I was in there tonight at 7:05 PM
Hudson, NY location.
Never Again. I'm was the only customer. Looking to grab an oil filter and possibly a couple batteries.
Asked him to validate a filter I grabbed off the shelf to ensure it was correct one. He did so on the computer with a puss on his face.
I asked him to check another version of a filter after he just left that screen.
Big sigh and roll of the eyes. I say, something wrong here? He quickly said "what else do you want?" and another groan. I said you know, what, I need nothing. Handed him back the filter and left. He couldn't have cared less.
I was going to ask him for 2 AGM batteries for by Duramax truck. I'd say that would have been $500 bucks total, easy.
I gave that business to Advance Auto up the road. And will continue to do so.
I don't expect a hand job when I buy a product, but good Lord. Miserable x 10.

Helpful. Helped find what up with an engine light. They were even able to print out a report for me.
Usually these sort of places tell you the code and that's about it.

I was looking for a quick way to replace wiper blades for a 2019 Subaru Imprezza without making an appointment with the dealer since my blades were already shredded. I started out at another auto parts store and it turns out they didn't even stock the replacement blade. So I drive a little further down the street and tried this place. They immediately went out to my car, removed the defective blade, and brought it into the store to make sure it was an exact match to the new one. The girl behind the counter grabbed a few adapters out of a drawer, went out to my car and replaced the old blades with new ones in minutes, and I was on my way!
I bought replacement wiper blades from Amazon but couldn’t install them on my BMW. By chance I mentioned this to Autozone staff. They immediately asked Laura, the store manager and “windshield wiper expert” to install them Even Though I Hadn’t Bought from Autozone. She was so nice and helpful; after a little struggle with the blades’ funky clips she got them on (and did them for my RAM too!) Very nice staff all around. They have earned a loyal customer!
Amazing customer service and everyone knew what they were talking about which is always nice in an auto parts store!! Laura the store manager was extremely helpful and amazing to talk to!! Definitely recommend this store
Friendly and helpful. They can USUALLY figure out what you with out an exact description. I am far from a car person and they still can decipher my "thing-a-majig that makes a thump" type questions.
After get out of the Hoffman Car Wash we are repaired for the Mercedes Benz new bumper black I brought louder horns cars or trucks It looks like Train Horn If I was Speed up then we are going Pass the cars Dodge Challenger.
Very knowledgeable staff. Some staff are more helpful then others the staff I had was very sarcastic and not energetic. Please be mindful that they are knowledgeable just not always friendly.
I always go into AutoZone for all my needs and today I went into AutoZone to get a light bulb for my car and the guy behind the register was on the phone with his buddies and when I asked about my car the light bulb I needed he just threw me a number usually I always get help they always come out they help me but he did not he was very rude and that's all I have to say I'll go to Napa from now on or advance Auto
Went there for a battery replacement and the young guy kept acting like he was annoyed huffing and puffing! Then another customer went and he did it again. I’ve never been there and had to deal with that. The attitude has to change!
I recently ordered a product to be delivered same day. It cost alot but was worth it or so I thought. Autozone doesn't do their own deliveries. Uber does it and not very well. When I complained the workers at Autozone had no idea about my delivery which went to wrong address which made me go out anyway to get part that I had to have to drive my truck with in the morning. The worst part I was still charged $17.12 for delivery I never got. Bad service.
My brother actually went here. I was shocked when he told me they didn't offer to test his battery. Especially when he had an issue with his alternator too. So he spent over $400. Not knowing what the heck was wrong with his truck. I have always used Carquest. They always help me figure out what is going on with my car. They change my wiper blades.
I had a fantastic experience here today. Brian went well above and beyond to help me with my car. His demeanor and customer service was friendly and quite genuine. I vehemently object to writing reviews, but I felt it necessary given my experience. Super satisfied.
Nice people very helpful. I bought a set of windshield wipers. I was not sure how to put them on. They were more than happy to put them on for me. A good variety of auto parts.
Called on a Saturday for a radiator for my Highlander, guy on the phone said it would be there by 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Got there at 9:15 guy at the counter said they don't get deliveries until 12:00 noon on the weekends. Went back home over half an hour drive, guy at store called me back at 10:15 and said the radiator had arrived. Terrible communication no one knows what's going on at what time, didn't cut me any break on the radiator due to misinformation and run around and waste of time and gas. Very bad experience.
I had the same experience. I was in the store and at checkout asked politely the staff person at the counter, where was his mask. His answer was "Probably in my car." with a smile on his face. I saw only one staff person with a mask.
My daughter and I went here yesterday. As my daughter was in the store she observed several employees not wearing masks. An older gentleman was walking in and forgot his mask and when he started back to his car the employees told him “ don’t worry, we don’t enforce wearing masks” Do they not realize that they wear masks for others safety, especially someone older, like this gentleman? I get that it’s hot and annoying but a little discomfort to help others and let life get back to normal as quickly as possible is not a lot to ask. We will not be shopping here again.
Every time I'm there, the staff is absolutely outstanding! And Erik always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has had a great shopping experience.
You really have to go here for knowledgeable people who know what they are talking about. And the prices? Lower than Napa, and Advanced Auto by 100%! A catylic converter for my jeep, priced with Napa and Advanced Auti was $350. Autozone price with the complete pipes and sensors $200, with a 15% discount.
I recommend AutoZone highly.

Always seem to be in sync with the customers needs. Ask for a particular part and they are knowledgeable of what you are looking for. Generally have what you want in stock. No need to go elsewhere.
Needed a battery for my 2015 Mazda 3. Walmart didn’t even have it listed in their catalog! AutoZone had it at what I think was a fair price and installed it the right way without any delay. Nice guys. I’m very pleased.
Fairly new to this auto parts store. Had everything I needed in stock. Good prices and knowledgeable staff. 10 percent military discount! Been a long time customer of a nearby rival franchise that seems to be spiralling downhill.
These guys are great. FREE bulb replacement with purchase of a bulb. Elissa just hot her tools and replaced my taillights. Simple as that. Saved me the hassle and the trip to the dealer.
Plenty of parking. Just a great place!!
