Very good service, fast…, window tinting, mud guards, dash cam and headlights LED upgrade. Not cheap though…, basic installations start at around $40 cash only.
Quality of tint work drastically declined. Poor cuts along window line and bubbling. Guy has his inexperienced friends helping him with tinting. Need to find a new tint spot.
They did a great job! My GF scheduled a appointment to get the job done on a 2017 Honda Pilot. We got there and they were quick and we were out of there within 1 hour!
Purchase a Bumper bull bar about a year and half ago from this location for my Honda Odyssey 2019. Today April 5 2021 I was coming off the Queens Borough bridge hear and sound and it was one of the bracket broke out of nowhere. I didn't hit anything it just broke , I contact this location to get a replacement and they say that they never heard of this plus they don't sell the bracket only if get it installed and you must have the original receipt and it cost $150. My local mechanic gotten weld for free.
Liked this place a lot. They’re very professional. I ordered 2 guard grilles for my 2016 Outback.. my regular shop didn’t know how to install the rear... I simply contacted the company online and to my surprise they told me to come in and they’ll install it for free.. I was so happy and relieved that I didn’t have to spend more for professional installment. Overall I loved the experience at the shop on queens blvd and my product looks great..
So this is a small space that the tinting guy rents from Auto-Beauty. Its the first store front with a sign that says Window Tinting #70-07 Queens Blvd.. Great job...tinted my 4 door and rear windows of my 17' Audi in about 40 minutes. There was a 1 hr wait so make sure you call to make an appointment or go right when they open. Jason and his team are great ?
Came here before to get my bumper guard few months ago and they did a great job. Called yesterday to get my windows tinted. Quoted me 60 to get 2 front windows tinted, good deal. Arrived and waited about 40mins. Got it got done pretty quick then told me $80. Sure whatever, paid and tipped the guy. Told me do not open the windows for a day. Next day I saw couple of big bubbles in my tint and drove back to the shop. The guy said it was because I opened the window....which I never did. Said I had to pay another $30 to redo the window. Also said I had to come back before closing because he is busy....really...? I never opened the window, had no reason to in this hot weather. What can I say?
Response: the address is 7007 queens blvd and the phone number matches outside the business. CALL the same phone number listed and ask if they have window tinting. Then you better change your business. Nice excuse for every honest negative review. You can already see the owners response is not honest. BEWARE
I am forever grateful for the quality service that Auto-Beauty has offered me. I brought my car here once to fix its headlight. Unlike other auto shops, Auto-Beauty was able to fix it in a short period. Everything was done professionally and the price is so affordable.
Been getting my HID headlights serviced there.
HID lights are a risk to some cars. Don’t always work right. But auto beauty always does the right thing and guarantees their lights. The newer ones that they put on have been working very well now for over a year now. And I use the car to work for UBER so the lights are getting lots of operation time.
Beware! Auto-beauty sells low quality running boards and plastic pad easily came off within few months after installation. I checked with auto-beauty (vangardoffroad) and they deny to cover this by their warranty.
Used their window tinting service. Took 30 mins for 2 front windows and windshield. Looks good so far and it is guaranteed. So ni complaints. They've tinted 4 of my cars so far. 1 time it had bubbles and they fixed it w no issue.
Bad quality workmanship, my tints in the driver and passenger side started pealing after 2 weeks. Jason the installer refused to replace the tints. This place is on my never again list.
Good quality products and very nice cars. They made it easy to get things installed. They are a bit over priced. They charged me 50 dollars to install a baja bar that took 15 mins to install. They work very slow. They took almost an hour to get started on my car while there was no one there. The employees are on their phone and work slow.
Poor customer service. I came all happy to spend some money hooking up my car, when the workers there wouldn't even answer questions. I wanted to buy floor and cargo liners, have my windows tinted, install bumper protection and other stuff and they go and treat a customer like that? I got so disappointed that I decided to take my business somewhere else.
Great Services! Installed my GLC300 running board and it was done very professionally! Looks excellent!!! Staff were so kind, nice and very professional especially Feng Lin! I would highly recommend this place!!!
Cheap tint and wrap quality. I found bubbles in my rear windshield tint, along with scratches/tears in my roof wrap which were both done here for a hefty price. Also didn’t even wrap my shark fin on top. To be honest, they work very quickly which is a plus but you’re not getting your money’s worth here. If you want a temporary job, come here. Not a good idea for the long run.
Tinting skills are good, very experienced. Warranty not so much – it is a small open-door (literally) shop by a busy street, so if it happens too much dust in the air or a dirty finger or 2, you are pretty much out of luck they would replace it for you.
I took my vehicle to auto beauty back in march 2017 to buy n have running boards n back rear bumper protector installed on my suv ...only to find out now by revisiting the site auto-beauty because i want to have a front bull bar install, my vehicle was posted in pictures on their website for advertisement purposes with out my knowledge/permission!!! what nerves!!! they should have asked me !!! What are their policies regarding the privacy of their customers?...they need to remove those advertising pictures!! u have no right even taking pictures without a customer's permission!!!! Other than that issues they installed all the part pretty good except I had to return to the shop cause they left my rear bumper guard loose.
Waiting to long even I had an appointment. And after they're put my car in the garage, I realized that person who got to work having lunch break. No one offered seat while my car in the service,no announcement about lunch break.
I came here to tint my windows they did an OK job however my back windows were not done correctly and they refused to fix it. " we can't do 100% good job 80% is good enough " is what he told me!!!
I brought over 20+ cars here to do tints, led work, and other electrical modifications. The guy who always wears the snapback is very good and his right hand man is also good.
Took my Stock C300 and came out with a Beautiful car that claims to be a C300, but looks like no other. I added 70% Tints, HID Headlamps, Carbon Fiber spoiler and diffuser. They're work is clearly professional. Their Tints are legitimate and do not peel. A little expensive, but worth every single penny. I am very satisfied with their work and hope to get more work done with them!
