This place is the worst. As a shop, I’ll never go to them ever again! Said they had a part in hand. Had me drive 30 minutes to them. Stood there for another 30 minutes for them to say they couldn’t find it. Drove 15 minutes away for a call back saying they found it. Drove back to them for the part to be from a totally different car. Said they’d take care of me next time cus of the inconvenience. Went back a week later for another part and they treated me like garbage. Overcharged me by $20 from the price they gave me over the phone. Never again!
Allways ask for car vin# asked for2500 for a kia engine with 60 k engine was all rusty , ran vin found Donner was a kia with 165k and was a flood car buyer beware dont trust them
the scammers give broken parts back, they don't give money, they say that it's not ours, people, my advice is don't come to these scammers, very dangerous people
I will never I said never recommend a dog to buy from those people they reap you off they're rude. I bought a drive shaft from them they said it had a 12400 miles on it went to my mechanic to get it installed less than 5 minutes driving out the shop the drive shaft snap on me. Went to them for a refund. Told them that they sold me an old part. I have the part less than a day. And they wouldn't refund or try to reach me in the middle. They blame my mechanic. Saying he didn't know what he was doing. Other mechanics I know said it's an easy part to replace they sold me a diffected part. So I lost a total of $337. Know one wants to take the blame. One is pointing at each other. I trust my mechanic. But Nelson junk yard never. Fire will burn them soon a part will fall on their freaking head one day. Will never recommend any human being or dogs there.
Upon my first time doing business with Nelson auto parts, I ran into a defective part, Which sometimes happens when purchasing used parts… I was tremendously pleased with how quickly my problem with the defective part was rectified. Great to see people in the auto part industry Providing service with the utmost integrity. Special thanks to Bobby, Safe to say, I will definitely be doing business with them again
Give you old rust part and sale to you at a big prices .The place to open to rain and winter need to be build better so all your parts will not be rust and broken

Bobby was great! He took the time to find a wheel for our 99 - M3 and ensure it was the correct one. He was super responsive, fast and helpful. Will definitely check with them again if we need anything. Highly recommend Nelson.
This place is the worse. Thy strung me along for a week and a half after I placed a deposit...NO PHONE CALLS TO ME AT ALL.....NO PART... STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEY BE AVOIDED
Bunch of crooks in there! Be very careful buying with them coz the return & exchange policy is a scam. After getting a defective axle they will find a way not to refund full amount you paid. They would raise hell for $25. Unbelievable

i bought a door for my truck from them, sign unseen, was told over phone it was a complete door and in perfect shape. but now mirror, I asked if it was complete besides mirror was told yes. I paid for it through paypal. then went and got the door a few days later. they give me a beat door scratched like crazy all over. and no interior panel, and he says they already sold the interiour panel, so no refund. the guy is a real lowlife, the way he barks at people. real miserable sob, anyway I was stuck and needed the door. so they got me, but Ill never ever do back to these bastards and I hope this saves others from this headache
