I worked with Javon the sales representative, and Marcos is the manager and had a great experience. Easy from start to finish, highly recommend!

Really screwed my parents, quick to take their money but avoidant and lie about problems after the sale. Wouldn't hold up to their end of the deal as far as 30/60/90 day warranties. I wouldnt take a vehicle for free from these scammers.

I bought a used car here 3 years ago that only had 53,000 miles. The water pump broke after 6 months, but they fixed it under warranty. Was initially happy with my purchase, however, after a headgasket exploded recently and we traded it in, we saw that it had been in 2 car accidents prior to us buying it which was never mentioned to us. I guess we didn't outright ask, but it feels really shady that they weren't forthcoming with that kind of information, especially since we would have had follow up questions about damages and if everything was properly replaced after, such as air bags and seat belts, since these things basically need to be replaced after serious enough accidents. I am glad nothing bad happened while I owned the car, however, I likely would have chosen a different car had I been aware of the prior accidents and wonder if that somehow contributed to the other issues I had with the car throughout the 3 years. I am glad we did not choose DV again for our new car since this seems shady.

Was working with this dealership in an active deal for a truck we were in the works on picking up and finishing paper work and they sold it to someone else while we were in the active deal with them. Terrible experience

Meghan in service was wonderful. She greeted me immediately with a smile and got me set up for my service appointment. It was a great experience.

I worked with a salesperson Sam who was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and super helpful. He listened to my questions and followed up with me quickly. I recommend Sam Washington to anyone looking to buy a car.

I am not a person who leaves reviews often unless the service was above and beyond and I have to say the service ive received since I walked through the door Friday morning by Kayla Welch has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! As someone who works in retail and customer service so many People just go to work to do the job they were hired to do and just go through the motions, Kayla and manager Shakti both did everything in their power to give me the deal I needed and get me into the vehicle I wanted before our new baby comes later this month. I was absolutely blown away with the service and care provided! Ive been screwed over countless times on deals in the past with other dealerships this was such a breath of fresh air! Easy quick and just hands down an amazing experience im so excited to pick up my Jeep Cheerokee later and its all thanks to them!

I’m hesitant to write a review, as it’s my first ever, but mostly because I don’t want the word to get out and then it becomes too hard to get an appointment. Jason Muggle, the VW service advisor, has continuously been tops in communication, getting me in, and sending me home with the job done right. But, this time he truly deserves to be acknowledged for going the extra distance!!! I had prevented an accident by braking extra hard, but by doing so my car frame became damaged (that’s another conversation). My car was towed to Burdick. Jason found a loaner (Burdick does need to invest in more of these to make it easier for their employees to help more clients) for which I am incredibly grateful. Jason worked with our insurance, who denied the claim, basing it was a problem with the vehicle. We asked, and Jason pursued for us, the undercoating installer. In time, they agreed to cover a large portion of the repair. So, we are definitely pleased with the undercoat company standing behind their product and warranty! But, I am singing the praises for Jason Muggle and his dedication and follow through on our behalf. It’s great to have a pleasant car sales experience, but the most significant part is the relationship you have with the car service department. Jason represented VW better than one could hope for!

Made a appointment today for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation!! Have a 2024 Outlander with 23,598 miles on it!! This was my 3rd visit WITH THIS CAR had 1 other (Nightmare). One hour oil change turn into 2 hours. And they came and told me in waiting room was charging me $95 to just look at my tires and see what was causing it to fill like a dislocated joint when I turn the wheel. Didn't pay that!!

I planned to surprise my daughter with her first car on her 16th birthday. I agreed on a used car from drivers village. Then on the Saturday before her birthday they informed me the car could not pass inspection and they wont sell it to me as they would lose money having to fix it. I was furious, too late to find another car. The manager was very understanding and said the gm will make this right if I found a different car on their lot. I did and offered the retail value listed on the carfax. Fair market value is a bridge too far for them and they said no. So much for making things right after dropping the ball on my daughter's 16th birthday. Never again

