I haven't purchased car there but I think the salesman tried to trap with add ons and said that they put 2000 less online and increased the price while I was there..
I'd say if you have idea how to deal then you're good. But if not they steal your money.
Not their fault but the dealers are like that..be careful and always research about how dealers play with your mind and then play the game.
Where do I begin, I went in on February 2/3 to purchase a car prior to going I called and asked if they dealt with all credit types? I was told yes, and that my income will be used. Upon me arriving I was greeted nicely and worked with Johnathan before giving them my information, I mentioned that if needed I can get a co-signer(which I now know I shouldn’t have mentioned cause I got the same car from some where else with no co-signer just a higher down payment), upon me giving them my paystubs I was told I would have to leave $500 as a holding fee. I wanted this car bad and I didn’t hesitate after leaving fee I was told by Johnathan he would call me the next day by noon. Of course the next day comes and there’s no call. So the following day I call to get a follow up no answer the day after they reached out to my co-signer who didn’t have the paystub and needed until the weekend to get bank statement from his credit union bank. He text Johnathan back if that would be ok and there was no answer. So I start calling and asking for manager and some type of communication from Johnathan finally the following week he reached out and said my co-signer never sent paper work. My co-signer said well he never answered and he wasn’t answering you either so honestly I don’t want to work with them(understandable) so I let Johnathan know and asked if we can move forward with just me. He asked the manager and the manager said no so now I ask for a refund of the $500 holding fee he said it was processed and will take 3-4 business days (this was on February 12th). Today is March 5th and haven’t received anything in my account I’ve called several times and have been giving the run around as well as sent to voicemails after speaking to someone. This was by far the most horrific experience I’ve had ever. It has cause d me emotional distress and anxiety episodes as well as ptsd due to bad experience at another dealership in which I shared with Johnathan. I really just want my money back I have a family lawyer that will be going with me in person this weekend to see what’s going on. I’m hoping for the best.
This place is a SCAM. Do not waste your time! I was very interested in a vehicle at the price point of $18k by the time they were done with fees, it ballooned up to $27K. This is completely unacceptable. They entice customers with a lower "fake" price to then do a bait and switch. According to them, this "selling price" is with a 20% down payment already calculated. Again, do not waste your time on this so called car dealership.
Good overall process. The folks were friendly but the math is unclear as they posted the vehicle for certain price but the downpayment is not included with that price.
Also the vehicle was filthy when I arrived even though they knew I was flying in to come see it. Did not detail it as they tolf me they would either.
Shawn, I'm waiting on back panels to be shipped to me and did not recieve a manual with my vehicle.
I had a very disappointing experience.
The advertised price online was $20,895, but when I arrived, the real price was significantly higher with additional conditions and fees. The out-the-door price was nowhere near what was shown on the website.
I also spent over two hours at the dealership only to find out the vehicle was not even on site and would need to be brought in. That makes it impossible to properly inspect the vehicle, especially cold start condition.
Very misleading advertising and a waste of time.
I bought my BMW 4 Series and also my Mercedes-Benz from this place a while back, and I could honestly say the management was much better. I visited the other day to check out an electric car they had in stock, and man, when I tell you that place is depressing. I guess the economy isn't doing so good, so the sales are down.
If I could give them a zero star I would. I spoke with Natasha that I was coming on Sunday. When I’m on my way I check their website and the car was no longer on their website. Mind you I drove 4 hours and I’m only an hour away. There another car that I like so I still went. Got there at 10:12 Am and do everything, so for me to test drive the car they want to do a credit application first. They told me they can’t get me approved unless I have an co-signer and I did. Then boom after 3 hours they said I wasn’t approved. I was like okay, so I call the lender on Monday and they told me I got approved. So I call the dealership and they say let me figure out what happened and transfer me, it went thru voicemail and no answer after that. Do not go to them waist of time
We saw a price on Cargurus and liked the car. We called Auto Expo, but they refused to give us information over the phone. We drove for 2 hours to their showroom. They increased the price from 26,000 to 32,000 by adding a lot of extra charges. The person there said that's how the system works, but this is outright fraud.
I understand dealerships need to make money, but not offering "out the door" pricing over the phone is an immediate red flag. Based on the internet price the vehicle was on the top of my list, but after not being able to finalize numbers over the phone and schedule a PPI and shipping for the car I had to walk away.
If you are out of state, this dealership wont work for you, but if you're in the Tri-state area and want to make the drive and "work the numbers" in person, bring a coffee and some advil.
I got my first car from Auto Expo and it was the best experience I got the car of my dreams Jonathan was great very helpful and polite made the process easy thank you guys definitely recommended
I came to this dealership from Pennsylvania to Queens to see a specific car that I had been looking for over five months. From the moment I arrived, I made it very clear to the sales agent, Shawn, that I was only interested in that vehicle.
Instead of trying to help me secure the car I wanted, he repeatedly pushed three other vehicles that I had no interest in. It felt like the focus was on closing any deal rather than listening to the customer.
As the situation became frustrating, my brother joined the conversation to clarify—again—that this was not the car I wanted. Shawn responded, “Are you the one financing the car?” When my brother asked for his name, Shawn replied, “Don’t worry about it.” That response was unprofessional and disrespectful. I never saw the car in person.
As someone who works in sales myself (Verizon, Hazleton, PA—feel free to check my Google reviews), I understand customer service and how important it is to listen. Customers should walk out with what they want, not what’s easiest to sell.
Agent to agent: 0/10 experience. I strongly suggest additional sales and customer service training. Based on this experience, I would not recommend walking into this dealership.
I am still bitter, for what they did to me. The robbed the hell out of me. They are scammers and fraudulent people. Car cost $16.000 and I gave them $25.000 cash. I gave my friend a ride ...after she exit the car the passenger door wide opened in the middle of the highway. Thank God , I did not have an accident. The door was defective and I had no idea. Shawn you are excellent at what you doing,remember Karma Exists.
Pretty weird place. I found their listing on CcarFax. Called asking what would be out of the door price and was told that I have to stop by to get the number. Asked for the manager but he did not even want to talk to me. Wonder what they are hiding.
Thank you Josh the sales manager took time out of his day to sell us a car personally himself, we got a 19 Escalade and traded our 2026 CRV they gave us more than anyone else for the trade value we appreciate everything here !
They tacked on 8K in fees after finding out we flew in to buy the car. Turned out the car they sold us was stolen. And now they won’t answer the phone.
Since i cant reply to the reply, editing my review. I actually did reach out directly to resolve my issues, and was told there was nothing i could do about it, and there was nothing illegal about what was done. So. yeah. these people are absolute scam artists.
The service I received from Auto Expo is was amazing. Eric the salesperson got me a car and made the deal happen no matter what. Auto expo is to be trusted and will leave you with a smile.
Was gonna come here to buy a car that seems like a good price online! After reading the reviews I realized everywhere I realized that they are one of those dealerships that entice you with good online prices and then add bs fees like destination and crazy dealer fee for no reason. Go to a real dealership that only charges a small fee for the dmv service

