My back windshield collapsed out of nowhere, and North Shore Auto Collisions got me in and fixed up so fast. It’s such a relief knowing I have a shop I can always count on. They take great care of me every time, and the service is consistently outstanding !

NSAC is the place to bring your car for body repair services. The care team for your car is amazing and services provided at the top level. I see the experience the same as leaving your child in the care of a baby sitter that you can fully trust. Our car was exceptionally well fixed. Wow! This shop is the best. I came in because somebody swiped my car (see photo) and affected the rear bumper, another panel, and dinged up my rear rim as well. This shop was able to fix everything very quickly (3.5 days) and the car looks brand new! (I wasn’t able to get an after picture bc the day I picked the car up it was raining). The price they gave me was very fair (and I went to other body shops around NYC) The shop was super nice, explained everything well and are very communicative. I’ll definitely come back again to service my other car!

The folks at North Shore Collision are the best - very helpful through every step of the way, dealing with the insurance company and the adjuster. It’s never fun to have an accident that requires body work repairs; but this is the best place to go when you are in that unfortunate situation. The workmanship is great, the shop is immaculate and the people are very nice.

We were involved in an accident and had to deal with Allstate. The insurance was being extremely difficult, but the team at North Shore Auto Collision handled it very well and really took care of us through the process. Alex and David were very kind and professional. The car came back washed, detailed, and looking brand new as if nothing ever happened. We are very happy that we came here, and will definitely be coming back.

I have just used them for detail work. Their work is impeccable. They ceramic coated my 26 BMW X3 M50 and it's spectacular. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Finally (an inside joke) Brian ya still owe me a 10 second car.

Even though I was referred by a friend to North Shore Auto Collision, I was still skeptical on the turnout. I have to say they surpassed my expectations; their due diligence found and fixed issues not visibly notable and has my car feeling like it's fresh off the showroom floor. Would recommend to anyone. Like originally it was a chip on the bumper from hitting a raccoon, but they found a problem with the radiator. I was really impressed with how they received me, everything was done in a timely fashion and I was updated on the status of my car from start to finish. The staff, especially Alex, was very courteous and competent. Would recommend to anyone; fender-bender or otherwise.

I can't say enough good things about North Shore Auto Collision! Besides doing phenomenal work, they were kind, considerate, personable, and professional. This was my first accident in 32 years of driving and I was completely overwhelmed and sad. I have so many good memories with this car in the 15 years I've had it, that I wanted to try and save it. I highly recommend North Shore Auto Collision. This is the first time I've had to take a car to get body work done and I had no idea what to expect. I brought my car to a couple of other collision repair shops before going to see them and noticed the difference right away. From the moment I met Ryan and Alex, I knew I was at the right place. The first shops just gave me quotes after looking at the car for a second. Ryan took a thorough look at the damage and explained the process to me. He introduced me to Alex, who also made a great in impression. There was no pressure to use their service and they recommended that I look at their reviews before making a decision. They explained that if I decided to use them they would take good care of me from start to finish. Victoria helped me check in my car and got everything set up quickly in their comfortable showroom. They consistently communicated with my insurance company and let me know what was going on. I made a mistake dealing with my insurance company as well as the insurance making a mistake in payments. Nicole would call to keep me updated on the progress. They were very patient, even with my mistake. They did an amazing job on my car repairs and it looks phenomenal. I met with David, Alex and Nicole at the end to make sure I was happy with the results. On top of the incredible job they did with repairs, they also did a beautiful job detailing my car inside and out! When I went to pick up my car, I barely recognized it at first because it looked brand new. They shampooed the carpets, cleaned every inch of the interior, as well as, washed, waxed, and detailed the exterior including the rims, headlights and even the engine. This is a top flight outfit from start to finish. The minute I pulled up to their office I was greeted by Ryan who did a quick initial assessment of the damage to my '09 BMW 328XI. He then ushered me in to Nicole behind the desk who started working the phone within minutes to get the correct details from both insurance companies involved. While all that was going on, Alex went out to do a more thorough evaluation of my car. He told me exactly what needed to be done and about how long it would take. This place has it down to a science and it works perfectly. The end result is a damage repair/paint match that is second to none. I hope no one ever has to use an auto body shop but if you do this place is the one. First time using this shop but definitely not the last. After a tree fell on my car I did some research and picked this shop and I’m glad I did. They did an outstanding job. North Shore did an absolutely amazing job repairing my wife's Honda CRV - it literally looks better than it did the day we bought it. They repaired it perfectly and they also went so far above and beyond, including detailing every inch of it. Nicole, Alex, and Victoria are all such genuinely good and nice people, and they are extremely competent – they are on top of *everything*. They were like advocates for us when it came to dealing with the insurance company and all of the games they tried to play. There's a Warren Buffett quote where he says, "Don't just satisfy your customers, delight them", and this is definitely how North Shore operates!

North Shore Auto Collision is the best! They deserve 10 stars out of 5, that's how good they are. Alex and the rest of the crew were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process, which included dealing with my insurance company, completely repairing my car, and even detailing every inch of the car (interior + exterior + engine!) for free before I picked it up. My car needed a whole new front bumper as well as needing the rear bumper to be repaired, too. Now my 2017 car literally looks and feels brand new. I was really blown away by their level of service as well as their character. This is the place to go when you need to get your car repaired and when you need it washed or detailed!

Someone hit my car June of 2023. I seen the reviews on this body shop and I called them. Spoke to Victoria and she was very nice and helpful and straight forward. She makes you feel calm and stress free. Victoria and her husband David were great, can’t forget about Alex also. Car came out great. The color matching was great, work was great, it’s like the car was never even touched. And they use OEM parts also. No aftermarket. After the job was done, they did a great job with the detailing on the car. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again but if anything I would come back here with no hesitation and recommend them to anybody. Appreciate you all and the crew for making me leave happy.
