I enjoy going to the store, the prices are a bit high, but the store serves every one of my Needs. They carry everything. I can use my store card and actually get points added at every visit. I cash them in from time to time. Other stores in the neighborhood do not have rewards.
The fruits and vegetables are always fresh,good quality the bake goods also. The cashiers are very professional but there are never enough. Check out lines too long .
It could be a good store if not for the constant long checkout lines! This is unacceptable! The managers don’t care, and at any time of day there are huge lines at just 3 registers!

One of the best food market in Harlem. Great fresh sea food selection, nice deli section and the prices are correct. Parking available in the same building very convenient.
One of the slowest, filthiest, rudest-staffed stores I’ve ever seen. Skip this place. Their lines are always 10-15 people deep, when most registers are closed. I wish this were a Karen post, ‘cause I’d back off, but DANG, these guys really SUCK.
And there’s no self-checkout, so you’re stuck there, blocking the rest of the customers while in a line that stretches out into the store aisles, while all your frozen food melts. And they don’t care. Any of the other grocery stores in the neighborhood are far superior. This place should be closed.
They accept OTC, but they do not follow the rules all away on the OTC. They allow you to purchase the food, but they don’t let you purchase none of the medical items or the personal items That you Or allowed to get I don’t like that if you’re gonna accept a program, then follow all the rules and requirements that go along with the purchase of the program
I love this place. I live in the Bronx and I exercise up at Riverbank State Park. this is a great convenient option for me when I'm returning home because they stay open really late.
I went to food town an not the first time this is happening to me I’m so tired and went there to get me some stuff when I picked up this tortilla it was expired I checked when I get home I normally check the dates at the store but me being tired I forget to check but tell me is this what we are paying our money for expired goods one time I picked up two 2 liter Pepe’s it was expire months back upon checking the the whole line from the shelf was expire an they out them in sale 2/$5 I had to let the cashier know please check your merchandise please now I’m so tired that I. Can’t walk back to the supermarket an I haven’t cook all I did throw the tortilla away I have no time for this
Always massive lines for checkout but without fail there are employees just standing around watching them grow. Prices are about 3X higher than Trader Joe’s and service is infinitely lower.
One of the worst grocery stores I’ve been to in all my travels. Prices are insane and don’t justify the quality, the location or the service you get from the staff. The line at checkout took 30 minutes. There was no one on the floor to help customers. The prices are higher than at whole foods. The staff have minimal customer service etiquette. This is the last time I’ll shop here.
I experienced a significant discrepancy in my rewards account. My balance of 50,000 points was reduced to zero after redeeming 25,000 points, with no explanation provided for the remaining 25,000 points. These points were intended to be converted into spending cards, but the conversion did not occur. I request an investigation into the missing points.
Lost my wallet and realized when I got home. I called the store and they said it wasn't turned in. The person on the phone was kind and very helpful. I called next day, it was there in Lost+ Found. Again, they were very kind/helpful.
I love to shop there, very clean and shelves always stacked.

