We have been having engine trouble with my wife’s car but we were planning to go on vacation. The team at Ploneys got us an appointment the following day and fixed her car. The staff are always helpful and professional. We bring our car there for everything. I’d recommend them to anyone.
My tire purchase and replacement went extremely well. The job was done in a time fashion and they notified me as soon as the job was complete. They also replaced my rear taillight and did a super job.

It is hard to find a mechanic that not only does a great job on your car…but also gives wonderful customer service! Mr. John the owner and Mr. Sean (hope I’m spelling his name correctly) are two of the most wonderful people I have ever came across to fix my car!! Not only did Mr. Sean do a wonderful job on fixing my car; Mr. Sean didn’t mind breaking down the pricing for me. I honestly would definitely recommend Plony’s (especially to a woman). Trying to take your car to a male dominated place and not being treated well…isn’t a nice feeling! But Mr. John and Mr. Sean always exceed my expectations!! 10 out of 10!! Good service, pretty fast servicing, good pricing and great customer service!! What more can you ask??

Worst shop I have ever been to. I have served in the USMC and have been all around the country to multiple different mechanics and this one is by far the worst I have ever been to. Employees are not welcoming. I brought my car in for inspection. Failed do to no reverse lights. They stripped my inspection sticker off leaving my car illegal to drive. Go to the shop next door! Much better.
Plony’s is an amazing place to have your car serviced!!! Not only does the owner answer the phone and answer questions the mechanics make you feel like you’re a part of their family. I always feel welcomed. As a woman unfortunately other shops try and cheat me out of my money. At Plony’s I do not feel like I’m being cheated out of my hard earned money. I feel like they break down the prices to me in detail. I feel like their prices are affordable. You as the consumer have to remember you get what you pay for! So when I go to Plony’s not only do I have my car serviced correctly; but I also get GREAT customer service!! I honestly wish more mechanic shops or shops in general had good service like Plony’s!!! I would most definitely recommend Plony’s to anyone needing their car serviced!! 10 out of 10!!!

My 2007 Jeep JK was in need of major repairs after an unexpected electrical fire in the engine compartment. They methodically assessed the damage and were able to not only find the source of the problem but repaired Rubi in timely fashion. They are very professional and are great at keeping you informed as to where they are in the process (i.e. awaiting parts, when it’s done, etc.). I highly recommend them if you need preventive maintenance or repair work on your vehicle. Thanks guys.

I have a difficult time explaining any car issues I have and when I called Plony’s they were extremely kind and patient. My car broke down in my driveway so I had it towed to the shop. Within 5 minutes of the car arriving I had a phone call to explain my issues and they walked me through what the problem may be and what the cost may be as well. Once determining the issue, they called to get my permission to move forward with the transaction and had it ready for me to drive home by the end of my work day. As someone who just moved to the area I’m happy to find such great service with great prices as well. Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. Everyone is professional, yet down-to earth in dealing with me as a customer. They demonstrated integrity (that many dealers do not have) as they fixed an issue with my car from previous work they had completed at no cost to me. All work was completed on a timely basis. An error was discovered on the billing after the work was completed. After a short discussion, the error was corrected and billing adjusted without any incident. Very professional and willing to provide excellent service . Tried other competitors and have finally found a garage with integrity and worthy of customer trust. Took my vehicle there. After repairs, they noted an issue with their computers that differed from the correct specs for my vehicle. They caught the mistake, and gave me a full refund, along with getting my car back to working order, something i would not expect from any chain-mechanic locations, and an incredibly stand-up thing to do. Would recommend for future repairs.
A co-worker referred me to Plony's for brake work that was needed on my car. I thought something was wrong with both the front and back brakes. I took my car there and found the staff to be honest, courteous and friendly. They fully explained the problem was with the front breaks and that they needed to be replaced, however the rear brakes were in great shape and didn't need anything. My car was ready when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. They also took care of my tire that had a slow leak in it for no additional charge. I'm glad I found a place to take my car for service that I'm very comfortable with. I have referred friends and family to them and they have been pleased as well.
