Great visit. These guys performed my 180K services and I immediately felt the difference in the vehicle’s idle… it’s very smooth. Hoping I can keep the car for another 100K miles with there help. These are the only local mechanics I trust.
Went back in January after my battery stopped holding a charge. They identified the issue as a bad negative terminal lead and fixed it same day.
All the Mechanics are very knowledgeable and provide great service! Mr. Andre the owner is truly a brilliant intelligent mechanic! What stood out most was their commitment to expedite the car repair process, understanding that every day my Honda civic was out of commission meant lost paid time away from my work.

I was so pleased with the service at Auto Village. They fixed my Miata’s air dams, diagnosed why my brake lights and check engine light came on and fixed everything for a very fair price.

My tire light went on one cold morning. When I called to make an asap appointment for that, I was told that I could bring the car in. I also needed an oil change, and they were able to fit that in as well. Bob would be proud that his shop continues to thrive:)

I'm not sure about their prices compared to others because I've only been here since I've moved to NY. But the two times I've been here the staff have always been very nice and have treated me very well. They have never made me feel stupid.
And they have also done more than what I have expected. Like putting my license plates on when I came in for my state inspection. Or fixing my car door when I came in for an oil change because it was making an awful sound after I got hit by a deer. So I'm definitely coming back. I really like them. They are very nice.
Took my car to Village auto the car sounds like it’s brand new like it just rolled off the assembly line price was below the actual quote. Andre drove me home. I had my car fixed in the same day. I thought it was gonna be 24 hours that the car had to be held I thought it was only gonna be one valve cover gasket leak to be fixed. Andre fix both of them. It blew my mind The service was top-notch, and the professional was incredible. I can’t wait to bring my motorcycle there. I don’t know if he works on motorcycle. I should’ve asked. They never steer you wrong (no pun intended) they are courteous, helpful diagnosing the issue and explaining in layman’s terms so you can understand the work they are doing. Very accommodating and reasonable prices would highly recommend.
For about 5 years now, I have driven past multiple auto repair shops on my way to Village Auto Works and I do so with the security in mind that I will get the best service here. Whenever I have my car serviced at Village Auto I leave knowing that the work was done by an excellent and competent mechanic and there were no surprises. There honest and knowledgeable mechanics, and I would highly recommend them if your interested in an a great and HONEST MECHANIC.
They provide good service. I took my car to other mecanics, but they couldn't check it for three days. This guys checked it the same day I took it. Since they had to order what the car needed, it was ready the next day.

I’ve always had good experiences at Village Auto Works. The work is good and the prices are fair. If I have an issue I feel I can drop by and, if it’s something small Andre will take care of it. If not, he’ll let me know what he thinks and schedules a convenient appointment. I was referred by a friend years ago and his shop is the only one I use since then.

I got a New York state inspection. I called in and they said they can take it in and immediately when I arrive. My car was in and out with a New York state inspection done.
Andre and his staff are fantastic. I had a problem with my car and needed brakes immediately. Andre despite only being open 1/2 day for New Year’s Eve day made room for me in their schedule.
Their prices are fair and customer service is top notch.

I cannot say enough about Village Auto Works, they really are one of the best auto shops I have ever experienced. We brought my father's 1931 Ford Model A there that has not been started since 1969 and Andre, Bob and co worked their magic. The car has literally been sitting for 52 years, but the crew at Village Auto Works got her back up and running! Hearing that car run for the first time since 1969 was a magical moment for my father and I. From start to finish, the experience was awesome. They are very professional, honest and talented and were also very reasonably priced. I am beyond happy and grateful for them and will continue to bring all of our vehicles to them in the future!
