I needed a diagnostic done on my vehicle. Upon calling I was met with a welcoming voice. I believe his name was Chris. As a woman car shops can be intimidating yet I was comfortable and assisted with expectations set before I left. The car was done within a reasonable time and again the staff was awesome. The team over at Orange County Tire and Auto is exceptional from top to bottom. Mike Sr., Mike Jr., Jesse and the rest of the team treat you like one of their own. I know my cars are in great hands and that any service that is recommended is what I need no more and no less.

Courteous and quick oil change, tire rotation and reinspection. My only complaint is the didn't check the tire pressure when they rotated the tires. I've had other work done there previously and have been satisfied.

I have been using OC Tire for roughly 15 years to repair various Jeeps, a Toyota, and a Nissan. These are people you can trust and their work is reasonably priced. This shop is an asset to our community.

A++ service. My wife was on her way to NY for business from Boston and I got the dreaded call that she had a flat that couldn't be repaired. Jesse and the team at Orange County Tire allowed me to have a tire delivered there and they quickly installed it for her so she could make it home safely. Simply top notch service, and even better, true understanding for the time sensitive situation we were in. Can't recommend enough!

Amazing place! They do excellent work and are very professional! Customer service is excellent ! And most importantly they will give you their honest judgment on what needs to be done! No need to worry about walking in for an oil change and walking out with a new engine or transmission. Very honest and hardworking! The Team at Orange County Tire were friendly, and extremely accommodating, modifying my appointment time to fit my hectic schedule. Their mechanics worked seamlessly together, installing a complete set of Goodyear tires on my Wrangler quickly and professionally. Including the addition of a NYS inspection (they noticed was needed), I was on my way in under an hour. Well done!

This is the only service center I trust! Paul and his team have always been very honest and truthful with what my vehicle needs. I have been ripped off in the past by dealerships and other service centers, but I never have to worry about that happening at Orange County Tire. I drive an hour from Yonkers to get my car serviced and I do it gladly!!!

This is a down righr American Small town business, the friendliest, honest, professional garage . We have been coming here for 19years ,Paul and Jesse are personable and make you family . WE have entrusted them with our vehicles, so that means our lives, they care and the crew do a great job. We have never had any issues with our vehicles when we leave garage. My oldest son just started driving and I told him if you have an issue with your car call them right away! Waiting area is comfortable and they always find time to get your vehicle in asap. Wouldn't trust any other garage.

Purchased four tires and wheel alignment today. I had requested a quote on their website during the week and was contacted back in an hour. Spoke with Mike decided on the tires and setup the appointment. Upon showing up my car was taken right in and the work was done. There was no over selling for other items not related to the tires. Once the job was completed Jessie went over what I needed to do to receive my rebate. Pleasant experience I will definitely go back.

Pauly, Jesse and all the guys who work there are always courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fun. They are helpful. Great work ethic and fair pricing. I am very glad I found a local shop I can trust and will take care of my car the way any dealer would. They like donuts, too!!

I purchased my tires through goodyear's website and had them delivered there. Gentleman working the counter called to go over order and time and was very helpful. They also called during the tire install to let me know how things were going, plus gave a discount on the alignment. They didn't push any specific work to be done but let me know where things stood on the car. I didn't feel pressured like you might feel at other tire shops. They are fair in reasonable in price.

What a great experience! We stayed close by in Florida, NY and needed a tire changed on our travel trailer before hitting the road. They did it quickly... while we waited! Excellent service from friendly staff and owner.

Been going here for 5+ years, sincere and honest people. Had an issue was told it ciukd be $800.0p or $80.00. Owner called me and said $ 50.00...... Could have charged me the $800., what the heck do I know. I feel comfortable here and heard others say so too.

When my van broke down in Chester I had no idea where to have the tow truck driver take it. He suggested Orange County Tire and Auto Service so I took his advice and am so glad I did. The service is friendly, honest and outstanding. The facility is clean, well kept and everyone is very friendly, which says a lot to me. It's not always easy to find a good repair shop that knows how to treat it's customers .... Orange County Tire and Auto Service certainly sets the bar for high standards.

These guys are the best! They helped me select the perfect tires for my vehicle and installed them quickly and professionally. Paul, Jessie, and Pete were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Prices were great (better than anywhere else I looked) and the benefits from buying through them are even better. I'm completely satisfied with the service and products I received, and recommend them highly.
