Why is the lighting so strange and hazy in here? Needs to be more organized and neat. I enjoyed browsing the diverse selection. Helpful employees.

Everything looks great, just…there’s r few things missing n problem. I won’t say much, I’ll say two things only. (T_T) I can’t find the blue navy yarn that I’m looking for, for the past few months n still they doesn’t have it yet. Second, the restroom?. From the past summer time, I did ask the employee is it’s ok to use the restroom, n the employee said “sorry, no costumers cant use the restroom”. Which I was desperately need it to use, so I went out n return home, I was constantly pain so much. Thnk god I reach home n use the ? toilet. I don’t think I was the only one who need the restroom. I’m a bit disappointed at Micheal store, n y not letting yr dear costumers use the restroom (u knw y there’s no restroom outside except homedepot n some other stores that they do let other people use it n buy something there). Y not use the paper sign on the restroom door n let others knows, before Micheal stores will have less n less customers. Don’t ask me or other costumer or commenters y. Let the costumers use the ?restroom.

Pretty big store with a great selection. Often seems understaffed though. The staff members are almost always super friendly and helpful, especially the custom framing department. Huge bonus points to all Michaels locations for giving teachers a 15% discount off our entire purchase!!!

I really like the size and selection of this Michaels. It’s pretty close to where I live so I go often. I find it tidy and organized everytime I go, and I appreciate how quiet it is, practically therapeutic. They have restrooms for customers if needed. There are a few self checkout counters which is great. One time occurrence- Last time I went, there 4 four people outside chatting by the entrance for about 10 mins, rather hyped up, smoking (one)and moderately loud. One of the people was clearly a worker. I would’ve taken a star off for that. Customers kept having to squeeze by the worker by the door and I didn’t exit my car until they left. It just doesn’t look good for business. The area certainly doesn’t cater to that “look”. But I kept the fifth star because overall I don’t think they represent what I love about this particular Michaels location. Overall I do recommend this location for great finds, starting up hobbies, redecorating, or just a meditative stroll thru sensory friendly aisles.

Would not recommending place online pick up or delivery orders from this store, they do not manage their online inventory well and will frequently cancel orders unexpectedly.

Nobody picks up the phone when trying to check on the status update for a very expensive framing job. I was eventually able to speak to someone and asked for a manager - after calling several times, the person answering the phone said "her manager told her to put me on hold" - this is completely unacceptable behavior. Would strongly suggest going to a different framing store.

My to go place. I love that they have everything in one store. I can walk in and find stuff for the kids to do while I'm busy at home.

Horrible. No human cashiers. They use self checkout only. I don't support replacing human with cashiers and I don't want to work as a cashier for free. I am completely disgusted. Terrible customer service. I won't be back. I refuse to self checkout. Bring back human cashiers.

Useless workers. Don’t even try to find out price on merchandise. Told me to check into the site to find out. Useless.

​I strongly advise against using the online pickup service at this location. I have given this store two separate chances, a year apart, and both experiences were a complete waste of time due to consistent service failures. ​My first attempt a year ago was met with dismissive staff who, after a long wait, claimed my items weren't in stock despite the online system showing full availability. They refused to check for any stock to verify. ​Hoping it was an isolated incident, I tried again recently. This time, after I waited in the designated line, the cashier refused to process my pickup order. They stated they had to prioritize the regular checkout line, which was perpetually long. After waiting for 30 minutes alongside other frustrated pickup customers, we all left empty-handed. ​It's clear this store is not equipped or trained to handle its online order service. Save yourself the time and frustration; the convenience you're looking for does not exist here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Michael’s UPS drop-off. The staff was unhelpful and acted like assisting customers was an inconvenience. They didn’t greet me, rushed me through the process, and seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions about the drop-off. The location was also disorganized, with boxes and supplies scattered around, making it feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you’re expecting good customer service or a smooth drop-off, this is not the place. I will definitely avoid using this location in the future and recommend others find a different UPS drop-off that actually values customers.

