I had a good experience at this dealership. My car had a flat in queens and I was brought to this location. I had not been to Great Neck Lexus prior to this. They treated me very well and even though they thought it would take 2 hrs to repair they got it done in 1 hr. I would recommend this dealership because they have good customer service. I did wish though that they washed my car because my dealership in Greenwich CT does a complimentary car wash when I bring it in for anything

Great experience at New Country. We bought a used vehicle here, and the experience was so much better than all the other used car shopping encounters we had. Our salesman, Rob Moscowitz, was smart, friendly, no-nonsense, helpful, a true pleasure to do business with. We felt very confident in all our interactions and we highly recommend this dealership.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my Lexus ownership experience Before this vehicle, I had always owned German cars, primarily Audi. I decided to switch to Lexus because I believed it would be a reliable vehicle that would last a long time and cost less to maintain. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. In February of last year, rats chewed through a harness in my vehicle, causing significant damage. The repair ended up costing me approximately $2,700. What concerns me even more is the way the estimate changed during the process. Initially, the dealership estimated the repair for a lower amount. However, once they realized my insurance might cover the damage after inspection, the estimate suddenly increased by about $600, which they attributed to an additional three hours of labor. I still do not understand the reason for this increase. When I spoke with the Lexus dealership in Brooklyn about the issue, I was told that the situation was “not that bad” because they often repair rodent damage that can cost $6,000–$10,000. Hearing that this is a common problem with Lexus vehicles was extremely concerning. Even more frustrating is the fact that nothing was done to prevent this issue from happening again. The dealership staff even mentioned that they regularly see customers returning every six months with the same rodent-related damage. For a luxury brand like Lexus, this should not be considered normal. My lease ends in May, and honestly, I cannot wait to return this vehicle. Throughout this winter I constantly worry whether my car will start after work, or if it will even be safe to drive if rodents have damaged the wiring again. Considering the price I pay for this vehicle, I should not have to deal with these kinds of concerns. Instead, I find myself buying rodent sprays, spraying underneath the car, and hanging peppermint pouches throughout the engine bay just to try to protect the wiring. From what I understand, some of the wiring insulation is coated with soy-based materials that may attract rodents. While the car itself is comfortable, runs well, and the hybrid system is excellent on gas, the rodent wiring issue completely overshadows those positives. For anyone living in New York, where the rat problem is widely known, this is a serious concern. Based on my experience, I would unfortunately not recommend Lexus vehicles in areas with heavy rodent activity. I expected reliability and peace of mind when choosing Lexus, but instead this experience has been a costly and frustrating headache.

From ordering to picking up my new vehicle, my wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the service art New Country Lexus in Great Neck. Mike, the GM made the process effortless and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Gabby was also quite responsive with the status of the vehicle and kept me up to date with pick up. We worked. With Dayshon to review all finances and paperwork. This was done in a quick and painless way. Edgar was super patient with my wife when helping her to set up all of her technology in the vehicle. He always asked if she had questions and was quick to answer. This is an “ all hands on deck” establishment. My wife was thrilled with her surprise and we would highly recommend this dealership to future purchasers.

Great Salesman, but Shady and Deceptive Finance Dept (Beware of Dayshon Wade & Michael Abramov) I want to start by saying my salesman was professional and helpful. However, the Finance Department at New Country Lexus of Great Neck is absolutely deceptive. This is my second lease here, and history repeated itself. During my previous lease, the finance manager, Michael Abramov, forced me to pay an extra $1,000 for added options and made me wait for 3 hours. I was extremely upset then, but I decided to let it go and not leave a bad review ONLY because my salesman was good. I thought this time would be different, but I was wrong. The current Finance Manager, Dayshon Wade, tried the same manipulative tactics. My salesman clearly stated $4,200 including taxes and the first month’s payment. Yet, Dayshon initially quoted $4,300. When I called him out, he "discounted" the $100 as if doing me a favor. He then pressured me to pay the first month's payment again via credit card, even though it was already included in the $4,200. I eventually had to get a refund from the salesman after the contract was signed. This is a clear attempt at double-charging and fraudulent financial practices. I tried to be a loyal and patient customer, but this dealership continues to trick its clients. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with Lexus Corporate regarding these recurring deceptive practices. If you buy a car here, double-check every penny and STAY AWAY from Dayshon Wade and Michael Abramov. P.S. The GM clearly cherry-picks positive reviews to reply to and ignores real issues. They boast about being a top-rated Lexus dealer, but they must be talking about being the best at being the worst.

Made an appointment to get oil change service on my lease Lexus Nx, and made some complaints about some issues with the veichle. My appointment was at 11am and the wait was very long. Minutes after 2pm I asked why was it taking so long and I was told he would check. About 15min later that the noise I was hearing was something to do with front end parts and that is would take about 2 hours to fix and being that I have been there so long I would wait the 2 more hours. It was minutes to 5pm and I was still waiting. I went to the associate again and he checked and told me only one issue was completed. I was hungry and exahusted with all the waiting and I expressed that to him. About 10 mins later he had offer me a loaner which I excepted. The associate was very polite thats why I even gave 2 stars, but I felt after waiting six hours for my veichle and still was not ready was very fruastrating and upsetting. Just to leave and come back the next day for my car paying toll gas. After recieving a text saying my car was ready I given a small discount for the service maintance, which really was not a discount because I had to spend it on gas and toll. They have to do better with appointment times when it come to veichle repairs.

