Dorian at Burdick Mazda was attentive and super helpful in trying to get a very specific used car to me in my price range. He was flexible in helping me on my schedule as I lived in Watertown area, and dutifully got the keys as he let me test drive 7 or 8 vehicles. Since my trade in was mechanically unreliable, he scheduled a paperwork time a couple of days after I finally selected a car. Due to clerical errors, paperwork took a very long time and still had errors at signing time, but were worked out at the end of my scheduled day. I would likely buy there again, just not on a super busy holiday weekend.

Tom and Larry helped me take advantage of a private incentive and get into a new lease in a VERY timely manner. They had everything ready before I arrived so that all I had to do was sign the documents and drive away with my new lease. Their customer service was excellent.

Kayla at Driver's Village was fantastic! She was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with us while we checked out the vehicles. She was brave enough to take us on multiple test drives in the middle of a blizzard. Ultimately I found the car I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with it. Overall I had a great experience at Driver's Village. I would recommend the dealership and Kayla to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a new VW Atlas from this dealership and had a great experience. A special shout-out to Ian and Zack, who were both a pleasure to work with. Ian, our salesperson, was professional, personable, and attentive to our needs. He listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to make the process smooth and rewarding. Zack, our finance manager, was equally impressive. He had a calm, non-pushy approach that made the financing process comfortable and straightforward. Overall, I highly recommend Burdick VW. If you’re in the market for an Atlas, ask for Ian and Zack — you’ll be glad you did.

I would not recommend somebody buying their vehicle from Drivers Village. The customer service is lacking and the vehicle I did end up purchasing was shortly returned due to the vehicle Needing service less than a week after purchase. I still currently don’t have the vehicle I bought from them.

Do yourself a favor and just don’t. Don’t deal with these crooks. Don’t get your hopes up of getting any kind of “deal” on a vehicle. Don’t waste your time. After about 30 minutes of looking at the car I was convinced I wanted to buy, I had to go find a salesperson at the desk where they were all busy socializing. Which they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. The person that helped me was nice enough to start, although not very knowledgeable, which I’ll get into later. I started the conversation with “I want to buy that car over there”, so I’m trying to figure out how they weren’t able to make a deal with someone that was ready to buy. The car was over market value according to multiple websites. I asked if they could bring the price down to even the high end of the “good” deal range. Their response “Our bank values this car at $40k and won’t let us sell it any cheaper”. They took maybe $200 off the price of the car but it was still $1.5k overpriced. The trade-in price they offered me was an insult. The median trade-in value of my car on KBB was $32k if it were in “fair” condition, which it’s not. My car is in at least “good” to “very good” condition based on KBB’s description. They would not negotiate on that at all even after I told them these things. When they couldn’t get me to agree to a loan, the high-pressure sales tactics started coming out. “You won’t find this car, with these low miles, at a better price, within 250 miles.” I had been looking at cars for a year leading up to me walking into this dealership, and knew that was a lie. My only reason for going to them was that it was the closest, but there are still plenty within 100 miles for sale at reasonable prices. I told the salesperson no less than 3 times that I don’t want an extended warranty on a vehicle that has the remaining manufacturer’s warranty on all of the expensive to fix things like the powertrain. When he offered the extended warranty a fourth time, even took $1000 off it, I got frustrated and decided to walk. “We don’t like to see our customers walk out of here without being protected, we don’t make any commission or anything for selling extended warranties”. If that were the case, why were they pushing it so hard? If it’s all the same to them and I said multiple times I don’t want it, why keep offering it unless you make some money on it. The whole experience with this place just screamed “sleazy car dealership”. From the intentionally misleading information, to the outright lies, topped off with the traditional high-pressure sales tactics, this place should be avoided at all costs. Of course all they’re going to show you is your monthly payment at X.X% interest rate, and it’ll seem like a good deal because you’re paying less per month, but they don’t make money on the interest you pay the bank, they make money on overcharging for vehicles and undervaluing trade-ins. Which if you know anything about cars, you know that you pay taxes on the difference between the car you’re buying at the one you’re trading in, so they’re costing you even more money that will have to be financed. This place had the audacity to contact me two days later and say they found me a great interest rate that would get my payments down even more per month. I responded with the information I’ve shared above, and a stern “you had better not still be running my credit”. Their response to all of that, and this is a direct quote I got from the text, “Please find another dealership to work with, thank you for your time I apologize for the inconvenience”. So take mine and the dealer’s own advice, find another dealership to purchase a vehicle from.