I recently had my car stolen and was in desperate need for a vehicle. I am new to the Syracuse area (2 months) and have a career working with and helping individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. I was worried I would not be able to get to work or travel to my other sites I oversee to help provide them that care. I was nervous calling because you never know who is truly willing to help you, I was thinking that this would be a place that didn't care. From the second I inquired; I have never been treated with such kindness than I have from this dealership. It started with Lauren their online sales customer service agent. She was such a kind and compassionate person who put me at ease the second we spoke. She was the best rep I have ever dealt with to begin this process. I got put in touch with their manager Antonio who had me work with Ian their sales guy. I've never been treated so well from a dealership. They cared about me as a person, they cared about my career and what they could do to get me into a vehicle immediately so I could continue to help my new community. Ian and Antonio went above and beyond anything I imagined and within a few days they took care of me. Not only did I get a new vehicle, but I feel like I made a lasting friendship with all of them. I broke down in tears with how they treated me and ended up hugging them. Antonio and Ian were such good human beings and recognized the work I was doing to help my new community. I'm new here to Syracuse and didn't have many friends, they made me feel like I was family. For anyone looking for a new car this is the place to go. It was seamless, we communicated frequently, and the sales manager went out of his way to help me more when he didn't have to. This team and dealership are more than just a place you look for a car; they truly care about you. I will be forever grateful for how I was treated and the friendships I made. I cannot thank Lauren, Ian and Antonio enough for their kindness and peace of mind they gave me throughout this entire process. I implore anyone that wants to purchase from them to not hesitate for a second. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing experience. Going from of such a terrible ordeal with my car being stolen to getting into a brand-new car in a matter of days while seeing how compassionate they were I will never forget. You have a customer for life.

If you’re ready to finance a vehicle, Dustin Dutterer is your go to guy!! As a woman, walking into any dealership can feel intimidating if you don’t know your stuff. You never know if you’re being lied to or scammed. That wasn’t the case here! Dustin treated me like a friend. He never rushed me, was very down to earth, and took his time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at the right price. He made the process fun above all else! My new vehicle has been great and I was given top dollar for my trade. Dustin has reached out multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. I know he’s only a call away if I have any questions or concerns. I’m so glad I was able to work with him. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Dustin!!

Larry was awesome and helped me get back on the road the same day with a great car. I really appreciated his patience and help with securing a fantastic deal. If anyone is looking for a Volkswagen or Audi, look for Larry at Driver’s Village and he will help you get what you need and want possibly the same day.

Experience varies wildly depending on which dealership you are dealing with. The Warehouse was very low-key and friendly. Hyundai dealership however gave us bad information and didn't correct it until they had something extra to sell us. Very sketchy. Skip the other dealerships and go for the Warehouse.

On Friday, July 18th, I made an appointment to look at a vehicle that had just been listed on Driver's Villages website a day prior. When I arrived at the dealership, and spoke to someone, I was told the person my appointment was with was unavailable and that someone else would be helping me. The salesperson kept her distance, which I appreciated while I looked over the car to make sure it was accurately represented in the description (ie: no accidents, one owner, etc.) Once I had made my decision to move forward with the purchase, I first asked the salesperson if the vehicle came with two keys. She went away for about 10 minutes, then returned and informed me the vehicle did in fact come with two keys. After looking at the car a little more, I let her know I would like to move forward with the purchase and left a cash deposit so the car wouldn't be sold to someone else while I worked out the financing and insurance. I came back a week later to finalize everything and pick up the car. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, I was told the salesperson I worked with was off that day and that I would be working with someone else. I took care of all the paperwork and then he went to get the car. He was gone for around 40 minutes. While he was gone, I walked around the showroom floor and saw the vehicle I was purchasing in a roped off section for sold vehicles. I was standing looking at the car for about 20 minutes before he returned and said he would bring it outside. He got in, drove it through the back, and I went out front to take possession of the car. When he pulled up, he handed me a single key, and I said there were supposed to be two keys. Initially, he said no there is only one key. I told him that I had spoken with the other salesperson before and she assured me there were two keys. He seemed annoyed and went away for a couple of minutes then came back telling me there was only one key and to call back a couple of days later to see if they had found the second key. I foolishly left taking him at his word. Over the next three weeks, I texted both of the salespeople I had spoken with, as well as emailed them asking if they were able to find the second key. I never received any response at all. I finally called Driver's Village after about three or four weeks and spoke with a sales manager, Mark, who had let me know the salesperson I originally worked with is no longer employed at DV. (How convenient for them). He said he would investigate it and get back to me. I let a week go by, and he never got back to me so I called him again and this time he asked for the VIN of the vehicle they had sold me so he could find out about ordering another key. As soon as I was off the phone with him, I texted the VIN to the number he had requested and haven’t heard anything since. It’s now almost two months since my purchase and no second key. I was planning on waiting until they made things right to write this review, but I think I’ve waited long enough. The two stars I am giving Driver’s Village are for the price being fair, at least according to Kelly Blue Book, and for not pushing their extended warranties on me after my initial decline.

