Epic fail on communication. I called ahead to ask if they would accept a car door. The kind lady on the phone said that they would be happy to take it and asked when I’d be heading over. I arrive 30 minutes later to be told that they will not accept it and that the lady on the phone doesn’t know what she’s talking about. First off not a good sign to be talking about your colleagues in this way. Second not great communication for the business to be directing customers with one piece of information only to arrive and be informed the complete opposite. Overall a very frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. If you don’t accept things tell people and don’t mislead with incorrect information.
Telephone rep and workers at the establishment were very friendly and polite. They were very happy to see an all metal body car with its original catalytic converter still on. My very old Toyota Camry recently broke down. It had almost 300k miles. I had the car parked in the street. It wouldn't move. It recived a few tickets, it was gonna get towed.
