I brought my leased car in for routine maintenance and waited about 2.5 hours. After that long wait, Ernesto approached me and told me one of my tires had a bubble and needed to be replaced along with a wheel alignment. My question is why this wasn’t addressed earlier while the car was already being serviced. I explained that I was in a rush to get to work and would bring the car back within a few days since my lease includes a rim and tire warranty. Ernesto firmly told me I do NOT have tire coverage and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I told him I was sure I did because it’s part of my lease agreement with Honda, but he made this statement without even checking my account or verifying it on the computer. He then said if I wanted him to check, I would have to wait even longer. After already waiting almost 3 hours, I was being asked to continue waiting for something that could have been verified right away. If I hadn’t known my lease coverage, I could have been charged for a tire replacement I’m not supposed to pay for, plus an alignment. Ernesto dismissed my concerns and was very adamant about telling me “no” without even having the facts. His approach felt extremely condescending and dismissive. As a woman, it made me feel belittled and as though he was attempting to take advantage of the situation rather than actually listen to or help resolve the issue. His attitude and lack of professionalism were very disappointing. This is my second lease with Honda, but after this experience I will definitely be considering other car companies when my lease ends in June.

Shem was very polite when I approached him. I was sent over to him without his knowledge and without hesitation he assisted. Great customer service , good energy. 10/10

Paragon Honda customer service was great! We recently bought a late model car here and were very impressed by the service and the car’s condition. They did not tack on any unnecessary fees like most other dealers and they were fast and courteous throughout the process. Monica handled most of the purchase and we were very pleased! Highly recommend this dealer.

I have been going to honda for a couple of visits prior and most of them have been a positive experience until the one I had on 1/21 and 1/22. the reason of my recent visits was due to my side mirrors not functioning properly. I have gone before to have the housing replaced from my passanger side mirror however after Honda replaced my housing the side mirrors stopped functionally correctly. while reversing the car, my mirrors adjust down to view the curb but the side where the housing was replaced doesnt auto-adjust upwards when switched to drive. they told me that in order to just to check what was wrong they were gonna charge $200 and that if it was something my Honda Care membership covers I will not pay it. they had my car the whole day and didn't even check on the problem and send back my car with a very aggresive driver. Next day they picked up my car four hours after reversation and when advisor called me, he said that it my mirror was fine that some LED I have in my car are messing up the mirror. those LED were installed a week after I got my car and my mirrors had no problem at all until they fixed my side mirror housing. they wanted to charge me almost $700 to fix it and that was not including labor. I said I have Honda care and they said it is not cover so I said no to get it fix. they still charge me $200 for diagnostic and not fixing anything and on top of that, I asked for my car to be brough back to me around 5pm they send it back at 9pm. I don't kmow of the driver or the people at Honda didn't notice I have das cams but when I check them I saw the driver before getting to me he went to the bronx back and forth. they put over 50 miles on my car, used my ezpass and exhausted my gas cause as soon I got into my car it gave a signal that needed to find a gas station. I do not know how to get to them to help me. I am really disappointed at them. Like it makes no sense to have gotten Honda Care if they are still gonna say that the problem is not covered by it. They want to charge me like if I am buying a pearls.

I came in for my complimentary multi-point inspection and also purchased a wheel alignment servucd due to my steering wheel being slightly misaligned in my brand new 2026 Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid. I waited approximately 5 hours for these two services to be completed (with no real communication throughout) and at the end of it, I received no details on how the multi-point inspection went and on top of that, my vehicle doesn't even feel like it underwent a wheel alignment! It's the exact same as when I brought it in! Pep Boys is infinitely better in this regard and they are very transparent about what stage of your appointment you're in and gives you real time updates and provides a full written report with your receipt. This is just unacceptable from Honda of all brands/manufacturers. I will not be purchasing any further services from this location or any other Honda servicing location for that matter. It hurts me to say that but I cannot go through such an experience again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Honda. Jose was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless. He respected my time and made sure everything was completed promptly. His level of professionalism and customer care truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I have taken my previous accord and now my Honda Pilot for all service at this service location in Woodside. They open 24hrs , and also provide the convenience of pick up : drop off service. Recently i had an issue with my pilot after a flat tire cause damage to the suspension. Ernest Wan was my advisor and provided clear communication on options and timeline. He is also helping to expedite the repairs and order our new wheel to ensure we get the vehicle timely. I recommend contact Ernest if your Honda is in need of service.

Had some work done. Definitely do not agree with the outcome of warranty claim status, but that is on Honda. This review is more for the service advisor. Ernesto did an excellent job.