Here’s my horrible experience with them.
I found a car on Cars.com listed for $16,495 with an estimated $306/month payment. Everything looked good after the test drive, so I gave them my info and a $500 deposit, they said the bank needed to see it, which turned out to be a lie. The bank doesn’t need a deposit just to calculate financing numbers.
They promised to call me in two hours with the finance offer, that call never came.
The next day, Marc texted me about insurance, saying the bank needed full coverage and I could cancel it anytime. I confirmed with Progressive that it wasn’t true. Still, Marc insisted they were right and told me to trust him.
I told him I needed the financing numbers first, why buy insurance without knowing if I’d even buy the car? When he realized I wouldn’t do the insurance, he said I had to come in person to get the numbers from the finance director. Like it was some big secret that couldn’t be shared over the phone.
So I went there again and got stuck with these unprofessional scammers.
The total price they gave me was almost $24,000 for the same car listed at $16,495. The original price of the car when they bought it was $19,700. So on the website, they were advertising the car for much less than they even paid for it. Ridiculous!
When I questioned it, they said it was just a promotion and that “every dealership does the same thing.”
Marc had confirmed the $16,495 price multiple times before. All lies!
Once they saw I wasn’t falling for it, they accused me of “wasting their time,” even though they wasted mine driving from Brooklyn to Long Island twice.
When I asked for my $500 deposit back, they said they couldn’t refund it immediately because I paid in cash and would get a check in the mail. They even mocked me, saying they “don’t need my $500.”
This dealership is full of fraud and dishonesty. They’ll waste your time, your money, and your trust.

