All my parts come from this place. All parts OEM for the low. Whatever you spending at the dealership , you saving half of what you spending at the dealership. For example a “ brake hose “ at the dealership cost $60 , at north side it cost me $15. That’s a steal. OEM AS WELL !

Called them to see if they had a part that I needed for my car in stock. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nasty and I asked him why the attitude and told me that he had dealt with me earlier in the day even though I never came into the store for that day and that was my first and only time that i call them for the day. He kept asking me was i a walk-in even though I was calling on the phone and I told him i had the business name and that I have shop there many times in the pass. He kept with the attitude and I told him to have a nice day and then hung up. I never had to deal with a employee at that location that was so unprofessional so thank you I will take my business else where.

Called them to buy a parts and they always told me hold on and I waited for them for long periods and they never answered me , they hung up on me, that’s bad service, I dont know why the manager doesn’t say anything about it…?

Called them for an hour and a half made 11 phone calls it tells me im a valued customer I’m next in line then drops the call after 3 min. Not a single Person available for almost 2HOURS ?!??? Don’t bother calling save your time and order on rockauto.

Excellent service. All European car owner should check this for OE or OEM parts. The people who shop from FCP Euro if it’s too far or have to wait long for delivery you can check the parts over here. Price is also reasonable. Quality is excellent.
They never answer their phone, and attitude in person is as if they’re selling parts for free. If they don’t fix their customer service this place will shutdown soon, take your business elsewhere.
they do not take back returns ever. keep you waiting for 6 months for returns and keep saying "they will pick up" but then play games like "our dispatcher was told" and then when driver shows up for delivery "oh dispatcher needs to create RMA" .. ridiculous infantile company to deal with

Today April 1st I went to exchange a part that they gave me yesterday and it wasn't the one I needed.
Yesterday I went back at 5:05 and they told me that were close when people were inside employees were inside but I understand they told me to come back today at 9:00am and I got there at 9:00 am gate was up but the door for the office was not so I waited outside until somebody else got inside by a different door and told them so I followed the other person and then they open the door that we normally use I left at 10:23 am because they were helping everybody else but me people who got there after me left before me.
So I waste the day of yesterday and today it's fine everybody make mistakes but I felt like.... Try to fix it right away if you don't want to At least help who got there 1st, everybody has to wait for their turn that's how I feel I will never go back to this place.
I've been dealing with northside for awhile and one Thing I can say is Shout out to my guy Farhat he's very very very serious about customer service and extremely thorough.He will make sure you get what you need and if you need to change or add a item he does it with Class Northside is the place to go!

My husband called on Saturday asking for a part for our Range Rover and was quoted $270. Come Monday he calls again to verify the part is in stock, now the price is $340, anyway he agrees and says he is coming to pick it up. Upon arrival, 2 hours later, he was informed by Raphael, the sales person he spoke with on the phone, that the part was no longer available. Not only that, but when he proceeded to order the part, Raphael said the price was now $380 (not including tax). Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere, and won't be recommending this establishment to any of our friends. Entirely unprofessional.
Farhat was a very helpful guy, I had initially went in the store to order some parts for my car but was not able to. So I had been advised to call Farhat. When I called him he was extremely helpful and nice, the ordering process went a lot easier and smoother than I anticipated, once the order was done with him I was able to get my parts and be on my way. I would give 10 stars if possible, Highlyrecommend him to everyone!

Never had such great service! I had purchased my parts from them for my 2016 Mercedes benz c300. The prices were fair and worked out much cheaper than purchasing from my actual service department. They had my part in stock when I called and was available for pick up right away. Transaction was smooth and the customer service was exceptional. I walked out really happy with my service!