I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review but I just can’t. So, here goes. I purchased a used truck less than a month ago. On the test drive, I noticed that the truck had vibrations from time to time at all different speeds. I made sure that the salesman felt and heard what I did, which he confirmed. I asked the salesman if this is something that could be taken care of before I picked the vehicle up and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and that it would also go through an inspection before I picked it up also. 2 days later, everything was set for me to pick the vehicle up. After I left, I felt the vibrations still. Lucky for me, I had to go back to the dealership because the salesman forgot to have me sign something. I brought the issue up with him once again and he said to just schedule a service and they could take care of it. The next day, I went out of town for a week. I planned on taking my new truck but I couldn’t risk the vibrations, not knowing what it was. While on vacation, I kept getting messages from the salesman about different things, but when I would respond, I never got any responses. After I returned, I continued to email but with no responses again. I finally got an appointment for service this week. I was sent text messages from the service guy, asking if I would approve them to do diagnostics. Of course I said yes. However, I honestly did not know if there were charges to do so, since the texts didn’t mention any. If I am basically being sent part of a service contract through text, there should also be a price included. Some time later, I get sent the 2 recommendations of what could be wrong. (The service guy and I had previously talked about the whole situation with the truck just being purchased and what I was told about the issues being taken care of). The service guy told me that he spoke with the Manger in the used cars and he was told that I declined the $5,000 extended warranty I was offered, so the cost might be all mine. REALLY? I understand that it’s the car business but is there really no integrity left in the business? Knowing that there was an issue with the truck that needed to be cleared up, then passing the car off to me without fixing it, then denying that it’s anything they offered to make right before I picked it up? C’mon. Not to mention the fiasco during the purchase process. After 3 hours of working numbers and getting everything switched over, the manager tells me that they didn’t know the truck had already been sold the day before. The manager tried to make things right by offering me a couple different comparable options, however, I wasn’t interested in either. Finally, they come to me and said they “checked the time stamps and I was there first”, so the truck was mine. So, someone lied about the fact that it was sold previously. But wow, this should have been a way easier process. I’m just amazed at the fact that they knew the vehicle had a couple issues that could easily be fixed for me, then they turn around and have the nerve to say I didn’t purchase the warranty so I’m on my own? Mind you, it has a 1 year/12k mile warranty on it, but of course it’s for nothing wrong with it. So after my visit was all said and done, I had to pay around $250 just to “look at it”. Hard to properly diagnose the issue when the mileage in and out was exactly the same. Save your time, folks. There’s even more to this story but I don’t feel like typing even more. Hopefully you get the idea from all of this.

Needed a car since mine had recently gone. I decided to try my luck at Drivers Village used car warehouse, and let me tell you, waste of time. The sales rep was good, but that manager, terrible at his job. Must be allergic to sales. Showed us two cars I believed to be decent, but they have scuffs and scratches on them that had to be fixed. They still claimed the car to be clean, as I asked if they had negotiated the price. The car was not clean, the car was damaged. Listed both for 21k after all taxes, but for all the damage and work I would have to do to fix it, 18k for either would've made the most sense. Then, the manager, Mark, I believe, gets upset when you call them out on the damage, but still won't make deals. Terrible and do not recommend. I do, however, recommend Bill Rapps Subaru, as they gave me a deal on a newer model vehicle similar to the one I was originally looking at here. They will actually work with you and don't get upset when you tell them things wrong with the car, since they will actually lower the price.

Our experience at Drivers Village Volkswagen was exceptional. Our salesman, Ian, made car shopping easy and enjoyable. We had not considered buying a Tiguan but now we can’t imagine a better fit. Thank you Ian and Burdick VW!

Awful place! After one week of getting a car there my daughter is experiencing engine problems. They don't have any warranty once you drive off the lot. We did get the extended warranty. Hopefully it will cover issues. First salesman didn't want to give us the time of day and was very rude. David was helpful but won't answer our phone calls. We weren't even given a test drive. I would not recommend this place or buy from there again. Update the car we just bought needs a new engine. Do they not check the cars before selling them? I wish I could give them a zero!

In March I was excited to get my Nissan Rogue. The sales team at the used warehouse was welcoming and Cassie my sales associate was knowledgeable and professional. While this was nice I later had a complication with the vehicle. Shortly after buying the vehicle started making noise and when I took the vehicle back in to have it checked because I got the extended warranty, there was more than a few problems and I couldn't understand how they passed me for inspection knowing there was so many problems. I did get a loner for almost a week so they could fix the issue. My sunroof still has a leak. I will never buy a vehicle from here again. I would say stay away from the used warehouse. I can't speak for the other associated dealerships just use caution.