Workers are super miserable, lazy and lack basic human decency. I shouldn’t have to do YOUR job of checking out people because you don’t want to. I shouldn’t have to keep going from self-checkout to self-checkout and all of them were paused transactions of fellow customers that were supposed to be cleared by the “employees” but never did which deters buyers. Shouldn’t take me 30 mins to struggle to check out. WE keep you employed. Your job is NOT promised. So many stores closing and wouldn’t be surprised if this one wasn’t next. Shape up guys! Your job is NOT that hard.

Great store for shopping for our 5 grandkids! There is always something creative to work on, and we love browsing all the games, too. We haven't been there for some time. We'll have to go an see the new products. K

I just visited this craft store, and it was spotless! They had a huge selection of items, and I snagged some great deals on supplies. The staff was super helpful and really friendly, too. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience! Definitely check it out if you're into crafts.

This Michael's is a nice clean place that appears to have everything you would expect. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, they seem to be under staffed. I have gone in there a few times and each time I had to seek out someone, to go find someone who could help me. I probably waited for about 10 min each time. Not really a big issue, but not ideal.

The store is nice and clean and very well organized, I wish it would it be a bigger store because they have a lot of good items, and unfortunatelythey didn't have what i pre-ordered or not the colori wanted.

Held my daughter’s 4th birthday party at Michael’s in September 2024 and had a wonderful time! We chose the “under the sea” celebration which included three crafts - first involved painting a canvas, second was coloring a shark headband, and third was clay sea creatures. The crafts are probably more suited for children a bit older but my kid and her friends were very happy anyway! The classroom is relatively spacious, the staff including the manager were lovely and helpful, you can bring food & cake in, and overall this party was relatively affordable. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a casual and affordable party for their kids.

Very nice,, great quality of hope supplies. I just wish that the fake flowers that they have, have prices. The perfect story for birthday presents!

Anaisa (so sorry if I got her name wrong, I wasn't wearing my glasses) is an awesome manager. I went to the grab and go shelves, but my order wasn't there (it happens when your order is too big to fit). I asked employee K (I'll just call her that instead of putting her full name) for help. She tells me to join the checkout line and have a cashier help get my order. Thank God I asked the next person I saw, which turned out to be the manager. The line was insane and I ordered online so I could just pick up my order and leave. Seems my order was in two places... part was in a back room, and the other portion was behind the registers. She is not just an awesome manager because she helped sort out my order retrieval, but because I noticed she was directing customers at the checkout so that the line would move. Before she stepped away to help, she instructed another employee to direct the customers on the line to keep it moving. She was constantly giving instructions on the handheld radio.

This was my first time ever in a Michael's craft store and might I add it won't be my last. I went to the store in Woodside! The store is nice and spacious! Very organized and bright! I walked down every aisle which all the crafts and supplies were neatly organized on the shelf. The reason for the 4 stars is because the bathroom was not so clean and the handle to the the toilet was very hard to push down. Also the toilet paper rack was broke which the roll fell on the floor. Other then that the cashier Eric was very nice and personable! He smiled and made small talk! He suggested that I sign up for the rewards program in which I saved 25% on my purchase! Insanely crowded during the holiday season but surprising fast movement on the line and mixed customer service. The floor employees consistently gave us wrong information but the cashier was super helpful and knowledgeable about the store inventory and layout. Overall I have a positive experience.

One of the largest Jane Davenport sections in NYC. Go online and you can get coupons for 30-70% discounts. They have a wide selection of art and crafting supplies.

First time there and found what I was looking for. The store is clean, organized well, easy to see what you may be looking for. I didn't get lost and didn't have to ask for help. I needed some mason jars and found them right away. The location is good too, plenty of parking.

I love this store! I always spend hours here. They have everything from paints, canvases, frames, baking supplies, knitting supplies, storage boxes, beads, realistic faux flowers, scrapbook papers, toys, games, and anything that is craft related. The prices are expensive but if you join their newsletters, you get 50% off coupon regularly.

Some items are pricey, some are cheap. A lot of variety. Wonderful store.
