Update 8/25 Had an issue with my Audi using excessive coolant. They replaced the water pump. 10 months later it occurred again. They evaluated the car, Bob advised the water pump was leaking, they replaced it as it was under the 12 month warranty. No charge for parts of labor ! I appreciate such an honest evaluation and solution ! Initial Review: Delighted with the service, had both our Audi A4, (out of warranty) and VW Golf R, (highly modified) serviced. Kyle was a pleasure to work, provided several phone calls with info and Ralph honored a phone quote for brakes/rotors that he provided 2 months ago. We took a chance due to the many positive reviews and experienced honest folks and professional service for ourselves. We will be back!

Years ago i had a 2013 Audi S5 with a bad transmission, Audi would not warranty the transmission so they were able to help me out with a Rebuilt transmission did a great job. Yet again they helped me out with a Headlight bulb replacement after I tried and couldnt get them in correctly. They are awesome and would recommend them to anyone who has a European Vehicle and needs help.

Ralph and his team are the best!! I have been brining my X5 to him for several years. He keeps her in top shape. Always honest and does not ever take advantage. I would not take my car anywhere else…. Especially to a dealer! Bob is always so friendly on the phone and works to accommodate my crazy schedule. They are all just great people beyond being amazing mechanics!!

Ralph was great. Had my vehicle towed there due to bad transmission. He got it in the next morning and I had a new(used) transmission in within days. Price was very fair.

Spoke with the owner Ralph about the engine on my Audi Q5 which overheated and preferred to replace it. Ralph was honest with the results and fair with the pricing upfront which helped in making my decisions. These guys were absolutely amazing. Called in and they got my car in right away compared to everywhere else telling me i had to wait 2-4 weeks and they had my car fixed within 2 days while everyone else said it would take weeks. These guys were fast and efficient and worked amazing with my aftermarket warranty. Couldnt of asked for anything better. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking or needing any work done!

l definitely will work with Ralph in the future. He is an honest person. I left my BMW car when the Drivetrain malfunction notification came on. He did a diagnostic and nothing came on. He did not charge me for this work. I highly recommend European Import Repair. The team is very professional!

Always easy to deal with and solid timely and reasonably priced work. Able to often get you in quick when in a jam. We have been bringing our cars here for many years and truly have nothing negative to say. I am very appreciative for them getting me in for a quick oil change when my schedule opened up for a few hours today. Solid guys all around. Ralph and Bob always nice. Much deserved 5 star review.

Went in with a CEL that another mechanic had problems diagnosing, but it was no problem for Ralph. He got me squared away in no time. I would not go anywhere else in Orange County for repairs on my M3. Ralph, who took my call, is knowledgeable, professional, knows BMW and was most interested in helping me not charging me an extraordinary amount of money. He sent technicians to my house to evaluate, and it was determined what needed to be done next. I had the repairs done last fall and it has been on my "to do list" to write this review. I highly recommend European Import Repair.

On more than one occasion, EIR has saved my day/ week. I'd been a dealer service guy for years, and had no reason to really look elsewhere... until I did. I've benefited greatly from their advice and their support, even when a service wasn't warranted. I've been in tight situations where some other shops would have (and tried) to take advantage of a situation, and even "exaggerated" (to put it lightly) the extent of a needed repair, to then have Ralph make time and even drop what he's doing to do the work himself. Nobody getting a repair or service on their vehicle is there because they want to be there. It is quite often an incredibly frustrating and vulnerable position to be in. This shop, these Folks, are honest, they are reasonable, and they are compassionate. They are a great asset.

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a repair shop. I needed two front tires...they are run-flats. One of the tires had no air...well it shredded before I could get to the shop. I called Ralph, told him what happened and asked for a tow referral. He replied, no need to pay for a tow, I will send my son with a spare wheel so you can drive to the shop!! 10 minutes later Danny cruised in, put on the wheel and off we went. NO ONE gives that kind of service anymore, NO ONE...but European Import Repair does. They then proceeded to replace the tires and a careful BMW quality alignment, just as though all of this was an everyday normal day. These guys are the real deal, professional, friendly, fairly priced, and committed to service. I am a customer for life now! Thanks again guys.

Stopped in to try and locate a part for my GMC truck which nobody seems to have. Ralph was very busy but took the time to assist me finding something in his shop and he did. Ralph, Knowing I would not be a customer still put my needs first. Automotive shops like European Import Repair are hard to find. I highly recommend these guys for all your automotive needs. Ralph was amazing. Was up in this area from North Carolina for a wedding when a hard brake line broke on my 97 M3. He was able to get me in and repaired very quickly so I can be back on the road. This is the best experience I have ever had at any mechanic shop. Everyone please use this shop for your European car needs!! Thank you Ralph.

On Friday I went for an oil service and a front brake replacement with rotors. I was in and out within 90 minutes. I have been servicing my BMW’s with them for over 4 years and they have yet to let me down in a anyway. They are honest and deliver as promised. I have always left with a smile on my face. I Highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants top notch maintenance done on their luxury vehicles.

The Porsche dealership charges $205 an hour for labor and all they are is glorified parts changers. I only take my Cayenne to the stealership for recalls at this point. Ralph and his crew are top notch. Before I purchased my SUV I visited the shop and asked a lot of questions. Michelle is awesome, we joke about how I have the longest lasting brakes, 142,000 so far on the original pair. I've also had my power steering pump replaced under warranty 3 times due to the part being defective. I had an exhaust put in and it came out perfect plus it sounds fantastic.

I’ve known Ralph since 2004 and then Michele later on, after my warrant ran out, he’s the only one I truly trusted with my vehicles to always give me a honest and fair price for whatever work I needed.
