My husband and I drove over an hour to buy a car from Mike and we’d do it again! From initially reaching out about a car, to driving it off the lot, Mike was there to provide information, answer all questions and be upfront about the process. Mike answered every email I sent and answered every time I called. We did not feel pressured at any point during the transaction. It was a smooth process. Mike met our needs for a weekend appointment and we are grateful for the accommodations to make the process happen.

? BUYERS BEWARE ? I purchased a BMW 650 for $25,000 in November 2024 from this dealership, and it’s been a nightmare since. I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected by their shop mechanic and that all fluids were changed. Within the first month, I got a dashboard warning to minimum oil - caution. I topped it off and assumed it was a one-time thing—until the same warning came back at the end of January. Then, the issues started snowballing. A check engine light came on shortly before the entire screen went black—no audio, no alerts, and no seatbelt chimes. A few hours later, the passenger-side door stopped locking remotely and wouldn’t respond to the unlock button inside. The only way to open it was by manually pulling the handle from inside. I called the King Point Auto to report these new problems and confirmed they'd be able to take a look while my assistant stayed with the car, since I couldn’t make it myself. They said it would take no more than 1–2 hours. With my luck, the screen turned back on while the car was in route to the dealership—but miraculously went out again right after the mechanic looked at it. So naturally, no real diagnosis could be made for the screen issue. The mechanic did bring the car in, poked around, and diagnosed a PCV valve issue, saying he'd have to order the part. Unfortunately, both he and my assistant completely forgot about the door lock issue. And because the screen was back on during the visit, they didn’t do anything about that either. But here’s where it really went downhill: After the mechanic looked at the car, my assistant started it again—and the screen didn’t come back on. She politely asked him to take another look. His response? He started screaming at both her and the owner of the dealership, yelling, “I’m going to lunch—be back in an hour!” Shocked, she looked to the owner, who just shrugged and said, “See? He yells at me too. I can’t tell him what to do.” This level of unprofessionalism and mechanical negligence has now led me to a BMW dealership, where the full scope of damage is finally being addressed. The estimate? Over $13,000 in repairs—more than 50% of the original purchase price. All of this is the result of issues that were either ignored, missed, or lied about by Kings Point Auto at the time of sale. Shame on me for not researching them better. I truly hope no one else falls into the same trap. For context, I’ve owned a 2011 BMW 528 (2020–2024) and a Mercedes ML350 (2022–2024)—both without any problems, purchased from other local dealerships. I know how to maintain my vehicles. If you’re thinking of buying from this place—proceed with extreme caution.

I just purchased a Lexus from Kings Point Auto and I must say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I ever had when byuing a Car, Mike was just amazing explaining every detail about the car and taking the time to listen to my concerns and questions. the entire experience was quick and efficient I received all the documents I needed (inspection, Insurance, plates) and left the place driving this wonderful car. all the best for Mike and his business, will definitely recommend it to family and friends. thank you so much once again Mike.

12/05/2024 Update: Reposting this review after giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt following his response. I conducted my own investigation with Wells Fargo to verify the money flow. Below is the exact timeline confirmed by Wells Fargo: April 30: The dealer requested the first payoff quote, which was $35,418.36. May 3: The dealer requested the second payoff quote, which was $34,679.04 (a $750 reduction from the original quote). May 6: Wells Fargo received a check from Next Gear Capital Inc. (the bank used by Kings Pointe) for $34,686.12. This amount was $750 less than the initial payoff quote of $35,418.36, confirming that Wells Fargo had already accounted for the $750 I paid. Despite these facts, Mike continues to claim that his company sent the full initial payoff amount to Wells Fargo and refuses to refund the $750. Wells Fargo has a detailed transaction trail that leaves no room for error. It should be simple for Mike to verify the check amount directly with Next Gear Capital. However, seven months have passed, and he still blames Wells Fargo while ignoring my emails and texts. I remain open to working with him to find an amicable solution, but since he is unresponsive outside of this review, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience publicly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Response from the owner 5 hours ago Jimmy, Sorry for your ongoing frustrations. What happened here is really very simple. We did our deal, the payoff owed on your trade in from your bank Wells Fargo was factored into the new deal & we finalized your purchase. We immediately sent them funds, and before they cashed our check, they pulled funds from your checking account with the auto pay you had set up for the car you traded in. The payoff balance we got from them and money we sent them to satisfy the FULL payoff of the account was processed in full BEFORE they took that payment from you. Bottom line is Wells Fargo owes you money and your frustrations are misdirected towards us instead of them. While frustrating, it was your job to cancel your auto-pay and also your job to get the money they took from you back, not ours. I tried to contact them many times as a courtesy to resolve the situation but could not keep doing so after months of being transferred and not getting a call back from anyone who promised to help on their end. I work extremely hard to make sure all my customers are happy so it's equally or more frustrating to me that a deal that was done "flawlessly" (as you put it) was tarnished and left my online reputation with a black eye due to Wells Fargo's bad business practices. I hope you find it in your heart to reconsider this review and take this up with them instead of blaming me. Thanks again for your business. We had a perfect transaction, everything went smoothly, however, there was an extra $750 payment that I made to the bank prior to trade-in. Mike promised me at closing that it was no issue, and that money would be returned to me. I was in constant contact with Mike since the very beginning when I realized the extra $750 made, and Mike just kept assuring me that he and his office manager would be looking into this. I followed up every month and always got the same answer "someone's looking into it". Fast forward 4 months, Mike had since stopped replying my repeated message request as well as e-mail. I have no other choice but to update the review. It is unfortunate because the car buying experience was great, transaction went smoothly, but then Mike decided not to refund the extra $750 l paid, or even trying to work out a resolution. At this point I cannot recommend the dealer.

