Did a terrible job on a 2024 camaro. Rude as hell. They missed damage to the wheels. They claimed everything was aligned when the car wasn't aligned at all. The back end of the car was off 5 degrees and required 1000 more dollars to fix it. DO NOT BRINF YOUR CAR TO DRIVERS VILLAGE. DONT BUY CARS AT DRIVERS VILLAGE. TERRIBLE. And to think they wouldn't fix the issues I found afterwards. They gave me a car witha cracked passenger window stating the vehicle was fixed. Lol what a joke of a collision center

I dropped off my pickup on Monday the 5th. The front desk person was exceptional. She was able to answer my questions. This collision center was recommended to me by a retired body worker. The day I brought it into the shop they found more work would be necessary than the adjuster had identified. More parts would be needed. I was informed that afternoon and my insurance was contacted by the shop. I really liked that I was kept informed as it will now take longer to repair than the original 2 weeks. I did have to wait about a month before they had an opening.

I bought my car on October 15th 2023 from Hyundai at Drivers Village and after only having my car for 5 months I was sitting at a light and a lady come across and scratched and damaged my whole driver’s side front end and part of the side on the drivers side. called to make an appointment to bring my car over to the Collision Department at Drivers Village and they just told me to bring my car over no appointment was necessary. I went over there after calling the lady who hit me insurance company to get a claim number. They got me right in and took me outside to give me an estimate from what they could see and then set me up with a rental right there at Collision Department. They keep me updated on how my car was doing in the stages of being fixed. I had my car back within two weeks and everyone there was very helpful especially the Manager Dave. I would highly recommend if you need body work to bring it to them. My car looked great inside and out.

So I got rear ended, I went here to try to get the damages fixed on my rear bumper. Insurance covered the costs thankfully but the experience with this business sucked. Here is what happened. I bring my car in for repair, they tell me they will fix it no problem, gave me a rental and I thought it was all set. 2 weeks later when I go back, they try to tell me it’s all good. When I looked at my car, I could visibly see the new rear bumper they installed was not aligned exactly how it was before. I asked if they replaced the clips or just the bumper and they didn’t even replace the messed up clips that hold the bumper. I told them I wanted all new clips and was out of a car for another 2 weeks. On top of that, they removed my window rain visors and chrome delete I installed on my car promising to put it all back together. They had to remove this to access the bumper. When I returned for the 3rd time, I can visibly see that the double stick tape they used for the rain visors was popping off on the corners, that is not how I installed these. I brought it up to them and it seemed like they thought I was just trying to be a pain. The manager was extremely and hard to talk too. I have had these rain visors on my car for over 2+ years and no issues. About a month after, on the highway one of the rain visors ripped off tearing my chrome delete in the process. They 100% did not install these correctly, I had them for over 2 years and no issues. Burdick touches them and it lasts 1 month. The quality of work here is terrible. Now I am out about $150 for new rain guards, and about $30 for new chrome delete vinyl to try to repair the mess Burdick left me and my car with. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I GOT REAR ENDED SITTING AT A RED LIGHT. It wasn’t even my fault and I have to deal with the pain and burden of all of this. I will never go back here again, terrible service and terrible job done. If I could give it a 0/5 star I would, they are terrible.

I had a great experience at the Burdick Collision Center. Elaine was incredibly helpful and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend working with her and Burdick!