I went to drivers village buying center to see what they would offer for my 2020 GMC Box truck. I was recommended to go there by a friend because I was told they buy these types of trucks. The guy who helped me was Carson. He evaluated my truck and put a number of $8,000 on it. But he offered something called ACV auctions. Where they auction the vehicle for hopefully a better price. I asked him specifically “is it a guaranteed sale”? His answer was yes, the way it work is they get a number, and I have 24 hours to accept or decline the offer. I’m then paid and go on my way. So I decided to give this a try. 24 hours later I received a text message from DV saying “your auction on your truck has finished. We no longer want to purchase your truck”. So I immediately called confused on what was going on. Carson got on the phone and said yea my manager doesn’t want to buy the vehicle. And I replied with I thought this was a sale through the auction. What was the sale number that came back from the auction, he said he didn’t know because only his manager gets that information. And he doesn’t want to sit in the vehicle. I was legitimately lied too, I had to make two separate trips to DV with the truck to do the auction and I was told it would sell no matter what. To only be told later on that they didn’t want the truck and that they were buying it. When I explained to them that I was confused and what they had told me about the process was not the truth, Austin assured me he was talk to his manage (Owen) and get back to me and keep me in the loop. I haven’t heard from anyone since. These people are liars, inconsiderate to people. And as I told them, if they didn’t have any interest in the vehicle, that’s fine I understood but they shouldn’t be making people jump through hoops or even give out offers to only back out of them. Will not ever do business there again

Had a great sales experience, right up to delivery. Then we had it couple questions about items that seemed to be missing and it was crickets. We've made several phone calls, unanswered, and no return calls. We stopped in a couple times and were able to corner someone and get some lip service, but no follow up. Mind you my wife and my mother-in-law both bought brand new Pacificas, so this wasn't a small sale. The check engine light has been coming on in my mother-in-laws van and trying to get service has been a nightmare. First, they were 2 weeks out to even look at it. Then we made an appointment while she was out of town, and they apparently put it under the wrong name so they had no record of it. They kept it for 5 days before telling us they weren't going to work on it. They supposedly scheduled a new appointment for the next week, giving her a loaner, and then still called again to say they weren't going to be able to look at it. Not too mention, every time we went to the service department we were dealing with a different person. Turnover much?

It was pretty good! Went in for an oil change and inspection and possible tire rotation and was told I needed my wipers replaced soon so I had that done too. The jobs got done quicker than I expected which was great and I left with more ducks than I went in with. It was nice.

Yesterday I picked up my new 2025 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop that I purchased last Saturday. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kyle O and Matt G for the purchase of this new vehicle. I highly recommend you go see them at DV!

On 7/12/24 we had an appointment with Finance First to look at a used vehicle, a Nissan Frontier. We showed up for our appointment and directed to a sales person by the name of J***n. The Nissan Frontier was dirty inside and out. There was white paint splattered on the inside passenger rear door speaker. When we went to open the hood, the hood would not open. It took several minutes to get the hood to unlatch. Under the hood, the engine was covered in a sticky oily type material. It looked like the engine at one time had an oil leak, but we were told by the salesperson that the engine had been sprayed with a compound that was made to make the engine shine. We took the truck for a test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle with an extended warranty and the protection package that covered undercoating, ceramic coating and interior protection treatment and that the vehicle would be cleaned and detailed. I stated many times to the salesperson I did not want the process rushed, I wanted it done right. The salesperson told me they would have it the next day. The next day I received a text stating the vehicle was ready. When we showed up at Burdick we walked over to the vehicle and it was in the same unclean condition as when we left the day before. The outside was still dirty and the bed was still dirty. The paint was still on the inside of the passenger door. It had not been cleaned or detailed. When I opened the hood the engine was still dirty and the sticky substance all over the engine was not cleaned off. We asked for the salesperson's manager to come out and look at the vehicle. We showed him under the hood and dirty engine compartment. We showed him the dirty air filter, and the paint on the inside of the passenger door. Also in the interior after the rustproofing was done, a heavy wax was applied over all the hinges in different areas inside the vehicle but they did not clean off all the dirt and grease that was all over the doors before spraying. The manager took some photos of the vehicle and went to speak to someone about the condition of the vehicle and we were told that they were going have it cleaned. We told them we would be back the following Friday as those are my only days off to pick up the truck. On Friday we went to pick up the truck and our salesperson stated it was not cleaned again and that he did not understand how they could not have cleaned it. Again the manager came out and this time took the truck himself over to the detail center to have it cleaned. After being there for close to 2 hours the vehicle returned. Some of the excess wax had been wiped away but the dirt and grease was still under the wax. The paint was cleaned off the door. The vehicle never looked as if the ceramic coating was done on the outside; there was no shine to the vehicle. The air filter was still not changed. I was told by the salesperson that if we decided to purchase the vehicle they would change the air filter. Driving home after purchasing the vehicle, knocking noises were heard from the rear of the vehicle that were not there when we test drove it. The morning of the 20th I called Nissan service and set up an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. At that time I was also able to get down to see under the vehicle and realized that there was a great deal of overspray on the vehicle from the undercoating. On 8/2 the Frontier went in for service. The knocking noises were caused from the undercoating being sprayed on parts that needed to move freely. We asked about getting the overspray of the undercoating removed from the paint and was told we needed to see the salesperson we dealt with. We went to Finance First and we were told they were not going to do anything for us and that we nitpicked everything on the truck and that we drove it off the lot so it was our problem. Apparently when you spend over $40,000.00 on a vehicle, you are not entitled to it looking clean and detailed. Just want their money and push you out the door.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of my beloved 11 year old Honda Civic biting the dust. I looked at used care inventory at several dealerships and test drove at 2. I can say with confidence that I got the best value for my dollar here. I was able to get a newer car, with less miles for about the same as vehicles in worse shape elsewhere. Alex and his manager Joe were amazing to work with and went above and beyond every step of the way. Even when a small issue came up the next day, they were very responsive and helped me set up a service appointment as soon as possible. He also walked me through setting up my phone in the new vehicle and made sure i was familiar with new features. I would definitely work with both again. Honestly, the entire team there is awesome and very speedy. Having on-site DMV to take care of your old car and get your new one registered is awesome and takes so much stress off. If you're looking to get into a new to you car, definitely ask for Alex.

