Jay, was absolutely fantastic when I needed help. He showed up , was super professional, and handled everything with care and efficiency. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure my vehicle was secured properly without any scratches or issues, and even went the extra mile to [add a specific nice thing if you remember one, e.g., chat and keep things light during a stressful breakdown / drop me off safely / answer all my questions patiently]. In a situation that could've been really frustrating, Jay turned it around completely—he was friendly, courteous, and clearly knows his stuff. I felt taken care of the whole time. Thank you Jim-Bo! Despite having a small driveway, on a busy street and a dead battery and failed engine, he helped me to safely get my car home. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and this company. After nearly twenty-four inches of snow, Jim drove a flatbed truck all the way to our house, which is so remote that even the mailman does not come here. That alone was impressive, but the service went far beyond just showing up. Jim made sure the truck was warm ahead of time, knowing that I would be riding with him to the tire shop. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot, especially given the weather and how stressful the situation already was. From start to finish, he was extremely kind, calm, and professional. He drove the flatbed like an absolute pro and took great care loading and securing my car, which was in very bad condition. I never once felt rushed or uneasy. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure everything was handled safely. This company is fortunate to have someone like Jim representing them. Outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness in a situation that could have gone very differently. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service! My tow truck driver was Jim, he was very kind and informative. He had told me off the bat that the lug nuts I had on my car was no good due to the size and speed of my car, he informed me that he’s ran into issues with the same kind and it’s cost people more than the worth of the car. Great worker, he genuinely cares about the cars and folks he picks up!

After having a blowout on both van and trailer, I barely made it to my destination. Luckily I arrived and was able to unload the customers belongings into her storage unit. Then I went to get my phone and find a 24 hour roadside assist which I thought there'd be tons of to choose from. There's was, yet there wasn't. First off, I started this search around 11pm, its now 230am. Each place I called gave me one of two responses; 1) Sorry we don't do 24 hour roadside......yet, they answer the phone at 12am..... 2) You gotta buy the new tire from us. We won't put a tire on that you already have. Lol......and here's the kicker!!!!......and to purchase a new tire you have to call during business hours.... At some point throughout, I called Xtreme and left a voice-mail, which was returned very shortly thereafter. And in all honesty, I can't say enough to express my gratitude and appreciation for how pleasant and easy they made this ordeal. The night dispatcher listened to my story and said ok give me a second to get you a rate and eta. He came back on with a response to both that I was happy to hear and the driver arrived about 15 before the given eta and had my tire swapped out in under 10 minutes. I can't thank Xtreme enough for getting me back on the road. They are definitely a top notch service provider and I saycthat confidently as the owner of a interstate moving company. I've dealt with my fair share of 24 hour roadside service "techs", and Xtreme is my new number one. Thanks again guys. Drive safe and stay warm!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Starter had crashed at the Pilot TruckStop in Newburgh NY and wouldn't work at all. Pinny Xtreme Towing Company Owner had came and got me and towed me back to his Company. The Staff was Awesome not to mention VERY POLITE the entire time I was on his Property. Pinny was super Pleasant to deal with plus he allowed me to Sleep in my Truck that night waiting for the Mechanics to repair the Truck. Dillion went over and beyond the call of duty. He cleaned all of my Batteries and tested them twice along with my Starter to make sure that it was actually my Starter that wasn't working. When the new Starter arrived they immediately installed it and got me running again. Thank you Xtreme Towing and when I come back to NY and need someone to help me out again. I WILL BE calling your Company again.

I brake Don at an amazon facility in rock tavern ny and I called xtreme tow and they responded very quickly and the person towing was very helpful and a very nice guy and the price was ver decent thank you The tow guy asked for my phone to write this review. He later proceeded to charge me an additional $400 after once charged. Didn’t travel more than two miles and was charged close to $1000. I don’t recommend

Was passing through town and my car randomly started making issues (typical BMW😆). Called them because a friend from the area highly recommended them and I have to say I was not disappointed.
