So, may G-d Bless this company. If your appointment is scheduled at 22:00 or after then broker probably lied to you and you would have to reschedule for next day starting from 17:00. Police is here, telling truckers parked next to the road to leave. That Pep Boys lot is real bad. If you go there, you'll be driving on curbs with both trailer and truck tires at the same time. Good luck finding parking here. If you go to turn around there real bad potholes there.

Once you get here, you will easily find 10 trucks in both line waiting on to get checked in Show up at least hour before your appointment or get stamped that you are late And get ready either if it’s snow or rain or windy no matter what you gotta walk about 1100 feet to drop the paperwork after that you gotta come back 1100 feet to your truck. Wait for a phone call. They will advise you from there. Check in and drop paperwork, Reckless things and after You will find there’s no restroom for drivers they will advise you 4 to 5 hours for unload Geez other than that OK to say Food truck like everyone said (hilarious

I came to this address 14 Elizabeth Dr, Chester, NY 10918, and I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment time. I came at 3 PM, and at 3 AM in the morning the security guard came and told me that this place only receives frozen loads, and he told me that I need to go to this address: 1 Elizabeth Dr, Chester, NY 10918. When I came to this address, they told me that the appointment time had already passed. They made me wait 24 hours. For drivers to understand, there must be a sign or something written at the first address. People here did not leave any note. Drivers who don’t know will wait and miss the appointment, especially those who are coming for the first time

The best good food on site

When pulling in, check with the guard and then park to the left where you’ll see other trucks parked at. Follow the walking path all the way to the driver check in and slip your paperwork into the door. Yes it’s a little bit of a walk, but a little walking after driving all day never hurt anyone. Once they give you a call for a door, get in your door and (from what I saw) you can either disconnect only your red line and have them put a lock on your glad hand, or you can disconnect completely from your trailer. I chose option 2 and my unloading went smoothly. Once unloaded they’ll call you when your paperwork is ready and if you’re leaving before 11 PM, take a right out of the yard and go around the building towards the gate. On property there is a (cash only) food truck owned by a really friendly dude. I got a cheesesteak and it was super super good! In terms of overnight parking- there is some parking along the street next to the gate. However under any circumstance do NOT turn around in the turnaround. The holes there are 4-6 inches deep and as you’ll see in other reviews people have gotten stuck in the mud there! When you exit the property back up instead of using the turnaround to get into a spot. Appt was at 18:00 Called for a door at 17:36 Green light at 18:50 Paperwork at 18:56 They are very very efficient here. Overall great place and I would love to drop off here again.

I give them 1 stars just cause the food truck guy Ted food is delicious and some of workers are nice but appointment time doesn't mean anything to them except if you're late then they're email your company to complain when they don't abide by themselves, they don't even try , your appointment can be at 9:30 and they don't call you until 1:00 am and will still have u sitting in the door another 2 hours just cause they can with no apologies no explanation just come get your paperwork and wear your vest

7/26/25 they will let you through the gates to park at 1400. Appointment at 1900. They have you park, sign your check-in slip, and have you take your BOL's the office which is next to dock 67. You drop it in the slot and they call you when they're ready for you to go to the dock. Docked by 1745, and completely done by 1835. They tell you to break you seal, open doors, slide your tandems, and disconnect. They will call you to pick up your paperwork when done. Very important make sure you wear your safety vest. No overnight parking permitted. There is a little bit of parking down the dead end road. They don't advise you to turn around. You can park over at pep boys since it's vacant now. Little tricky since it's not made for trucks.

Got in and out in a timely manner. Showed up after 2pm. Staged . Got phone call for dock. Dock follow their guidelines. Easy peasy. Out before my appointment time.

Very good to unload at. My appointment time was 20:00. Write your name and phone number on the bills, They will let you into the staging area at 14:00. After you get parked, walk you your bills to door 67 (Perishable products) drop them in the mail slot. Return to your truck. They start unloading at 18:00, I was called and assigned a door at 18:53, open your doors back in and unhook your airlines, I got a call at 19:51 telling me to come to the office for my paperwork, 58 minutes in the dock.

It's not a bad place, I've definitely seen worst. They get you in and out fairly quick.

This is a great place to deliver if you know what you're doing. I parked in the mud but found out later I didn't have to. I should have asked the guard first. Anyhow I got there around 1445 for a 1900 appointment. Didn't actually check in until 1550. Had a door by 1630 and out the gate with paperwork by 1732. Kudos ?

My only complaint is having to walk from staging to check in ? . I was in and out within 2 hrs. No parking inside only staging for a few hrs before appt. Parking outside is limited, use your best judgements. There's an older gentleman that runs a food truck inside by staging parking. Decent food and prices.

drivers like this they should put them to unload last ((( why ))) he drove to the office first drop his papers, skipping everybody who's walking to the office them he park, it not fair what they got the security camera for. ?

