Had a great experience at this AutoZone - they replaced my battery and tail light bulbs quickly and at no extra cost. John D was the technician who helped and he did a great job looking up compatible parts and getting everything installed.

Since they replaced the guy behind the parts counter with a woman with red hair and the worst attitude I have ever seen I’ve stopped going there and advised anyone I know just to avoid that store. If you hate your job that much and are that rude you should just quit. Buy from another Store brand altogether.

Came in for a headlight bulb replacement. It turned out that the light fixture was harder to get to on the passenger side for my Prius 2009 than I had anticipated. It required a lot of maneuvering of parts and I was almost ready to go to the dealer. Despite that, Ron really pushed through and did an amazing job! He also noticed that the wires for my light fixture were exposed and said that was causing some corrosion. So I bought some electrical tape there and he helped patch it up. Overall he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. It's people like him that really keep customers coming back, great service, very impressed. I can now drive safely and not be pulled over for missing a headlight. Thanks!!!

Went in this morning to return a wiper blade. Apparently the associate did not know how to do returns, and apologized and then asked the manager for help. He appeared to be too busy to assist as it sounded as if he needed to locate break lines for a customer, so I kept waiting while trying to keep my disabled daughter entertained. Then another associate came in and completed the transaction. I find it very disturbing that a customer who is waiting in the store is not as a priority as one who is on the phone. I believe management needs to review this policy and correct it, as word will get around about this poor customer service.

Called at 5:20 pm, sat on hold for 10 minutes, FINALLY someone picks up some guy who tell me to go to a diffrent parts store THATS CLOSED mind you. Then as I try to ask a diffrent question about what they might have in store, he HANGS UP ON ME MID SENTENCE. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL??

The pro parts guy Saturday. Didn't know what ignition points were. After we called Liverpool. Where they stated cicero had them. Cicero Pro guy said I'd go out to Liverpool. Asked to check inventory. Said he couldnt see liverpool. Guy was more concerned wirh shutting down and leaving then finding my parts. And that he'd have to special order them. Monday. So we drove out to Liverpool. Good guy knew who we were and showed us the saved order. Cicero had 2 in stock. So we burned an hour of our time round trip back to cicero for the parts we needed. Never again. Sticking to rock auto and United Auto Supply.

Taft rd location is horrible. I went there for pads rotors caliper a caliper bracket an all new bolts for everything. I called with all my part numbers to make it easy. I was immediately told I was wrong on my part numbers an the guy looked up what he said were the correct parts. I went to pick them up an started fixing my truck starting with a wheel bearing I got from online. I soon realized I had the wrong rotor which was a warranted replacement part(so they had the correct part number already) so went back to get proper part. Then I continued working to find out the pads (also warranty) were also wrong so back to the store I went. This continues for EVERY PART they gave me. 6 times I made trips back to store for correct parts. Every time I was then given the parts I asked for in the first place!!🤦🏼♂️ then on the 6 time I asked for them to pls deliver the parts as I was barrowing a car that was leaking tranny fluid an had no reverse (I know it isn’t there problem) hoping they would try to make good on having me make a million trips over 2 days. NOPE!! I get told they have no delivery trucks like I was stupid a didn’t see there trucks sitting in there driveway earlier the same day! That turned into u have to have a commercial account for us to deliver. I told them I was a business a this IS business truck a still got stone walled with no action taken to make this problem right. Absolutely horrible customer service! And wouldn’t u notice that when u gave me the parts an I returned the damaged one you’d have noticed the parts I gave you are waaaay heavier an bigger then what you are taking out of the box an giving to me??…..over all im disappointed because iv gone here for my parts for a long time now an will now just go to O’Reillys or rockauto.com for my parts an save a lot of time money an hassle!

Went to valvoline to get a headlight replaced and they didn’t have the bulb. Went to AutoZone and Danny and Tom were very helpful and funny. Will recommend to others and be back myself! Thanks, guys!