Where do I even begin? Auto Expo turned out to be one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Their ad listed the car at $16,000, but when I went to purchase, the price suddenly jumped to $26,000. At the time, I was caught up in the excitement and didn’t realize the trap I had fallen into. Later, the reality hit me hard — I felt crushed knowing I overpaid by $10,000. To make things worse, a friend of mine bought the exact same car at an auction for $12,000 with lower mileage. You can imagine how betrayed and regretful I felt.
SHAWN, the salesman, is a liar and deceiver. He puts on a friendly front, but do not be fooled. He promised maintenance was done on the car, yet when I received it, there was no windshield washer fluid, the pressure pump wasn’t working, and the glove compartment is defective. They even promised to replace the glove compartment piece — but when I went back, the part they ordered was completely wrong (wrong model, wrong color).
Before the sale, Shawn constantly texted me, eager to close the deal. After the sale? Silence. He has nothing to do with you.
I know I lost money, but I trust the universe will handle the karma for this company. If you value honesty and fair treatment, stay far away from Auto Expo.

This past Sunday, my husband and I walked into Auto Expo, and today I’m driving a car I’m absolutely in love with. Even though we came in very close to closing time, Sean welcomed us without hesitation. Not once did he make us feel rushed, he took the time to show us the cars we were interested in and really focused on making sure everything made sense for us as well as for them.
When it came to the financing side, Steve and Derek stepped in to help, and together they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I’ll be the first to admit, we are not the easiest customers, but Sean’s, Steve’s & Derek’s patience, professionalism, and kindness made everything seem effortless.
Five stars is an understatement for this dealership we’re beyond thankful for the experience and the team who made it happen.

Tbh I would’ve gave it a higher rating if it wasn’t for the finance crew (Derek) . I was told one number and then got swindled and ended up paying for the price that I wasn’t satisfied with in the first place that I stated while I was there and then was told that “it was explained multiple times” and ignore my finance request … anyways Eric is the only reason as to why it got 3 stars .. Eric was very supportive throughout the whole process and patient.. he took care of all my concerns with the car before I received it , helped me insure the car , and register it. My boy ! If you decide to go ask for Eric ! Just be very careful with the finance staff ..
Ask for Mark with a C not the K he is a great representation of the grand standard was very communicative. Got me the car that I wanted quick and easy and I’m not easy. Take a picture of the car.

They want push you to financing the car. If you are able to paid off, they make excuses and the car you want is sold by magic for another mysterious client.

We came to see the car YESTERDAY. We informed today morning that we are coming back to buy it, and 4 different people tell us different stories about the car has bein sold already, with a receipt made at the same time we arrived, such lie!

Absolutely horrible experience — avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re a woman.
I visited to see a Mini Cooper Convertible that was listed online as being in “great condition” I had a appointment at 6 PM and still ended up waiting over an hour just to see the car and test drive it.
When the car finally arrived, the check engine light was on, the engine was so loud and entire vehicle was vibrating — it clearly had serious mechanical issues. The employee who came w us on test drive gave completely different information than the salesperson I had originally communicated with.
When we returned to the dealership, a man named “Steve” suddenly barged into the conversation, cigarette in hand and bluntly said that they can not sell the car because the engine was too damaged and would need to be returned. Which is another different answer than the other 2 employees.
Meanwhile, a group of male employees who stand behind of “Steve” were smirking at me and my male friend in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
This place was not only disorganized and dishonest, but also rude and borderline creepy. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, especially for women.
There was a guy at the information desk — I’m genuinely glad he was there while I was alone. Thanks to him.
