesn't right matter and you're having trouble finding a part, try giving these guys a jingle chances are they'll either have it or can order it. I've found parts here that dealerships say they don't carry anymore
Being as I grew up in Saugerties and currently live in Catskill, I recently went to O'Reilly in Hudson for the first time EVER. I was looking for touch up paint, obviously they didn't carry what I was looking for (Toyota, nobody has it). Then the dude behind the counter mentioned how they can custom order it for me, they will color code match it no problem. Well, I did just that. Not only was the price almost unbelievable (10 bucks each), but they told me it would probably take a few days. I was SHOCKED that only FOUR HOURS LATER I got a call telling me the paint was ready. It was quite a good first impression for me, and to say the service was TOP NOTCH would be an understatement. Thank you dudes at O'Reilly, keep it up! ?
Ran over hill and dale trying to find belts for my truck other stores could only come up with 1 or 2 or got the wrong ones and charged me up to 4 times as much O'Reilly had to order me them as well but in the end John and Tony got what I needed and saved me a bundle.John especially took extra time and effort cause he knew I had to come from the Mt top.so I wouldn't be wasting my time and gas . will use you guys again wish you had a store on the Mt top.
Guy named Seth works here. Awesome guy so helpful. Got me parts I needed ran a scan on my car and explained in detail what was going on and causes and possible fixes. Thank you all so much. Great place
I love this place, they never give me the wrong part like advanced. They also are cheaper then both advanced and auto zone and it's literally the same exact product. I needed a specific part for my car, advanced auto wanted $103 before tax and O'Reilly's had it for $73.00.

I had an excellent experience from the counter person Tony. This store has the most quality staff from an auto parts store that I’ve ever been too. Definitely come here
Seems like it might be a good place. My only experience so far was returning used oil for recycling. At first, the lady and man were pretty gruff, acting like they didn't want to take it and I was bothering them. There was no other customers in the store. Once I told them the oil was in containers and not leaking, they told me to bring it in. After that, they were super friendly and talked to me the whole time while I was dumping the oil in the bin.
I went in to buy a pair of rear rotors for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I gave the clerk the exact year, model, and trim of the car which I had parked outside.
He found that he had in stock a couple of different rotor models, in two different sizes.
He apologized and said the best he could do was to sell me both sizes ...
and I'd be able to return the rotors that are the wrong fit!
Tomorrow, I'll try Napa or Advanced Auto.
O'Reilly is a new thing to our area and I've always looked at it as an equivalent of AutoZone and the like.
While it seems like it would be that kind of store they seem to sell better products and always have what you need in stock, more so than the others.
I'm happy to have an O'Reilly store near me now they could insistently come through when the others do not.
Not very learned in there stock or in general knowledge of Auto parts! As also as certified Auto parts specialist I think they need much training. This corporation needs to hire knowledge sales people even though they are more costly than people dont know they are more than worth their money! Maybe they would like to hire me.???
I called for a lightbulb which needed to be replaced, One had blown. Not only did I purchase it there for much less than the local automotive shops but the boys came out and actually installed it for me. Even though that’s not part of their job. They were very helpful and very considerate. And I really appreciated all their help!! Thank you guys !
