On Saturday March 16th, I was performing a job on a customer’s vehicle, when Natasha (woman at counter) at Cicero NY O’Reillys charged me under the wrong commercial account. The incorrect account was tax free, while mine is not. This inconvenience turned a simple, 30 minute job into a 5 hour process. My own customer was also inconvenienced and lost a job of their own. In addition, when I called to confirm if they sold me the incorrect part, I was met with disrespect and attitude. A man (employee) insisted they sold me the correct part and would not listen. Once I had the proper part my customers vehicle was fixed within 10 minutes. Thankfully, Logan from the Central Sqaure O’Reillys was able to help and get the correct part. As a commercial account holder, I was extremely disappointed and unhappy with my experience at the Cicero O’Reillys.
I can’t say enough good things about the Oriellys in Cicero. The manager Devin and his driver Hunter are the best of the best. Anthony who answers the phone is comical. Also the all the Jim’s are great as well. They definitely know their stuff
Devin is always so helpful in getting the correct parts to us in a very timely manner. Anthony is also always very knowledgeable and helpful when we call. All the drivers that come here (3 Jim's and Hunter) always do amazing as well and are very friendly and prompt with delivery.
Called here for a new gas tank strap kit for my old Cam. They informed me that they had none. Neither Autozone or Advance Auto parts nor ANY of their stores had any in stock. But NAPA did. It was a kit, $56, a bit pricey , but they definitely had it. Well worth the additional cash because I need the car on the road. However. The person who I spoke with at O's was very professional. 5 stars for looking. NAPA intel was professional as well. Guess we'll see what happens next time. Great location and nice people here.
I give one star for service ten outta ten they always have the parts I need but can never seem to pick up a phone when said parts show up yet here I am half a day wasted when I could’ve had my vehicle back together and done to get to work the next morning why ask for my phone number if your not going to use it anyway.
Best auto parts store around. Prices compared to Advance and Auto Zone are way cheaper. I saved almost 100 dollars getting a radiator here versus the other places. Store is always clean and employees are extremely helpful. I wish there were more locations but it's worth the drive to know I'm getting the best price in Syracuse area.
I called for a part and "Jake" was extremely helpful over the phone Then, I went to his store and bought the part after he took me through the available parts and costs. Then, to top it all off, he applied a code reader to my car and cleared my "check engine " alert. Trough it all he was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. Jake is a great employee and now I am a devoted O'Reilly Auto Parts store customer.