Delivery only appointment time. 1 hour or 30 mint before. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING 2 HOUR UNLOADING GOOD ?? SERVICE. FOOD TRUCK AVAILABLE

I wish y’all buddies down in jessup MD could get it together. Yal got it goin on. Yal saved me a lot of time and money. DO NOT DRIVE DOWN THAT ROAD THINKJNG YOU CAN TURN AROUND YOU WILL GET STUCK YOU EITHER HAVE TO BACK DOWN A VERY TIGHT ALLEY WAY OR YOU NEED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK. I’m pretty sure those tow trucks are making a killing almost everyday because there is still not a sign down there. The holes are deep enough to drown in. And it’s always wet.

Make left turn at stop ? sign at Elizabeth drive then make right turn at the drive way around 300 feet they start checking at 2:00pm but unloading little bit longer sometimes 2nd exit gate close at midnight 12:00am don’t make left turn turn at 2nd exit gate for street parking truck ? stuck in uneven ground make back up for street parking

Receiving starts at 18:00. I arrived at 13:00, dropped paperwork thru slot at 14:00, got call from receiving for door assignment at 17:30, got call when done at 18:30. To me that was awesome. What I wished is that they had a trash container to dispose all the bags left behind. I understand they can’t keep them all, but they should understand too that as drivers it is really difficult to dispose them. Overall it all went good.

Fist pank in the steet and go to the office with truck registration and pickup#. They give you a ticket park inside to wait for door #. They use your manuver area in front of doors for trailer parking, that make more dificult park in doors. It is a busy place, you have to come with time and pacience.

Arrived at 4pm for a 11pm appointment. Guard shack was decent. U r told to park n walk roughly 2 blocks or so within inside the lot drop iff ur bills in a slot. Make sure u write ur cell phone number clear...they will call u to assign a door and when u r done also. They will place ur bills in the back of ur trailer when done.They allow u to stay on the property to wait for the appointment. The unloaders get there at 4pm...start calling in trucks to dock at 5pm...I was called in at 9:30pm. Onced in a door they pretty quick. Out w bills on hand by 10:50pm. This was on a Saturday. No actual bathrooms. Potty by door 67. Enough room to maneuver urself around.

Checkin starts around 3 pm and they start to put you on door around 5 pm. First you checkin at entry gate. You should have seal or your own lock otherwise they gonna charge you 175 bucks. They gonna give us you paperwork to fill and after filling the paperwork you gonna drop in box near checkin office. Nd you have to wait in your truck for phonecall. Not too bad .

If you are coming here for the first time. There is no left turn signal for trucks. If you turn right, you will have to turn around on an uneven site without asphalt and come back! Now about how to unload: My delivery was scheduled for 07/24/21 at 21.00 . I checked in at 17.30. At 22.30 I received a call from the office and was told that my unloading would be tomorrow at 19.00. My shipment of Idaho yoghurts from the Chobani company. Not for the first time I notice that these yoghurts are unloaded in the last place !!!

This is my second time,Easy check in at guard sack,overnight parking available on outside park on side lot, walk to check in across the yard dock 67and slide bills into a mail slot. Wait to be called then back into dock. They ask you to wait until a certain time to open doors and back in completely, then disconnect and pull out from under trailer. Get a call when finished with bills in the trailer. Exit around the building .

Came from all the way from CA 3200 mile came 12.00noon with appointment 5pm they don't let you in at gaurd shack Lady pretty rude Said turn around come back 2hrs later the stagein. Lot was empty only 2truck was there I requested let me park here it's only 2hrs left but she said no turn around park on street and but there was no room on street I saw when I was coming in on my way then I asked her Ok give me 5 min she was pretty rude never seen that kind lady She said not even 5min. company policy I asked her call manager why the company order freight if thay don't let the truck park in yard the trucks are bringing your stuff. F....k policy. there is no room on street and no room to turn around back for delivery from street. The place she said to much must not good for truck park even not enough room for turn around stuck on muddy place my truck side fairing stuck on ground and broken there is no other option for turn around. . Don't came early like before 2pm even 5min. They don't let you park in and there is no room on street so even broker say go don't come my broker said go they will let you in but reality is different.

I arrived at C&S early in Chester NY about 8:30am 8/14 appointment was 21:00 that evening. I was able to get a 10hour reset then some. Checked In at security at 20:30 they gave me a door at 00.30. I was out 1:30am. Driver's your gonna be a while 2nd time I've been here same Results slow and there busy. They have parking but its limited at the end there's a circle (Muddy 1) to turn around in once you get empty you can stay in side parking lot if you run out of hours. They have a food truck on site closes at 11:30 PM opens at 7am. Have cash for that. Remember Driver's be safe we move the world

Wouldn't let me through the gate too early so I had to park on the street for a few hours. Once inside the gate in the staging area had to walk to receiving, wait an hour or so till I got a call for a door assignment, then back into the dock, but not open my doors till they came and told me to? then an hour or so later I got unloaded and left. My shift is shot so I'm sitting here in the staging area again. Oh well, could be worse.. the guy next to me has load problems as you can see in the picture.
