I did a lot of research before going to this place. It’s too early to talk about the battery performance and reliability. I’ll provide another update in 6 months. I paid for a new battery that is 2.5 times cheaper than the dealer with a 2-year warranty for a 2013 Prius with 200,000+ miles. Marco is great like other folks mentioned. It was a great experience. The entire battery pack was replaced with a new one. I have a copy of the paid invoice as well as a copy of the warranty. The entire process took 45 minutes including the time Marco spent with me answering all my questions.
04/03/2023 Update: No issues to report with the battery replacement after driving the car for almost 30,000 miles.
Technician Marco installed brand new Enno Hybrid battery pack for my 2015 Toyota Camry. He is very knowledgeable. He explained the process of the installation and maintenance of the hybrid battery.
This is a very good place to replace battery. They did a great job with my 2011 prius. Mr William Ibanez makes you feel at home with good personal attention and answering all my questions. I highly recommend them.
My experience dealing with Willy he was a nice person and I gained a lot of knowledge from him. He had no attitude all around nice guy.He took care of business got me in and out!!!!!!! and on my way.I would definitely recommend him to other people.The whole staff was very nice and polite. Best decision to get a new hybrid battery for my prius at Lazarus. Willie and Marco were outstanding. Their professionalism and expertise really made the experience great. I first went there several months ago and Willie determined after testing that I could wait and I got another 4 months of smooth operation with my car. Then when it was time to really get a new battery it’s the only place to go. It’s a state of the operation and if you’re thinking whether or not it’s worth it I can say my Prius has 300000 miles and it’s running great with the new hybrid!

Lazarus Reconditioning are the best. Willie and Marcos helped me out. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do. But they diagnose the car for me free of charge. They also help me to take inform decision to replace my damage hybrid battery.

I felt very bad with the diagnosis that I had to buy another battery that they gave me at the vehicle dealer,but thanks to the attention in LAZARUS by Willian's parter and his partner they were able to solve the problem with a small cleaning of the hybrid system fan and Verifying the system in the computer, it was determined that the problem was not the battery. Thanks to that two angele and the google statement that I was able to find this workshop. Thanks for everything.

We thought we needed to replace our Prius battery but when we got a diagnostic at Lazarus, Willie found that the fan just needed to be replaced. He was helpful for the entire process, took the time to explain how everything worked, and helped us understand how to get the most out of our car without upselling. We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back if we run anto another issue with our vehicle!
My 2015 Toyota Camry had a check charging system and check hybrid system, I went to a mechanic shop. I was told I needed to replace the battery.
I was told about Lazarus Reconditioning by a friend.
So, i decided to give it a try it.
Willy, a manager there, ran some test and find out that the problem was a fuse on the inverter, and problem was fixed.
Not only did they not replaced my battery, but were honest about my situation.
These guys are profesional , very knowledgeable and extremely honest.

My Rav4 had issues with the hybrid battery, and my friend referred me to Lazarus hybrid battery, and they did an awesome job.
The battery replacement took about 45 minutes. It was very quick. I thought I would have to wait more than 2 hours.
The hybrid battery from my 2007 Camry died, and Willie from Hybrid batteries, Lazarus, gave me a great deal on a refurbished hybrid battery for my car.
Friendly staff and very clean shop, I recommend this shop if you have hybrid battery problems with your vehicle.
stay away from this shop..,they do all tricks to rip you off ..,i went to the shop to repair my prius v 2014 low milleage 92000,they diagnostic to replace 3 cell, they hustling me and push me to replace my battery with a new one for 1300 plus tax, he said when you have to replace 3 cell soon you will have same problem so i trust him and he suggested me to pay cash $!!,so i went to the bank to get money cash,after half hour i came back he said the job is done even he did not mention or inform me he will keep my battery ,when i get home my brother and i we open the cover to see the battery , we saw old battery with sticker on it " recondition"so next day i went to the shop to ask for my battery back or return his battery they said in website said we have to keep the battery i said i am not Agree you never mention that i have no idea i tried to reach out the owner or manager they gave hard time they start laying and play game tomorrow later..,they tell me hire a lawyer and go to court !we took the money and battery and you can not do anything for us we have a lawyer, at this point i found out they are profficional stealing by law see you in the court ..

I had a problem with my hybrid battery. I google Prius hybrid replacement, and they pop up, I gave them a call and the service was good and the mechanic who helped explain the procedure.