In all my time shopping for parts and price shopping every auto parts store, AutoZone in Cicero was remarkable Actually Jackson there was absolutely amazing. Helped me out from start to finish. Highly recommend this facility. Ask for Jackson when you go in. Definitely 5 stars.

Needed a new battery to prepare for winter. Called ahead to ensure that they would install it. Bought the battery and asked if they could test the charge on the old one. No problem. Old battery was indeed failing. Battery installed was $100 less than my garage wanted for an inferior, weaker battery. John the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. An overall great experience.

Without exaggeration my experience today with the AutoZone on Rt 11 in Cicero was above and beyond expectations. I went to see if a part was available after the Honda dealer told me theyd have to order it and walked away with the entire concern fixed. The kindest man behind the counter not only sold me the parts but provided advice I needed that solved my issue

I went to Autozone for a rear blinker bulb. I asked if they could replace it for me. Two employees (forgot to get their names), came outside and worked on it. Took about 15 minutes. They were very helpful.

Rude guy manager and guy employee. I asked for a package that was due for pickup that day. They proceeded to lie and say it wasn't there. The saving grace was the Woman employee she did her job and found it for me while they we're still giving me attitude. MAKE HER THE MANAGER!!!😕

James was so helpful. Helped me get the correct bulbs after I was sold the wrong ones at a different location. He ensured they were correct and then proceeded to to replace almost all of them for me. He gave up so much time to help me; definitely was not necessary but so kind and I left so appreciative.

This was the only auto parts store that could actually sell me a radiator for the car I was attempting to buy. Advance auto parts told me they had to park and when I bought it and walked out of the store I realized the radiator wasn’t the correct model and that they didn’t have it in stock and it would be a special order very frustrating for that place. NAPA was a special order O’Reilly‘s same thing sold me the wrong one very frustrating AutoZone gets 10 stars from me for being able to sell the right product and the best price and had it in stock thank you

Called 2 days in advance for various parts. Gentleman said that the parts were there. I go to pick up said parts and now one of them is missing. He says it's in Liverpool. I ask about a location that's closer to my home and he tells me that said location has the part I need. I pay for the part that I need to go get along with the parts that were there. I drive 30 minutes to the store by my home that's SUPPOSED TO HAVE the part. I go in and they say they don't have it. SO I call the store in Cicero asking why they'd tell me the part is at this store if it isn't and why they'd have me pay for it as well. The dudes response you ask? "Oh he didn't tell you it was in Oneida, he told you it was in Liverpool" to which I respond "No, he told me that besides Liverpool the Oneida location had one as well, I literally had someone with me who heard the same thing as I did". To correct the issue they are now sending the part I need to the Oneida store. They really thought I was going to drive all the way to Liverpool for it. THE AUDACITY!

I usually don't leave reviews for franchises but this Autozone just downright sucks. The sway bar end links broke in my car and I had to come here (only Autozone in Syracuse with it) for an emergency replacement since BMW was closed for the weekend. The rep helping me gave me the wrong part number and I only realized after getting home (15 minutes away). I called around 6:50PM asking if they could just stay open for just an extra 5 minutes since they did give me the wrong part after all. The manager on the phone told me no since they close at 7PM and there was nothing he can do about it. If he had a heart, I would've been able to repair it that night instead of having to wake up extra early to exchange it. I had a 5 hours road trip scheduled the next morning, thanks a lot.

Visited this store last night while getting close to closing time. I had purchased a part from a different store and in the process of installing, the part broke. I called the original store, and they did not have a replacement part available for sale. They called a couple of other local stores and found it here. I arrived and first found a set of tools for removal of the remaining broken part and then went to pay for both. The store manager came out to help me with my purchase. I asked him about the extractor kit that I had chosen and he gave me great information about it. When it came to the new part (which I fully expected to pay for, since I broke it during installation) he immediately warrantied the part without any hesitation. Definitely a very unexpected pleasant visit while trying to get my daughters car back on the road. THANK YOU!!!
