I needed to buy affordable tires for a lease vehicle and the Cicero Pep Boys had just what I needed. They installed my tires in a timely manner and were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.
Great experience! Wonderful costumer service!!! They found an issue and made me aware even though I was only there for an inspection and issue found had nothing to do with the inspection. The ONLY feedback I have is to add a bathroom sign in the waiting room so people waiting know there is one available 😉 KEEP BEING 👍 GREAT!!!!! 🔧 🔨 🧰 🚗 🚘
The Cicero location is great , I've been twice now and they are quick and they don't try to upsell or pressure into services , the waiting area is decent, the bathroom is very far away but it's not that serious
They gave me an appointment quickly fitting me in close to end of day. Analyzed the problem quickly and resolved the issue at that time. I expected to have to return at a later date but they took care of my Carrigan there and then. I am so happy with the attention I received and for less money than I thought it would be. Thank you and I will be seeing you again.
They were so helpful with adding on new tires to a pre existing appointment, arranging the time for me so I could still have my services complete on the same day. Scheduling appointments both online and on the phone with them are easy and my service appts there have always been efficient and completed in a timely manner.

I stopped in for an oil change on my F-150.
My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived a few minutes early and was helped by Lucas, really nice guy. He set me up, took my keys and I went into their waiting room to let them do their thing.
Waiting room was clean, had the A/C going and made the wait comfortable.
My truck was done within 25 minutes and was happy to pay the cost! I will certainly be returning here for future car needs. Great spot! Thanks again, Lucas!
Cody and the team at Pep Boys are awesome! I called to schedule an appointment. He was able to get me scheduled for the same day and handled all of the needed service. I would definitely go back and will give them a call to handle our other vehicle needs.
I was greeted very kindly and was quoted 30-45 minutes for a state inspection. They had a TV which occupied my toddler, but they were patient when he ran around too. They finished in 30 minutes.
Was told I needed $2500 in repairs.Took my vehicle to another garage and was told my front end was tight and I did not need a used steering nuckel lol,outer tie rod, hub bearing and more.You have been warned.

Oil change and annual car inspection. Quick, pleasant, and easy to work with! They also were able to troubleshoot and address a noise I heard when turning. They were able to pinpoint the noise based on my vague description and then examined the area/part , explained the cause of the noise, alleviated any concerns, and confirmed the part was in working order without a need to replace anything at this time. Service technician, Dante, always provides great customer service!
Pep Boys was able to do my alignment after another shop couldn't. Price was comparable to other shops. Employees that I dealt with were polite and professional and answered all my questions. If I can't throw parts at a problem in my driveway this is where I take my vehicles to fix the issue.
5 stars isn’t enough for the service provided!! This place is wonderful. With weekends being such a busy time they were able to get me in and out for a break job within just a few hours!! Prices are reasonable but the service is what truly stands out! Cody at the front desk explains the process so well and keeps you updated along the way! I'm from NC, my dad lives here in Cicero. His 2021 GMC Sierra battery died. I use Pepboys in NC. Lucas was amazing, he said they were very busy and short staffed but was able to get the battery replaced same day. He even helped me open the key fobs when AAA wouldn't. Excellent customer service.
Pep Boys Cicero is always the best. Many repairs have cost much less than I thought they would cost. They make you feel like they’re looking out for you. Tyler is an excellent mechanic and the rest of the staff are great.
These guys were great. Took in my car for a tire repair, they were able to do it fast and affordable. They were nice and direct, 10/10 I 100% recommend going to them for whatever service they can provide you.

Pep Boys in Cicero is the only place I’ll take my car. Not because I’m a car fanatic or anything, quite the opposite in fact. I have never had a bad experience there, I’ve always driven away completely satisfied with the work done, and the entire staff is the most pleasant and helpful I’ve ever encountered. They’re attentive to the fact that I don’t really always know what my car needs and explain what they find in detail, and they take care to make sure anything that needs attention gets it.
I had my oil changed about a month ago at the dealership. They advised me that my front brakes were very thin and needed to be replaced. So, yesterday I went to Pep Boys to get the brakes done. After checking my brakes, they surprised me with the news that my brakes did NOT need replacing! That the pads were only half way worn.
I want to commend Pep Boys for their honesty and integrity. It is hard to find these days! Thanks again!
I went for a check engine light check. While not 'music to my ears' , Lucas took the time to help me understand my options, what things mean, potential cost, and outcomes. He was very friendly, helpful , and kind. I highly recommend. I still need to make some decisions about my vehicle, but, he did not pressure me into anything. That was the best part. Encouraging me to feel better about Pep Boys!