WORST Customer service ever, my husband and I were there to purchase a few trucks for our business. We walked around the lot, no one approached us, went into the building and still nothing... The 10-11 people "hanging out" or heads down playing on their phones were unaware we had walked in.. My husband and I proceeded to look around and wondered into the area of cars that were already sold, at that point a man inside a cars advised us we were in incorrect area and pointed to the barrier that we shouldn't have crossed (he was extremely polite) we thanked him and turned around to walk back towards the deak again.. We had decided to leave at that point. As we walked by the desk my husband asked the "people" that were standing around the desk if they were customers, A "30 something" MAN turned around and said "NO...Were better than that" as the young lady standing next to him giggled as she thought this was funny..... My husbands response, your customer service is absolutely terrible, you should be outside selling cars not inside where its warm... ZERO response from ANYONE !!! WHERE is the manager, there had to be at least one amongst the pack!!! As we left a young man asked if we needs help, we told him, Thank you, but we won't be buying from Drivers Village again. On the personal side we have purchased multiple vehicles from Chevy, Audi & Mecedes Benz. Business- MULTIPLE trucks every year since 2006.... Sorry Drivers Village you lost this Family and our Business...... Date/Time of our visit Saturday 2-24-2024. Around 2:30ish

It was so convenient to message someone to schedule a test drive. They replied right away. They were very accommodating. We arrived later in the day to test drive the Nissan Murano and the Rogue. We pulled up and both cars where sitting waiting for us. Took the Murano first what a wonderful drive love how it handled.A luxury vehicle just what we wanted for our future travels. Took the Rogue for a ride just as nice of a car. We decided on Murano. We weren't rushed on our decision. Ryan was very kind and patient answered all questions. We went back in 2 days signed all the papers,it was quick and easy .We got a fair trade on our car too.Ryan spent time with us showing all the features in the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. No pressure to buy. This is our second time from buying from Driver's Village. I foresee more car buying from them too. We took the long way home to really enjoy the car. Thank you, Ryan and thank you for the take of gas. 🚗

I am so thankful to the time and effort Jim Read put into getting our Jeep. The whole process from start to finish was super easy. He even assisted with the sale of our lease from a different dealer. Would definitely recommend Jim and the Burdick team to friends and family.

If you’re looking for a great sales experience, you can count on Shakti over at the used car warehouse!! He was able to get me in and out with my trade, and got me more for my truck to make the payments work for me! The thing I like most about Shakti is he doesn’t try to sell you anything more than what you’re looking for, which is great when you’re looking for a vehicle, no funny business, and absolutely no pressure! I’ve been to other dealers that call you non stop and try to pressure you into something. You won’t have that problem with Shakti! Thanks again for a great experience! I will be back!

I worked with Steven and he was so patient in answering every single question! He never pushed me and I got the exact Jeep I wanted. The paperwork was soo quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership! Will definitely head back here to lease again!! I also have been recommending so many people!

So I didn't think it would be possible to finance a nice vehicle- I kinda gave up hope after being denied by 2 other dealerships due to not having enough credit history, even though my score is good! Drivers village went above & beyond! They even took money off the sale price to get me approved. I'm so happy with my beautiful durango! Wouldn't have been possible without drivers village.

Tried to buy a Jeep, I kept calling they kept ignoring me. Not even a price issue. They just didn't call back after several calls. When I did reach someone, you know who you are, said they would call, but nothing. I got my Jeep elsewhere. However Aaron was great when I turned in my Buick lease. Maybe next time.
