I had a great experience buying a 2018 Toyota Sienna from Broadway Garage, even though I was purchasing from out of state. I found the van on Cars.com which led me to their website, and the “Text Us” option made it easy to get started. I worked with Karlee, who was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Most of the details were handled over text with a quick call to confirm a few things. Since I brought my own financing, I didn’t have to travel several hours to the dealership. They arranged shipping and delivered the van right to my front door. Everything arrived exactly as described. Highly recommend!

I inquired about two separate vehicles from this garage all in the same week and was abruptly answered right back about them both and asked all the right questions for what I really wanted for myself....I was then in the car I chose not even a week later their fast ans friendly service is too notch and I would recommend them to everyone...

When I was looking for my daughter’s first car, I called Karlee and asked if she had any small to mid-size SUV’s for sale. She immediately answered yes with several different make and models available. We visited Karlee that day and test drove two different vehicles, both which were ready to be test driven when we got there, and decided to purchase a 2009 Honda CRV. The vehicle was/is in very good condition and everything Karlee said she would do prior to the sale, she and Stockport Garage completed. The team at both places have been great to deal with, answering any and all questions. I would strongly recommend visiting Karlee when looking for your next used vehicle!

Broadway Garage made my buying a car the best experience ever. My credit isn't the best but Kelly and Karlee worked so hard on making sure I had a vehicle before Christmas. I'll start by saying that Broadway has a customer for life. As a first time buyer with average credit I didn't have much hope, or trust in dealerships.
After looking around with private sales and given the state of inflation I was at a loss and decided to take a chance as I have heard good things and they are a local business.
From the time I walked in the door and met Kelly I was greeted with nothing but friendliness and a willingness to help. I actually went in looking at some smaller Honda CR-Vs but I saw the 07 Toyota Tundra I ended up walking away with.
From finding a lender to driving my truck off the lot Kelly was absolutely amazing and made the process pretty much seamless, she even put the plates on my truck lol
I should also mention I put nothing down on my truck and all I did was pick it up and drive away. I have no reservations with telling anyone looking for a vehicle to stop here first, but if you see something you like call and setup an appointment asap because their inventory doesn't last.
Thanks again to everyone at Broadway Garage and a huge shoutout to Kelly. You guys have helped me more than you can imagine and I am wholeheartedly grateful and happy to be a customer.
Am a first time buyer and I got pushed around by other dealerships and my wife told me about broadway garage and I called and got Kelly she was so nice she got me approved and I got my car I definitely recommend new buyers to try broadway garage ask for Kelly ??????
TLDR at end, very long review but IMO well deserved.
I have bought 7 cars in my life. It is always such a hassle. You do research on the car you want, you reach out to dealers to find out if the car is available. My 2nd question is always, what is your document/dealer/convenience/etc fees please? Majority of places say oh you gotta come in and sit down with a sales person. No I don't, just give me this info. Or some places put up prices, tell you cheap fees, you show up and all of a sudden it's 2k-4k more.....

HOW REFRESHING!!!! Seriously, to get a straight answer on the first email. Plus their Fee is only $XX (really cheap). WTF??? That was cheapest I've ever seen in my life.
So As I go in I'm still a bit tentative cause of the bait and switch. I get there and both sales women are busy with people, which is fine. I take a seat and wait. 1 of the woman is helping a young lady and her mom. Sounds like a first car of the young lady. The sales person is giving actual sound advice for a first car. Yes X brand is nice but has high maint costs (not naming names here cause I'll probably offend someone who likes that brand, but based on my research and experience it's true what was said and I would give someone that same advice). You can get this nice newer x brand car, cheaper price, less miles, newer and it's known to last a really long time with low maint costs (again from my experience/research all true). It was like instead of going for the higher sale, actually giving sound advice on a first car. That's amazing IMO.
Then, I get up, not going through that process cause it's the normal test drive, I crawl under car and check everywhere etc etc etc.
They fixed 2 issues I saw, without any push back, that day for me (1 back seatbelt when pulled out looks like a dog had chewed on it, replaced. Front bumper 1 clip wasn't clipped)
Go to write up agreement on my Rav4 purchase, boom NO bait/switch, no extra fee's. Just what was listed in that original email. They literally have earned a customer for probably life. I have 2 kids coming up on driving age, and I know we will go there first for their first cars for sure.
TL:DR not like other dealers, up front, honest, great deals. Go check em out.
