What an Easy process. I knew what I was looking for and knew what you had available. I worked with Chris Steele to narrow it down. Once I made my choice. The process of trading my car in to getting the keys to my new was easy and quick.

I made an appointment for service and they all seemed lovely over the phone, at first. The service appointment was not actually made, and when I called to confirm (4 times), I was never offered a new appointment. They kept telling me they would call and they did not call once.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership working with James Radford. I walked in thinking I had an almost impossible situation: getting out of my current lease 12 months early and into the truck I had been hoping for. James never hesitated or brushed it off. He was extremely professional, patient, and clearly willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. James was transparent, easy to communicate with, and worked beyond expectations to get me exactly where I needed to be. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and within 24 hours I was driving away in the truck I wanted. I truly appreciate the effort he put in and would absolutely recommend working with him.

So, after the dealership finally honored checking my vehicle and repairing the issue from the test drive, free of charge, I inquired about the money they charged me for the diagnostic they ran the first time(when they weren’t supposed to but the manager they called was less than helpful). I asked about getting the money back and the service guy told the woman I picked my keys up from that they would have to cut me a check. I called a couple times since then to ask about my refund and nobody ever calls me back. It’s clear that they plan on just keeping my money. Way to treat customers.

First stop was Volkswagen where I told them I wanted to look at a couple cars at Chevy before I made a final decision. After telling me there was no way I was going to find what I wanted at Chevy, I was introduced to Anthony who indeed found me EXACTLY what I wanted. I had some non-negotiables for a new car that Anthony made happen. The process was smooth, professional yet entertaining, and efficient. Will not be giving Burdick my business ever again! I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Their Chevy/GMC service department for years and never had a problem once! That is until today. GM was running a promotion where if you buy 3 tires you get the 4th tire for $1. That’s a pretty good deal and it turns out I needed tires for my truck. I was online on GMC’s website Saturday morning searching and found the tire I wanted. It was too late to schedule an appointment for same day so I scheduled one for Monday 12/1 at 9:15 am. I got my credit card out expecting to pay for the tires and service in order for them to confirm my appointment. However, when I clicked through the pages to confirm it said that I can only pay when I drop the vehicle off. Fast forward to today 12/1, I drop my vehicle off and am told the tires weren’t ordered and that special is no longer available. After going back and forth with the advisor and parts reps, who were very nice and tried to help, I was direct to the service manager, Dave Cooley. From the beginning I could tell he didn’t want to help me and he only wanted to get me out of his service department. He said that GM wouldn’t honor it so he wouldn’t be able to help me. When I asked why I was able to make the appointment with the sale he couldn’t speak to that and only said I should have paid for them on Saturday. But how am I supposed to pay for them if the GM online store won’t allow you to purchase tires up front? I asked him what he would do to help make the situation right as a GM employee and he told me he works for Roger Burdick not GM. Funny because last I check you are still a representative for GM. He then told me he couldn’t lose $335 on a tire to keep me as a customer and asked me to leave. Well, Burdick has now lost much more than that $335 because I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere and make sure all of my family does the same!

Arrived at 0745 for routine oil change/ tire rotation and transmission problems (on going). Was told yeah tech can’t look at transmission because he’s busy. I told him that was their problem not mine the appointment was made well in advance. No call prior asking to reschedule. Finally got the oil change done at 430 and I picked up at 5:00. Was told they would call when tech was available. I will call GM if not contacted by Friday.

Burdick GMC Service Department performed services that were not agreed to. They also did not perform services that were agreed to. They did not answer repeated phone calls in which I was asking as to when my vehicle would be repaired. I had to physically drive to their location to find out. They also double billed labor on my brake/rotor service. Purely unprofessional. 11/2/2025 Update John ( a sevice manager) reached out to me after he saw my review and stated that he would talk to his managers and get back to me. It's been two weeks since I last heard from him.

experience wasn’t very professional but i was excited to get a newer car so i didn't let it bug me! I got a equinox 3 months ago 20,000 miles, only 1 key fob and burnt pretty badly had to replace the batteries on it twice and it still doesn’t always unlock/lock my car which is a safety concern and i was told a new key fob would be 400$ or i’m SOL, dash reset twice, moving forward i notice problems with the car accelerating immediately vibrating/rumbling noise i try to contact someone while its still under the 30 day warranty no answer conveniently enough until after my warranty lol then i got super busy with school and work so dealing with the car was the last of my concerns and shouldn’t even be on my list but I will say if you are a first time car buyer or looking for something new i would highly recommend kia i went there and got approved for a 2025 kia Sorento for the same price as my pre owed equinox but that was my fault for not exploring my options. I will see what i can do to get out of this bad situation and into my dream car!

Very nice people, I knew what I wanted from my online search, I went in asked to see the vehicle, took test drive. I told Justin I would be contacting my bank and I would be back in touch. I wasn’t pressured, I wasn’t steered away from what I wanted. It was really a very easy, stress free experience. Went in on Saturday, drove my Equinox home on Wednesday! Thank you Justin and Jim!