Absolutely the worst. Appointment for Oil Change at 9:15 a.m., Not complete until 3:50 p.m. after telling them we would be waiting. When we received the text it was done we proceeded to cashier window we were instructed to goto the service advisors area to get the paperwork (the cashier can get to that area in three steps while I who walks with the assistant of a cane had to walk around the whole building) the service advisor handed us the paperwork and sent us back around the building to the cashiers office. We asked to speak to the service manager and we were sent back around the building to find (the white guy in a suit) him ourselves, When located the service manager was too busy to see us but we were welcome to see an assistant across the room. If I could give a lower score then one star I would. I really have to question ever using Paragon Honda service again.

Ernesto was great at his job and seems to be the only one in this place to get things done! I came in to fix a headlight that was covered under warranty, it’s the diagnostic team who failed to known their own service bulletin and told me it was my fault that the headlight was tampered with, I paid the fee to get my car back but obviously I did a charge back on the card and let me tell you they never wanted to correct the issue so quick, I came in after they agreed to refund my money back which took over 2 weeks! They fixed the headlight but getting my money back was such a hassle. The staff here is incompetent and this place should not exist! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Listen to the bad reviews, this place will waste your time and all they care about is taking as much money from you as possible

They initially told me the inspection would only take two hours? But a week passed and they still hadn't given me any results, not even a phone call! When I finally went to pick up my car, they hadn't done any repairs or inspections. I had to drive it home, parked it in the parking lot, and the battery died so I had to force it to start! I'm furious; this shop has absolutely no service quality whatsoever.

Recently went in for an oil leak issue and had to leave the car there for few days for the parts to arrive so the tech can work on it. It was a pleasure to worked with Ernest, a busy and hard working guy but will still take his time to explain and answer any questions or concern. He updated me on the progress and informed me immediately when it’s done and ready for pickup. This guy is all over the place and didn’t even had time for lunch! Manager need to step in and get him a sandwich and 30min uninterrupted! Overall a good experience and customer service provided by Ernest

I have nothing but praise for Paragon Honda’s service department, particularly for Zaira Morel. If you go here, I highly recommend asking for her. I had a long day waiting for a tow and was taken to Paragon, as they were open late. Zaira made me feel comfortable and taken care of after so many hours of stress. The following day, I got my car back and had another excellent experience with Zaira. She communicated with me very clearly and put me at ease. My car is working great, and I left with a smile because I was treated well. I hope Zaira will be recognized for her hard work, courtesy, and exemplary professionalism. She is an outstanding employee- I can’t say enough good things about her. As a woman, I often dread going to the dealership, but this experience made me feel respected and taken care of. It was my first time at Paragon and I will be back for all my service needs because of Zaira. In addition, I will recommend Paragon and Zaira to all the Honda owners in my family. I decided to write a review of my own accord because I was truly so impressed with her. You can’t imagine what a relief it is to be helped that way when you’re an exhausted mom who got stranded for hours with a broken car. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much.

We will never bring our car here again. The fan in our Honda has been a consistent issue since it's purchase. The car is brand new with no accidents and though we have had it for 4 years we're under 30k miles. They told us we had a leak in our line and had to pay almost $500 to remove debris. The administrator who called my husband said there were " sticks and a bunch of debris" in our blower motor. We had a singular leaf. They also told us we had a leak in our line which effected our coolant and was the cause of our fan issue which upon inspection was not true either. We spent $250 between the inspection fee and the cab for no assistance. I dont know who has a spare $250 to just throw away but it wasn't us. Update: I'm updating the review because the center did reach out and offered to correct what happened. They are dedicated to trying to work with customers for retention. We appreciated their effort to make things right and will consider them in the future.

My experience at Paragon Honda Service Center was deeply disappointing. 1. The lines were enormous, and the wait times just to be acknowledged were frustratingly long. The two young ladies at the front desk had sour attitudes, treating customers like an inconvenience, complete with eye rolls. The overcrowded waiting room was a clear sign of how slow and inefficient their service is—they simply can't meet deadlines. 2. The coordination for pickup and drop-off was poorly managed, adding to the overall frustration. While they do offer free taxi shuttles and provide coffee (though without milk), these small gestures can't make up for the subpar service. Despite bringing in my car with three specific issues, they returned it claiming there were no problems at all, yet the issues remained unresolved. I'm now left with no choice but to file a claim with Honda corporate. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Roger from paragon Honda, a sales agent, who now transferred to plaza Honda because he screwed over so many customers is scamming new people at plaza Honda * I am happy to revise this review if someone from management reaches out with a resolution.