I blew out a tire on my way to manhattan, but was able to ride the run-flat to my destination. On the way back to Long Island, I drove a total of about 50 miles when I realized that tire was coming apart. I pulled over to inspect the tire and only then did I realize I had stopped outside this Lexus dealer in Great Neck. Now it's 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon with an impending blizzard. Generally, everything is closing down early, people anxious to get home, including us. We were immediately greeted by the most amazing service department representative, Matthew! Matthew grabbed hold of his technician who was essentially out the door and whose name escapes me, and asked him to take care of my car. The technician was pleasant and got right to work. I had my car back in 20 minutes!! Even the valet was pleasant and attentive. I am grateful to the entire team, especially Matthew who reminded me that the new tire was included in the package I purchased. Friendly, empathetic and competent customer care! Best part: I didn't purchase the car from them, but from the SMITHTOWN dealer. They absolutely bailed me out of a desperate situation. I can't say enough about Matthew and how wonderful he was to us. Had to shout out Jamall and this facility! Jamall was awesome to work with - easy going but so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and fast! They got me in my car the same day which was such a relief after I had been stuck in a rental for weeks. I’ve dealt with other dealerships and this was the best and most seamless :) Not a lot of room in negotiations but price felt fair. Plus, Jamall even checked in to see how things were going a few days later. My previous dealership ghosted me post purchase so what a breath of fresh air!

I had my Lexus serviced at new country of great neck over the weekend and they did a phenomenal job. Matthew ramgolam was very knowledgeable. He went over the pricing and advised me what was urgent and what could be done at the next service if I chose to do so. What I liked most is that they send you a video of their inspection and what they recommend. Not a lot of places do that. The shop itself is very clean as well and They're very friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you really want to maintain your car with trusted professionals

Our experience at the New Country Lexus of Great Neck showroom was outstanding, and it was completely because of the master consultant, Jamal Thompson, who helped us. From the very first interaction, he gave us a genuine family vibe. He was warm, respectful, and extremely reassuring throughout the entire process. He never pressured us at any point and treated us with complete honesty and care. There were no dealer fees or unnecessary add on charges. Just the car price, taxes, and registration, which we truly appreciated. We were coming from a previously traumatizing car buying experience with other money minded dealers, but at this place, Jamal turned everything into something incredibly smooth, positive, and truly happy. First time at the facility for a safety recall repair. Very pleasant experience. The gentleman who greeted me at the parking lot helped me drive my car into the repair site bc i didn't comfortable driving into the building. Matthew helped take care of paperworks for me. He even explained to me how i can clean my backup camera(i know very little about car). The video showing what they did to my car is also helpful. Thank you for auch a pleasant experience. I recently leased a 2026 Lexus from LGN and every step of the process was immaculate. It started with reaching out to Jamall on social media after watching a few of his clips with new customers or car buying tips. We set up a time to meet and Jamall walked me through a NX350h and RX350h, with no pressure at all, just pure conversation. We were able to quickly decide on a vehicle and it came down to discussing vehicle details and contract terms. Everything was no pressure and was easily an enjoyable experience. Being that the vehicle had to be reserved, built, transported, Jamall kept me apprised of the entire process and once the vehicle delivered, Jamall gave me a call, we set up an appointment. I then met with Jason, the tech specialist and he walked me through how to use the features and the Lexus app. All in all, I would definitely definitively recommend going with Jamall, Jason, and finance manager Dayshon! They provided a clean, easygoing process. I will definitely be back when it's time to renew!

This was my first time leasing a vehicle, and the team at the Lexus dealership made it absolutely seamless. Jay, my salesperson, was fantastic—informative, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. If I could title this review, it would be teamwork makes the dream work! The team at New Country Lexus was nothing short of a dream team. The starting line-up - Jason in Sales who answered the call and moved VERY quickly to secure my car when a new VIN was released in transit from the factory - the exact car I was trying to find for MONTHS, Mohamed - the most thoughtful business manager who helped me work through multiple details remotely in Maryland (where I am from) so I could be fully prepared on the day the vehicle arrived, Edgar the Tech Specialist who made sure I was fully versed in operating my new Lexus TX 550h+ Luxury for my five hour drive home, and finally, Michael, the General Sales Manager who was an absolute angel making sure that I got on the road back home as quickly as possible after flying in to pick up the car. Of course there were also all those that I didn't meet behind the scenes who make everything at New Country operate smoothly and like a dream for their customers. As someone who traveled from Maryland to pick up this car, I'd do this 100x over with New Country Lexus. They were the best!

I informed you on the same day that the tire was leaking, yet after your inspection you claimed there was no issue. If you don’t offer tire-repair service, just say so—don’t lie or show misleading videos to deceive customers. You didn’t explain the real problem and instead tried to push a tire replacement on a car I just got in July. That is unacceptable and irresponsible. When I went to a trusted mechanic right after leaving your shop, they immediately found a nail in the tire. Your failure to notice something so obvious is unbelievable and completely unprofessional.

I want believe their hands are tied in correcting the issue with my Bluetooth disconnecting. Customer care has admitted that this issue may be unique to the software in this vehicle. I am keeping my fingers crossed after the latest update.