Short sighted on customer service follow through. Lack integrity. Buyer beware! On two seperate occasions I approached this business. Would strongly encourage others on considering alternatives if you want to be treated fairly and with respect. On the first occasion they did not return my calls because the repair seemed too small for them to engage. And then they quoted me 10x what it took for me to replace the part myself in less then 15 minutes. They kept scaring me on the note, we don't know what we will find underneath the scratched body part that needed replacing. Several months later, on the second occasion that I approached this business, when I could not perform the repair myself, the response time improved considerably. Not sure if that was because the dollar value was more attractive or if they had fixed a potential issue that was causing the response time issue. However, they were simply put dishonest and not customer friendly. They had us sign a form as collateral, where if the insurance did not pick up to a specified amount of cost beyond the adjustor estimate, we would be liable. Insurance agreed to pick up supplemental cost that was more than twice the collateral sum (beyond the adjustor estimate). Collision center kept on issuing more prices increases beyond what they settled with insurance on. And then they asserted that they got to set the price. In essence an attempt to collect on the collateral. The insurance guys were straight shooters and shared their written interactions and negotiations which made clear that this was occuring in the background. I escalated the matter to a higher level of burdick management. Which listened well at first, and gave the perception of caring. However, was ineffective in addressing the issue in taking any meaningful action. And ignored my request to escalate further to get to the next level of resolution that was present. Instead they pushed the conversation back to collision center that was simply interested in arguing and keeping appearances with no concern for what the impact was to the customer. The Collision center and escalation was just a disappointment again. Ultimately, the collision center noted they would conceed and back off a nominal amount off the multiple escalations in price. They did not hesitate from attempting to trick my wife again to collect it to pay the full sum incase we were not paying attention. We again requested a written trail of what they were requesting, so they straightened out their ask, because it could not be more clear what game they were playing at again. Buyer beware! Not sure if this is because of some bad apple employees (Chris Cole and Jake ...)...or a Burdick matter at large. I see there are enough reviews on here that for Burdick's sake and the reputable brands they represent, I hope they correct this situation. As I tell people. Integrity and character cannot be taught. Who people are comes through when they are in a position of power. Character and integrity are not skills one can teach -- unless you are their parents :) If you hire people with good character, you can teach everything else over time. Don't be short sighted. Reward good people with careers and distance yourself from people who don't represent the values of your brand. I will most likely be changing who I do business with going forward given this second experience with their body shop. I had been driving over an hour to get to them. There are certainly other options in that radius.

Our New van had a tiny chip in the bumper when we purchased it and they did a great job repainting it and getting it back to us in a week.

David Slice was attentive, answered all my calls, and communicated efficiently about all my needs. My car came back looking newer than when I bought it. It was well detailed after my windows we vandalized. I truly appreciated the service there.

Unprofessional liars, they didn't want to work on my truck even though they estimated the repairs. Claimed it was to close to total even though insurance didn't total the vehicle out and approved for dv to work on my vehicle. Wasted my time just to tell me to my face they didn't want to work on my truck. I'm reporting this to the dmv

Someone hit my parked car and didn’t hang around. The Professionals at Burdick Collision got my car back on the road in a matter of days! I met with Jake at Burdick, he took the photos and wrote the estimate. Chris called me the next day ordered the parts, and scheduled me to bring my car in. The collision crew repaired the damage and I was relieved to hear my car was ready and it actually cost less than the original estimate! I am truly grateful that they are such a professional and dedicated team! Thank You!

Great repairs and great communication. Some delays on getting parts, but nothing was their fault. As soon as parts arrived car was ready in a few days!

There's a recall on my vehicle that they refuse to complete claiming they can't find the parts. I spoke to three small service centers all whom can find the parts but Mitsubishi won't cover the recall unless I go to Mitsubishi. It took two weeks for them to tell me they can only replace one component then I'd have to bring it elsewhere to connect the recalled component to the car, what!? Also noting I can't drive the car once they put the recalled component in because they can't attach it. I told Allison several times I can't answer the phone after 3 at work. She called at 6, 630 and 2:53pm. I clock in at 2:54. She thinks because she called at 253 that she did what she should do. No. She should have called me in the morning as requested any of the days for two weeks. Unprofessional to say the least. I've only heard nightmares about drivers village. Now I can confirm.

My VW Tiguan got plowed by a deer. (Tis the season in CNY) I had brake work planned anyway, so I dropped the car off and set up having it moved to the collision center directly from the service center. Communication throughout was perfect. Picked up my car this morning to find the receipt for the brake work over the visor, all repairs done, the car washed, and the interior detailed! It was like getting back a new car. Amazing customer service!

I am blown away with the service at DV! The team was incredibly patient, kind, and personable and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They called me to keep me informed and were flexible in my drop off/pick up times. When I picked up my car, the work was not only impeccable, but they took the time to clean my car inside and outside. EXCELLENT company!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of bringing my vehicle there twice for minor repairs. One time damaged in a Lowes parking lot and the culprit left The second time when my son was leaving the driveway (purely accidental). Just my luck. Elaine the collision specialist was absolutely fantastic. She was very pleasant, professional and my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. Both times resulting in excellent work. Kudos to Elaine and the rest of the staff. hopefully as much as I like them, my hope is to never have to see them again....lol

Absolutely terrible experience. Estimate drastically misquoted. Took almost a month to repair a small dent in the door. Waited 3 weeks to even get the initial appointment, and in the end they made a billing mistake which was only noticed months later. Just incredibly poor service and staff that could ultimately care less. I’d recommend going just about anywhere else.
