Very understanding and patient. JP and Kayla worked with me to get the issue corrected and it was! Ray did a thorough job and fixed my alignment issue and got me back in my car enjoying the drive again. Thanks to everyone!

I don't know where to start. Chris Farrell and the person who worked on my car were fantastic. They explained everything to me and even showed me what the problem was. I wish this Firestone was closer to my house because I never had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back at some point when it is convenient for me.

EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish, Kayla was the service advisor, and Raymond was the tech who performed the vehicle services. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that provides excellent customer service and is honest and fair! THANK YOU for providing that experience for me!

The pricing is high in my opinion but that’s what you get when you go to a corporate mechanic. The store manager did also adjust my bill after I had discussed it with an employee and made me pay more. Apparently there was an added part I wasn’t aware of and it made my price go up by $50. The employees are very helpful and kind but the store manager didn’t relay that information and it put a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll probably still come back.

Kayla answered the phone letting me know about the tire promotion the company was currently running and set up an appointment for me to get the work done on the next day. I was notified of the technicians' recommendations the following morning and shortly after was notified the vehicle had been completed. Kayla explained the tire promotion in great deal and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Kayla should be recognized for her excellent performance, as good help is hard to find.

I needed a brake job done in one day (Thursday) because my family was visiting from out of town and we wanted to go to Rochester the next day. My brakes started acting up on the way back from Alex Bay on Wednesday night. I checked around on the web that night and saw that Firestone (Cicero) might be able to check my brakes on Thursday. I stopped there Thursday morning and they said that they would check them out if I could leave the van. I called a couple of times in the morning to see if they got it in yet but they hadn’t. In early afternoon Kayla called me and told me I did need new brakes. I told her that I needed the van back that night because I was taking my grandkids to Rochester the next morning. I told her to do them. She called me again later to inform that I needed new calipers on the front because they had seized and were completely worn to the metal. It was then that she said that it may not be done by that night. She knew how disappointed I was and said that they would do what they could (since they had to order and pick up the parts). Well, at 6:30 Kayla called me and told me they would get it done and to come and get it at 7:00 (their closing time). When I got there at 6:50 they were still working. They finished at 7:15 (Kayla and the mechanic both continued working on it even though they were supposed to close at 7:00). I can’t thank them enough for putting in the extra effort to get the job done. Our trip to Rochester went off on time and the brakes are great. Thank you for a job well done and the professionalism and kindness you showed me.

It was an excellent service. Thank you!!! Keep up the great work. They provided quick service and answered questions as I had them. Recommend making an appointment by calling in, although I did use the app and followed up with them. Management explained that app availability isn't always accurate.

It's this brought my truck in to get work on.they was able to figure out why it was leaking coolant, and find the part for a 20 year old truck. were able to figure out what it was and fix for really cheap. No one wants sink a bunch of money into a twenty year old work truck.saved me money and got me back to making money with it.front desh was very professional.

I bring my Ford Escape to JP at this location for oil changes, brakes, NYS inspections and shocks. JP always accomodates my schedule, explains all work and pricing and does so with kindness and always a smile. In a world where customer service is severely lacking it nice knowing that I will receive great service and hospitality everytime.

Looking for 4 new tires for my 4runner. Website ensured I was looking at tires that fit my vehicle. Kayla got me scheduled immediately, tires in stock, dropped off that evening and picked up the following evening. Staff called as it was getting close to 7:00 pm to make sure I was coming and assured me he would be there til I got there. Toyota wanted to charge me $400 more for the same tires. What more can you ask for ?

Chris was very helpful when I called at lunchtime asking for a same-day appointment. He offered to get me in right away. When I said I couldn't get there until after work he said no problem. I needed tires and an alignment (replaced steering components at a friend's house the day before) and thought I might have to come back the next morning for the alignment since the tech was scheduled to leave before I could get there. Well, the tech stayed late to do my alignment! Definitely above and beyond for a Franchise store. Dedicated team at Cicero Firestone!

Had truck towed in for a starter replacement. I figured it would take some time due to no appointment. I gave it a couple of days and called to check on it. They said it would be ready the next day, when I called to see if it was ready they said the tech had to leave due to an emergency.. I sent a tow truck out to bring it to another shop. It was fixed in a few hours. I had brought my truck at this location for years for minor fixes and tires. Never again…….

JP went above and beyond to help us in a situation that we had with our vehicle. I talk to him numerous times on the phone, and he displayed professionalism, patience, expertise, and the upmost respect. His customer service skills are to be commended and recognized. he worked with us hand and hand throughout the whole process, trying to resolve our issues and when the solution was difficult to find, he kept looking. I hope his superiors recognize what he has to offer and keep him on as a team member, as well as giving him the recognition he deserves.

Been to this location 3-4 different times. Oil change, new tires (excellent deal), new wheel bearings, inspection. Excellent service and quality work every single time. They'll get you in on the same day, and they're open on Sundays. Not bothering with the other local garages anymore who will charge you through the roof!

The quality of service just keeps going down here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, after over an hour they finally said my vehicle is ready, I marked the tires because this has happened before, THEY DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES BUT SURE CHARGED ME. I later noticed they spilled oil all over my engine. Terrible, won't go there again.

I have never felt anything but comfortable and appreciated as a customer at this location. I keep coming back because not only do they take great care of my care, are quick and affordable, but they treat me like a person! Yesterday I tried to get my tire fixed at Burdick Toyota at Driver's Village - Toyota not only took 8 hours to bother looking at my car, made me late for work, and were very rude, they also quoted me $200 to take care of my tire. Chris at Firestone got my car right in, the people were quick and efficient (40 minutes!), and it was a $22 patch! Chris was friendly and helpful and answered all of my endless questions with zero condescension or anything - it was like he enjoyed teaching people about tires and helping to fit them with the right tire for them. I was asking about tires if I should move south, and without my even asking, he looked up and got me quotes for three different types of tires that would work well and were a lot more affordable than what I had seen online. THAT is customer service! I have not once been disappointed in the service provided at this location! Thank you!

I was greeted, verified my appointment, let me know the estimated time frame of my wait. As a women, I was not intimidated or talked down to, that's a big deal. I needed a cabin air filter, they didn't just tell me, hoping i'd just agree, they showed me. This is my second time using Firestone, I will continue. I appreciate the attitudes of the staff.. I heard the front end guys talk to the shop, they were positive, they were motivating, they were clear on the needs, it was refreshing to see how well they all worked together.

My car had a brake emergency. They got me in an hour before close. Unfortunately, their parts supplier was being difficult, but they compensated my time and having to leave my car overnight. I want to give a shout out to the store manager, KJ (I believe) and Dan for being so patient, accommodating and trying so hard to get the parts at the last minute. They were absolutely awesome and kept me informed the entire time. I thank you so much.

Great experience thanks to Adam and Darren. After being turned down at another tire facility, these gentlemen took care of me as a walk-in appointment to have my tire work done. To say the least I had a couple of special requests because of things that went wrong in the past when I’ve had my tire serviced at other places, these guys assured me everything would be taken care of and they came through in a timely fashion. What a great team they have over at fire stone in Cicero. I’ll be going back to see them in the spring to have the tires on my charger replaced because of this experience.
