The people that work in this office are incredible unprofessional. I saw them interacting with a member of the public on YouTube and they all made your town look really bad. Do better Great Neck.

Why must I even give a 1. The staff there is rude and have no concerns about the rights of the public.

This Village needs to hire people with the capacity and desire to treat the public with respect.

Pretty bad when you won't allow the public to come in to your public office. If you want privacy you have to create the privacy. Lou made your office look unprofessional he should have been arrested for creating a disturbance.

These small towns and close minded people will be a thing of the past soon because of the back woods mentality about the world. Wake up

Home of one of the longest red lights around, on Barstow corner of Grace. They installed 2 EV chargers with federal money, but they like to leave their own EV parked in one of those spots sometimes for 3-4 days in a row. Don't try to ask them to move their car, they will curse you out and threaten you. Makes you wonder how they run everything else in the village.

We love living here but do not appreciate the dangerously overcrowded parking area of the Mall which has Best Market, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc.. Please keep an eye on those cars that are parked there all day!!!
