DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY - DO NOT VISIT!!!!!
I went to this shop for a simple tire patch because of a nail in my tire. What should have been a $30 quick fix turned into a nightmare. They SCRATCHED THE PAINT AND RIM on my MERCEDES and damaged the wheel bolt BEYOND REPAIR. A small, basic job quickly turned into OVER $$$2,000+ in repairs, with lasting damage to my paint and rim.
I spent days talking to the owner explaining everything and giving them many chances to do the right thing. They REFUSED TO PAY anything to compensate for the damage they caused. This is easily the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They showed no care, no responsibility, and no respect. Do not bring your car here. Ever. If they damage your car, you will be stuck paying for it yourself. I will never return, and no one else should either.
My experience is always good here, I have been here several times and the technician Yender has always provided me with good service. I will recommend others to come here.
came in today looking to get my windows tinted after looking at other places and getting offered extremely high prices. i came here and the employees are super attentive, very helpful and kind. i was welcomed and taken care of immediately, very good customer service, prices are super economic. i will be coming back for my future projects i have planned🙏🏽🙏🏽i am beyond satisfied with my new tint. thank you guys for taking care of me today🫶
Today I came by because my taillights weren’t working thought I had to buy new lights for replacement turns out it was just a fuse and they were able to fix it in 30 mins and save me money great customer service great work will definitely for any lights issues with my car !!!!
Was here the other day and the worker not sure his name did a horrible job on my tint. He scratched my window with whatever razor he used for the tint. The only benefit the worker let me leave with the tints for free. Now I have to get my window replaced on a brand new car that I just bought
Took my car here to do tints, pretty average price overall, competitive with other locations. But the job was done quickly and I didn’t have to spend much time there. Friendly staff
My experience at GTR was excellent.I put running boards on my 2020 Toyota scienna as it was much needed and Gabriel was more than forthcoming with all my questions.THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
The guys at GTR QE are great with impressive attention to detail and also amazing customer service . Very fair with pricing and helpful highly would reccomend and will be coming back to bring them future work.

Came in yesterday to have my remote started taken a look at. I was having difficulty with it cranking the car over. They quickly took me in and figured out the bypass was acting up and fixed it for me immediately. I appreciated the attentiveness and promptness of the work!

Terrible experience. My father came here to change the radio of his car. When he was told the radio arrived. He went to have it installed but turned out there was a piece was missing. He came back another day when the missing piece arrived. Had the radio installed but not happy with the result. The radio looks cheap for the price he paid. The radio is crooked but we’re told the radio has to face the driver supposedly. Well fine, we can live with that. However, the radio has a static sound that comes and goes which is very annoying for anyone. When we came back to have the static issue addressed he was told he will have to pay extra to fix the electrical issue they caused during the installation. He never had any static issue with his past radio but is being told the issue is not the radio but his antena which doesn’t make sense to me. The employees are rude and not helpful. They do not try to listen to you, just speak over you. Do not recommend their service. At the end my father will rather stay with the static noise than continuing to work with them.
This place is expensive, and the work is below sub-par and not worth it. Had them install the u3000 thinkware dashcam. It was $200 and gave them all the accessories with fuse taps they just cut the cut wires and did a hurrendus job of taping and running and securing the wires and didnt even use the taps but some were missing. A week later, my camara stopped working and when I go to check if the fuse from fuse tap burnt out and what do I find none of the fuse taps were used and it looks like in the photo. I took it back to the shop, and all they did was push the wires back and just taped them all together.
The staff of GTR QE CORP.is really good specially Louise and Gabriel and other technician who put my radio monitor with backup camera,the installation is very good.thank you so much guys
Great Service! So friendly, very professional and efficient. Came here for my insurance photo inspection and was greeted immediately and made sure at all times i was being taken care of. Luis was amazing and gave me good prices for tinted windows as well. Gabriel did a great job with the inspection and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 100% whether you need your photo inspection for insurance or any kind of tinted windows or bumper guards or any services they provide, they will do a great work. They even have comfy chairs in the waiting area. Overall Fantastic service!
