I don’t even know where to begin. Matt has done repairs for me three times since I’ve had my car and every single time, I’ve been a happy customer. I just picked my car up today after someone broke into my car to get my wheel lock and stole my tires and rims. Matt is incredibly professional and worked diligently from start to finish. He made a not so great situation a million times better and did what he could to help me get my car to his shop, when Roadside Assistance left me stranded. Matt was also in contact with me through the whole process so I was not left wondering what was going on. He also ensured my car was done so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for a rental. Thank you so much for everything, Matt! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone, that’s coming from a young female.

It was my first time using Great Neck Collision as I was involved in a minor fender bender. My car door was hit by another car before I got out. My insurance recommended me this place and glad they did. Matt took care of all the paperwork and was very professional. Matt's timeline on the fix was also very spot on (or even earlier) and this help me get my car back. From looking at the fix so far, I have not seen any issues with it. I also asked him to do some other minor work since my car was already in the shop (not covered by insurance) and he quoted me a decent price for buffing out some minor scratches. Overall, I am happy with the work. And although I and others I know hope to never been in another fender bender, would recommend Matt to others for future work. Very professional, on time, and answers all your questions.

UNFORTUNATELY I’ve been coming to GREAT NECK COLLISION for years? Once again they did a fantastic job. Matt is the Best. His price is very reasonable and his professionalism is top notch. Learn from me and do not hesitate to choose Great Neck Collision. Right before Christmas my parked car was badly hit by someone speeding in the snow who then lost control of their vehicle. Unfortunately for me, that driver did not have valid insurance so I had to put the claim through my own insurance. I originally planned to go to an auto body shop that I had worked with previously but learned they were not in my insurer’s network. After reading reviews I decided to go with Great Neck Collision and could not be happier. Matt is a dream to work with. Super efficient and extremely communicative. He knew that we didn’t have rental coverage and managed to fix my car in just 2 weeks. Not only that, but my insurance company made us jump through hoops and Matt was immensely helpful with getting the claim processed so that the appropriate work could be done. Not to mention that the car looks perfect. Matt and his team did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them enough. Don’t hesitate to choose them.

I think besides the amazing work they did on my car, the most important thing that stands out to me about this business is that they are ethical. They literally charged half the price another repair shop quoted me to fix the damage on my car. Every time I called to check in, Matt recognized my voice and remembered the car I had without me reintroducing myself. I got alerts from my car app on my phone that proved these guys were being thorough and doing the work that they said they would do. As a young female in her first accident with her first ever car, not once did I feel taken advantage of. I felt absolutely at peace throughout this whole process and I recommend this business to anyone and everyone who ever needs ANY repair to their car.

It's hard to find a good body shop that you think won't cheat and gouge you. I love this place and will happily come back if I ever need more work done on my car. Matt and his staff are super nice, professional, and do great work. The shop is also super clean - the cleanest body shop I've ever seen. It's evident as soon as you walk in. I'm not glad about the reason I had to come here in the first place but I ended up glad because I found such a reliable trustworthy shop. I'm telling everyone I know about it.

Matt has been super respectful. Let him do the job and wait patiently. He work on my Kia stinger 2022 GT. My car had scratch marks including my car window. The best body shop I ever had. If I need something you are my go to person. Definitely recommend any1 who looking for a great bodyshop.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only are they fast and keep their word about time frames, but the work is outstanding! I’m amazed at their work! Matthew is so friendly and made us feel so welcomed! Also, my car feels like brand new, they returned my car so clean, that’s definitely the cherry on top!

Where do I begin? Matt could not of been more helpful and accommodating with my rear bumper repair. It was a minor ding, but from beginning to end, I could not be more satisfied with the work that was done. Plus the location was convenient for me as it is one block away from my office. This is the second time we’ve used Great Neck Collision (three years apart, two different cars). First time, the repair and service were excellent. This time, the repair and service were excellent! Matt was there both times to look at the car, give me cost and tell me when it would be done (48 hrs.). Called me the morning of the second day to pick up….AND the car was even washed/cleaned (that alone is priceless!). Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you again, Matt! Matt fixed my car and the integrity, kindness, and solid repairs he has shown me and my car is very impressive that I felt the need to write my review. Unfortunately nowadays repairmen often take advantage of seniors, but I am so impressed with the honest work ethic at Great Neck Collision and the care he takes of his customers. I recently got a rear-ended hit and run at the Northern State Parkway and, while I was looking for a local shop to have the vehicle fixed, I came across Great Neck Collision and went there the next morning. Matt gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, the estimated cost and the time the vehicle would be ready. Everything was done exactly as he said. They did an excellent job fixing my vehicle, it looks like new! In addition to that, they went the extra mile and even cleaned my car inside out and left it sparkling clean, even the tires got polished! Raised the bar!!!! I got rear-ended on the Cross Island Parkway. I took my car to a local collision shop I've used before for an estimate. Then I was referred to Matt at Great Neck Collision for a 2nd estimate. His estimate was half the price of my guys and said he could do it in 1 to 2 days rather than the 6 that my guys said. I was very wary but was assured that with photos, parts, and phone calls I would be involved in every step. And he mentioned that his father owned the same business for 22 years and both their reputations stand behind their work. Reluctantly I agreed to let him do the repair. WOW! What a great find. Matt followed through completely and exactly. He explained, reassured and fixed everything with super quality and concern. My car looks great and I've got a new standard for repair shops. There is no reason to go anywhere else if they can't meet the "GNC Matt" standard. Highly recommend!!!

Great Neck collision center was recommended to me by my insurance agent, as this is an authorized repair shop. They are a diamond in the rough, an extremely professional repair shop. Anthony and his crew are true professionals. Matt was constantly keeping me updated on when the repair would be complete. He even surprised me with new and brighter headlights for better night vision. This shop listens to you and they deliver! I would highly recommend this repair shop and crew!

These guys were great. It took a couple of hours for a bad fender fiberglass and lightbulb catastrophe to look and feel like nothing happened. They even vacuumed the somewhat embarrassing mess on my floor carpets. Thank you to Mathew, who helped my Mom out.

Went to get my bumpers repainted. Turned out terrible. See attached pictures. Business treated me completely different after paying for the service. So they have absolutely zero customer service and/or concern. If you want to feel like you owe them a favor after the job is done then go ahead.

Matt worked on my car. I got the mirror replaced and some other things checked, It was quick, convenient, professional and good value for money. Seemed like a place for the community not just for money.
