After going to my regular mechanic for alignment and was told that they couldn’t get it straight and my Frame might have gotten bent after hitting a curb took it to Auto Tech they where able to get it to aligned properly and found no other damage to my car

Great staff. They really know what they are doing. Came in cause my oil filter blew up and leaked all my oil a day before my vacation. They were able to fix it up and I was able to bring my car for vacation. If you looking to get your car repaired right this is the place you need to go.

I should have written a great review sooner, this is not the first time I used GN Auto Tech. Hands down the best quality repair and service you will find. The first time they saved me thousands from a "Dealership diagnostic" to a simple repair on a Mercedes and just recently saved me again with their superior diagnostics on my BMW. Val showed me digital images of the damage of my wiring harness before repair and after. Meticulous work and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Very satisfied - they used their impressive diagnostic skills to solve a tricky problem that my local mechanic could not. Val took the time to explain what he found and answer my technical questions. Auto Tech's repair fixed the issue and saved me thousands compared to what my dealer came up with (or made up). I would recommend them highly for your premium brand European car.
I would rate Val and his staff 11 on a scale of 1-10! We have been customers since the 90's, through a variety of cars and have always been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. It is so comforting to have an auto repair facility that you never have to second guess and always know that you are getting the correct work done at a fair price. Even when I lived in Florida for a few years I always took my cars here if they were in NY. If you are in need of a mechanic that you can trust, who will do for your car what he would do for his own, your search has ended. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I finally decided to see them after my son in law suggested for years. They are unreal. They're from another planet being so good. Wow what nice people and soooo professional. I can't say enough. I have been going to GN Auto Tech for the past 20 years and have never been concerned about my automobiles. The shop has been owned by Val for a very long time. He and his team of mechanics are competent, honest, accommodating, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. They will never say something needs repair unless it really needs it. I can honestly say I have never been taken advantage of or ripped off. It is rare these days to find honest and competent mechanics but happy to say Great Neck Auto Tech is top notch and second to none. Whether or not you have a brand new Porsche or a 20 year old Chevy, these guys know what they are doing and do it great. First I must start off by saying that John & Val are really outstanding and will go to any length to help there customer. They will also give you time even they are very busy which they are all the time. They are HONEST, reliable and when they say you need a part whatever it might be for your truck/car you know it will be done. When it comes to appointments Rose the Office Manager is there to help in anyway she can .. She as well is very willing to do whatever she can to help. They are A # 1 in my book ...I've been with them for years and now I'm moving out of state, wish I could take them with me. ...