Mr. Worden did an excellent job finding the perfect car for me. The entire team made it possible for me to walk out with keys and plates that same day. I was shocked to learn that the used car warehouse not only have so much to offer in vehicles but the only dealership, I’ve ever known to offer fair market prices for used cars. Thank you David and thank you DV!

Great experience with Ryan Haynes! He spent all day trying to help me find the right car and was very patient.Given the snowy weather yesterday and pretty much every car was covered/ buried in snow, he still didn't hesitate bringing me 3 different cars to test out. (Thank you for everyone that helped him btw) in the end, I was able to find the perfect car for my needs .it did take some time getting the car inspected, but that's to be expected when car shopping. my car came back looking amazing at least!Overall,I am very happy with my experience here!

I had my heart set on getting a Volvo and I went to Drivers Village. My salesman was Mo Salim. They only had one and it was just meant to be! I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. Mo is the best sales person ever. He is so accommodating, respectful and kind. Anyone would be lucky to buy a vehicle from him. I can honestly recommend Drivers Village for a good car buying experience.

From the start nobody acted like they cared! Messed up finance paperwork, I specifically asked for 4yr loan got a 6yr loan. On Delivery day ,on top of the car being a mess with Hand prints all over car dirt on floors. Water spots. Looked like they gave it a quick hose job. Car was in showroom floor. So alot of people in and out and touching car. Then after being told I would be in/ out in 15mins. By my salesman who dropped the ball multiple times. I came in reluctantly on my lunch break to sign paperwork. Only to find out my salesman Brendan Blair never put the car on the road! It took over an hour for him to get everything done. Making me and my fiance late going back to work! Then after finally taking Delivery of the car. I went install a cold air intake in the car. Only to find air filter was full of mice and had huge nest in it. Filled with plastic from my car that had been chewed apart. How could you go through a car and not check the air filter before Delivery?? Another ball dropped by Mr. Blair! When I called him, his response was send me pics of the damage and I will setup a time to have the car serviced. That was 2 months ago. I'm done with these people. I will not be buying another car from drivers village. And definitely not ever dealing with Brendan Blair again! I don't think that being a car salesman was your calling.

Very happy with my experience with Kellen at Drivers village VW. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I've been car shopping for a year and finally found a combination that felt right to me and I bought. I drove over an hour, from Geneva, for this unique experience. Having so many cars on the lot to compare allowed me to choose the correct one, and Kellen's explanation help me to understand why and confirm my decision! Excellent and I would highly recommend to everyone to visit Drivers village. If looking at VW, see Kellen!

I had not bought a vehicle for approximately 12 years, Victoria was amazing in making my experience effortless and stress free. Victoria was charismatic, supportive and a joy to work with. I found my vehicle on their website, the website is easy to use and is up to date with what’s available. Not once did they try to upsell me on a different vehicle. Great dealership and I will definitely recommend them. Thank you Burdick Used Car and Truck Warehouse and thank you Victoria.

I want to give a huge thank you to Dan Davis at Drivers Village Warehouse in Cicero, NY! The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Dan, or as I call him "Dan the Man," made my car shopping experience fantastic. I came in on a Saturday with an open mind, and by Monday, Dan had me driving away in my new car! He was attentive, patient, and provided exceptional service. The manager was also great and made the whole process smooth. My first experience at Drivers Village was a 10/10, and I highly recommend Dan the Man to anyone looking for a top-notch, professional salesman!

Javon, Shatki, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. Javon took me right to the exact vehicles we wanted to purchase. Didn't try to persuade us to buy something else. He was very thorough, polite, accommodating, respectful and professional. Shatki was very knowledgeable, respectful and patient. The other staff who we directly were not patrons of also offered water and made sure we were comfortable. The service team did a great job as well, accommodating us to bring our vehicles in to finish the servicing items. Thank you Team... recommending you to anyone in need of a vehicle. (We purchased both on the same day. Tacoma and Ram.)

I dealt with Randy Corl when buying my 19 F250 at the end of July this year. Randy was knowledgeable on what he was selling, friendly, and overall made for a painless buying experience. The truck had an open recall that was taken care of before pickup, and upon pickup a couple tire sensors weren’t programmed which were taken care of before I left the lot with my truck. I traded in my 13 Silverado and was very pleased with the offer I received which was an added bonus! I’d recommend doing business with Drivers Village, and because I had a good experience at Drivers Village I’ll definitely be back when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.
