Matt from Freeman’s was SO helpful when we were stranded on the highway with a young kiddo and dog. He changed our tire with our temporary spare, helped us determine what tire size to ask for, and gave us a recommendation on where to get a full replacement. Thank you Matt! You made the experience much less stressful and helped us out of a challenging situation. Highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately our car was roadside twice in a month. Both times we used AAA, and both times we were assigned this company to tow us. Mike towed us and he was phenomenal to say the least! He was prompt, informative, and professional. So thankful that this stressful situation was made a little easier with Mike's help.

They took a picture of my debit card and driver’s license (non-compliant with PCI standards) and when I asked why he was taking pictures “M” said, “I can take a picture of whatever I want”. When I continued asking him why he was taking pictures of my credit card he laughed at me. I then asked him if he would be deleting the picture and he said “when I feel like it!” After continued insistence for him to delete the picture he did, but only from his camera roll, not his deleted folder. When I insisted he delete the picture from his deleted folder he told me, “get out of my face!” and attempted to walk away. I continued to insist on him deleting this picture and he finally did.

Furthermore, they picked up my car after an accident and brought it to their storage yard instead of asking where we wanted it brought (an auto repair or auto body shop). After almost $600 in fees over 3 days with several questionable miscellaneous charges on the invoice, we got it off their yard.

Stay far away from this business. Taking pictures of credit cards is not done by any reputable business and the attitude exhibited by this employee was extremely unprofessional.

If you do have to use them, tell him to bring your car to your auto repair or auto body shop. Don’t fall for them telling you they can’t do that. It’s not true. Then, bring them to small claims court to fight the $125 recovery fee and $50 administrative fee they charge you, just like I am.

Very high quoted price for towing. Called around and just towed for half of what this company asked for

The profanity expressed today, at my business, was beyond acceptable at any level. You were kindly asked to move the vehicle forward, to allow our customers the ability to get into our parking lot. Again, our parking lot. Your extreme profanity was heard by children and families in our building. I would not recommend your company to no one. You provoked the man with your fowl language, who kindly asked you multiple times to move forward. Whether your job requires you to tow a vehicle, when your on someone's property, you are a guest regardless.

I had gotten into an accident in the middle of an intersection and thankfully, one of their two truck drivers was right there. He had gotten out, made sure the other person and I were okay, and began directing traffic around us. After the fact, I needed to get my totaled car released from their lot, and they made it quick and easy. Despite it being a car accident, I could not have asked for a better experience from Freeman’s Auto!

Our car got stuck on the highway, the front tire wedged under the car. So now the car can not move on it's own. We asked the driver to take the car to our mechanic's shop and we met him there. He just dropped the car in the middle of their driveway entrance and drove off. Now the people who work there and any customers will not be able to get in to the shops lot.

Mike was more than helpful hauling our car and family safely back home. It was cold, raining hard, and he helped to quickly resolve our stressful situation.

Very bad experience with company, one driver was very helpful, but on his own time.

The best towing service and I used them 4 time's and never had a issue AT ALL..

I broke down in Harriman State Park last week. JJ was very professional in towing me home, and also had great conversation on the ride! He went out of his way in getting me back to NJ which I really appreciated, and had very fair prices. He also gave me advice to fix some of the issues with my car so I had a better idea of what I needed. Will always use in the area in the future!

Incredible experience -- JJ was highly skilled and able to get our somewhat unwieldy cargo safely to our destination. Response was fast and as quoted. Would highly recommend JJ for any unique/fragile items and/or hauls needed.

They tow my car on a Saturday, I called on Sunday to ask if they were going to charge me while my car was at their location they said yes 65 dollars a day. So I said ok Im going to pick up my car now and they said they're closed on Sunday. How can you charge me on Sunday if you are not giving me the opportunity to get my car? they told me it's not their fault that I had an accident on the weekend.
The location where they had my car was a dump just an open truck parking lot in the middle of now where. when i when to pick up my car on Monday no one was in the office and i had to wait 5 hours to get my car back.

Tow truck driver was amazing, in a snow storm he did everything he could and more to help my daughter. Thank you very much. I MUST ADD TO THIS POST, THAT THIS COMPANY,THEIR TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAVED MY DAUGHTER LIFE. SHE CRIES TO THIS DAY WHEN SHE SPEAKS ABOUT THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WHO SAVED MY LIFE. THAT NIGHT I TOLD THIS DRIVER PLEASE HELP MY DAUGHTER SHE HAS BEEN FREEZING IN THE CAR SINCE 9 PM. IT WAS 5 AM. HE DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE, HE GOT TO MY BABY. I COULD NOT EVER THANK U ALL ENOUGH.

I called AAA and AAA assigned these people to me after I was auto-locked out of my car with keys in the car and car running in 15° weather
This company refused service leaving me stranded and is unacceptable and inhumane to leave a young woman in 15° weather after waiting for almost an hour
I give them one star because trust me I would not even give them a star is unacceptable service

An insult to injury when I called the office of this company the secretary was extremely rude and told me it was my fault
I Advice all not to use this company

After a terrible experience with lmr tow truck contacted Freemans and they were there in 10 minutes and very friendly thank you good customer service makes all the difference