Well, let Super Foodtown take you home, if you’re from Kansas. This mart is actually spacious! But some prices disappoint. $8 for cornflakes? That’s alien logic to me
One of the best supermarkets they have everything from international foods everything is clean and in it's place. They were so kind to let me use the bathroom to charge there phone
I really love this store, but what happens at the checkout counters at any time of day is a complete mess. There are never enough cashiers, which results in huge lines all the time.
The store offers a great variety of products compared to Fine Fare across the street, but the prices here are much higher - even for the same items you can get cheaper at Fine Fare. And while you might agree to pay more for the variety, come on, guys - open more registers so we can actually see what we’re paying extra for.
The deli inside is excellent, and the staff there are polite. They could really use a tip jar there!
Best supermarket in Harlem. And it's beautiful place to buy groceries. They treat me nice every time I'm there. Keisha and all the cashier ladies are nice to me and help me find stuff I need .
I enjoy my food shopping experience there. Specially when Sherrrise is there. She always make time to help me out. Specially when I have my knee surgery. The others staff was respectful towards me. But Sherrise went out her way for me.
This was my first visit to this Super Foodtown in Harlem and I was very pleased with the store. It is clean,well stocked and I found everything I needed. The prices are pretty much reasonable considering just about everything is so expensive nowadays. I will definitely be back when I'm in the neighborhood again. I'm going to apply for a Club Card on my next visit so I can save a few pennies here and there.
My mom loves this place. Mind you, she passes approx 40 supermarkets on her way there, and she refuses to go anywhere else, lol. When she walk in, all the workers there are kind and helpful they welcome her. My mom is 85yrs, and they make her feel like she matters the moment she walk in. Love it
the best sugar cane in Manhattan, New York City
well I only know of the very few few other places, despite of massive search online and research from the streets
here is why this one is the best
1. they are open 24/7 although there was few times I came and they were not open. from what I got it it's not even because of a snow or any kind of incline weather but it's seems it just due to staff shortage
2. they keep their sugar canes outside of the refrigerator or freezer. a place in Chinatown for reference keeps there sugar canes almost always in the refrigerator except maybe during busy time in summer. why is this important 1-by keeping it at the room temperature the freshly squeeze sugar cane juice is not as cold and you can drink it faster, which is imperative to get the most benefits of the all the nutrients it provides you really want to finish it within 2 minutes but don't chug it. 2-you can actually taste the full spectrum of its flavor, however as the time passes all the beautiful flavors and tastes deteriorate fast and you are left with basically a dream that tastes like sugar water. wants insurance completely the ground which is usually around 15-20 minutes or sooner depending on the size and the plants it actually might become bad for you according to some articles online. what I can tell you in my experience, it is so bad once it's brown that I would rather throw it away then drink it. once when I was sick and since they don't have any delivery options I end up hiring Uber package delivery with there stand as a pickup location in my home as a drop of location and called them and pay them over the phone. it work out great except you want to do this 1-where there is no traffic or with the route from pickup location to drop off location with a minimal traffic. 2-you only want to order a quantity that you are ready to consume at a time of delivery. these are my take aways from my personal experience so for example when i go there I just order one small size and then get second one after 30 minutes, and so forth. if I order a second one anytime sooner and if I do drink it fast then I have a stomach ache. however if I wait for those 30 minutes another one and so forth. The most I drink was 4 small sizes one again 30 minutes apart. but in this case I ordered two large sizes which is about one quart each first delivery was during the middle of the day and driver arrived fairly quickly and they didn't start making the juice until the driver show up there. I was able to drink almost whole one quart pretty fast and that was the best I got. as the rest of it got brown by the time I was able to drink more. on the same day at night I again order two quarts but the traffic was worst meaning slower moving and they actually made a juices before the driver arrived so by the time the driver arrived to my location both of juices were already brown and when I try them there was no flavor no nutrition value of any kind. because it taste it so bad yo me that i had to spot it out and discard the remaining. in this case i would rather just drink water. after doing some research online they are some who suggest that it can even be poisonous once it sits for too long. That's exactly how I felt.

11/11/20, large store compared to outside appearance. The full array of cooked foods, soups and baked pastries tickled my taste buds. I was told the had Pathmark affiliations. I went to to get cat food and ended up with my Foods! Great experience!!
Nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Frequent turnover so produce is generally fresh. Good options for leafy greens...Collards, kale, escarole, turnip greens, broc rabe, lettuce, etc. Lots of roots..turnips, parsnips, beets, carrots. Organic options for at least a dozen veggies. Lines are often very long because of covid distancing but they always seem to move fast.
Price was high at this time. But i always end up needing the stuff not on sale :) good chicken i baked and its not too fatty. Great veggies packages i enjoy adding to my dishes. Like the okra deals and kale and spinash. I made chicken strips pasta. Was delish and burrito with steak strips.