Excellent car buying experience with Mike at Kings Point! I’ve been searching for a while for a Mini Cooper that fit my criteria. I found the best one Ive seen in the range I was looking for at Kings point but was skeptical about making the 2 hour trip to see it. The car was exactly as described, in exactly the condition it was listed in and was in better mechanical shape than I expected. Mike addressed all of the minor things I was concerned about and even went above and beyond and did some larger things that I did not ask for. The purchasing process was quick and seamless, and the car was detailed nicely at pickup. I will definitely be frequently checking in on his inventory and checking back in for my future needs. I highly recommend!

Purchased a car from Mike many years back and all went well, they were very helpful. Found myself in need of a car for work urgently and called Mike again out of loyalty. Ran our credit. Was told we had an approval and there were options and he would call me back. Spent almost 2 weeks calling, leaving messages, and after running our credit vanished. While I understand Mike is in high demand, leaving someone hanging after hitting their credit report is poor service. I gave two stars because of a past experience, but this one was wrong, and I wont be back. I've recommended so many people here over the years, I believe in rewarding good service but in this case there was none and I lost 2 weeks waiting for nothing with useless inquiries on my report.

Upon entering this dealer I was greeted with Mike, who was super down to earth, not like those scummy dealers who only care about selling and making $. Was provided the best service I've ever had compared to other dealers. Mike was extremely knowledgable and upfront with pricing and details. This was my first time working with Mike at Kings Point Auto, and it was incredibly obvious that his focus is on the customer and not just pushing inventory out. In the past, I’ve had incredibly negative experiences with commercialized dealerships - hidden fees, completely not personalized, and prices that were clearly inflated just for sales. With Mike, the price was what was listed, he didn’t try to talk us into anything, and his knowledge and love for cars was completely apparent throughout the whole process. Mike gave me and my husband a great car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and honest. There were no added fees, the price listed was the price of the vehicle and of course taxes etc are added afterwards. But there were no "dealer fees" etc that most other car dealerships add in a manipulative way. Mike didn't pressure us to buy the same day or pressure us to buy any specific vehicle. He understood what exactly my husband was looking for, presented options, allowed us to test drive and was patient with us while we deliberated. While doing the paper work process, he didn't hide his screen, we were able to see and read everything. Nothing was hidden. I truly appreciate his honesty, how knowledgeable he was of cars in general, and the true effort of getting us a great deal. I had bought an SUV at a different dealership prior to my husband finding Mike, and I regret not finding him sooner. One day I plan to come back to Mike to buy a sedan. ****HONEST REVIEW**** I will try to make this short. Mike has shown me nothing but excellence and great efforts to make my car buying experience smooth and easy. He sat down with us and explained every important detail that we did not even have to ask a question because he already answered all of them even before we asked. The car I bought from him (2017 q60) is 4 years old yet can be mistaken as brand new. His staff and mechanics were welcoming and where all smiles. I would definitely recommend them to those who are looking for an honest dealer.

First I would like to say this place has the best prices ! A dealers job is to sell you a car and make some money in the process! Nothing in life is completely free. When your financing you have to expect a cost ! Of course not everyone will have the same experience! But this is my second time buying a car from this dealership. I don’t generally write reviews online but felt the need to here, given the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had at Kings Point Auto and working with the owner Mike G (his colleagues Ryan and Sam were also helpful). I was in the market for a BMW 5 Series and had checked out several dealerships prior to coming to Kings Point Auto. Many of those other dealers employed the sales tactics and tricks that I feel give used car salesmen a bad reputation. My experience with Kings Point however, was exceptional. My first impression walking into their showroom and lot was that it was filled with beautiful cars (many BMW’s and Mercedes) and they were very fairly priced. I could tell Mike has a good eye for cars and picks his inventory as if he was buying these cars for himself. What really impressed me was that there wasn’t any high-pressure sales pitch. Instead he was very informative, easygoing, helpful and patient throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous BMW 550 from him. He also was able to get me an excellent finance rate through his lending relationships. He is dedicated to the business and ‘gets it’. While others are looking at you as a one-time transaction and a quick buck, Mike looks to build relationships, as he knows a happy customer is a repeat customer and this is probably not the last car you will buy. I imagine any negative reviews may be from those with unrealistic expectations. I found Mike adds value every step of the way and as a result I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family to him. I would like to say thank you very much to: Mike, Sam, and Leo. You guys are great people, who know how to take care of your customers. I was looking for BMW 535 for about 6 months and I went to several dealers. They all wanted outrageous prices and the cars were not very clean. I came across Kings Point through a coworker, who highly recommended Mike. I called him and he told me he had a 535 with x drive available. I looked at the car on the website and could not believe the price. When I came down and saw the car and the condition, I was impressed. I did not even drive the car yet and I wanted it.
