Tire ruptured while driving to an event, the day was saved thankfully since I was near this tire shop so I drove there as slowly and carefully as possible. It was good experience, the mechanic was quick and quite skilled. Got the job done in under 30 minutes and saved the day for me as it was getting late and my only other option was to tow my car. However the manager it seemed tried to upsell the price of the tire change so we had to negotiate a bit to get a fair price. Other than that great experience.
Had a wheel that was cracked in 3 different spots, next day wheel was returned in showroom condition repaired to perfect standards. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy. 5 stars ?.
Took forever to get attended. They didn’t even come up to me until I went in their shop and literally try finding someone to help. They charged me $76 for a 16” tire that went flat on the way home. Do NOT waste your money here
The guy that's there on Wednesday mornings at 8am to replace or repair the used tires makes it very difficult to spend your money here. When I was interested in purchasing a new tire he spoke clear English and was very responsive until he checked his inventory and realized he didn't have it. Than it was all down hill from there. He didn't know how long it would take to order the tire new or used tire and grew more and more short in his tone, almost like he was annoyed he rathered me walk than call his boss. He didn't know I purchased the tire from his boss on the other side of the car and he had it delivered in about 30 minutes. I didn't say a word more. I just moon walked up out of there. Spend your money elsewhere please ? ?
Bought 3 tires all them bust in one month ..first one in 2 days ..these guy is crook ..law should investigate quality of there products ..is not safe guys ..please avoid ..
They're good at what they do, will get it done fast and good if you already know what you need done but customer service is horrible. Went to get my tires checked because they were losing pressure, told him it could be the valve since i had just gotten some work done on the wheels but instead of checking that he checked the pressure (charged me for it) and tried to sell me tires instead of actually checking what the problem was.
Great prices on tires and services. They were able to fix a flat tire on my Tesla Module X ay a fraction of the cost compared to the branded service center. Great job!
They are a great place to get used and new tires. Went there yesterday to get a replacement tire for my Mazda. Initially gave a old tire by accident but went there the next day and gave me an exchange and balanced it because it was a different kind of tires
November 14, 2017 i came to this shop to fix the tire with minor problem. I needed to add air once a week. After i payed $20 for alleged repair my tire got worse right next few hours. Avoid to visit this and next to this shop!
