Dean’s Automotive was an excellent experience. They took the utmost care of my vehicle and the repairs were second to none. My vehicle looked brand new and it runs smoothly. They washed my car inside and out. Upon bringing me my car, I almost didn’t recognize it. They were also kind, friendly, and respectful. I would recommend Dean’s Automotive shop to anyone including my friends and family. I rate the work done on my vehicle and the professionalism a ten(10).

I recently brought my car into Dean's, with the recommendation from Geico, ater discovering rodent damage under the hood—chewed wires and some pretty nasty surprises. From the start, the team was professional, understanding, and quick to assess the full extent of the damage. They explained the repair process clearly and gave me an estimate completion date. The work was completed faster than expected, and they even showed me the replaced parts and gave tips on how to prevent future rodent issues. My car is now running perfectly again, and I couldn't be more relieved. They also took the time to clean my car inside and out. If you're dealing with unexpected damage like this, I highly recommend Dean's —they handled a frustrating situation with skill and care.

I have been to this dean expert body shop twice and they have fixed my car in both occasions with amazing performance. They are fast with service and very reliable! The mechanic Jose is great and helps get things done in a timely manner. He knew exactly what’s was wrong with my car. I will recommended going there as I will continue staying with this body shop. It’s going on 6 weeks since I dropped my car there for a very minor dent. After the first 3 weeks I began calling about car. First they said they were waiting for a fog light (there was no damage to my original fog light). As the days progressed all of a sudden they’re saying that my car was having electrical issues (never existed before I took my car there). Every single time they said they would call me back they haven’t. Don’t know what sketchy stuff they got going on but they definitely seem sketchy. I use my car for work and I’m losing a lot of money. Below is a picture the damage that was trying to have fixed.

Really pleased with the work Dean's did on my Subaru Crosstrek following an accident where I was hit in the front by a driver who ran a red light. Car looks and performs like new, and repairs were done promptly and seamlessly with my Geico insurance. Even getting and returning my rental car was made really easy. Hope to not need their services anytime again in the near future... but would recommend highly to anyone in need.

I had recently scratched the driver side of my Hyundai Tucson while getting out of a tight garage. They were able to quickly assess the damage, give me an estimate, and let me know how quickly it can be done. The price was reasonable and competitive to another dealership. The results were AMAZING!!! They replaced the door and made my car look like brand new! As a bonus they also cleaned the car. Thank you for a great service and a quick turnaround. Highly recommend for all your car body shop needs.

I am at a loss for words. That is how great a job Dean's did on my family's car. Candidly, I just picked it up, so if any of the parts that were fixed end up failing near term, I will update this review, but I doubt that will be the case. Both my wife and I were truly blown away by the work they did. Geico is really smart for working with this auto body shop. As much as my wife and I complain about our premiums going higher and higher, even without us ever being responsible for accidents, this entire experience has been worth it for damage done to our vehicle that wasn't our fault. On top of that, they were great communicators with us and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Vivian!! I couldn't recommend Dean's more and will definitely refer friends/family to them when it comes up. Thanks again Dean's!

After my car was vandalized my insurance company suggested I try Dean's. I am so glad I did. The work they did is excellent. A thorough job and clearly done by professionals. I had a fantastic experience with the whole team at Dean's Expert Auto Body, including Vivienne, Harold, and Dean himself! My car had been vandalized, damaged frame, broken windows, the works. Dean's got it back to the point where I can't even see anything happened! Knocked it out quickly and were communicative the whole time, making the whole process smooth. I recently visited Dean's Auto Body for the second time, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Harold did a fantastic job explaining the work that needed to be done, was transparent about the costs, and gave a clear timeline for when my car would be ready. Not only did he complete the repairs on time, but he also went the extra mile by cleaning the car, which was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. Harold’s attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if my car ever needs more work!

After being rear-ended the back door of my car was badly bent and leaking. Dean’s was able to not only straighten the bent frame but found another 2003 door and made it look new. Harold was communicating and sending me pictures through the entire process. They even cleaned and washed the entire car to make it sparkle when I picked it up. Excellent work and excellent service! So much more than I expected. I couldn’t be happier!!

Excellent repair! Came in the other day after my parked car was hit. Harold took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs, he kept me informed every step of the way and made this process super easy!

Harold was great at helping me get my Durango Fixed. It came back like new. I had gone to a different shop first but their customer service was disgusting. When I can came to Deans The receptionist was so amicable it felt like the right place and Harold was in touch with me all the way until I got my car back. Super satisfied.

I did an m-sport bumper conversion for my BMW F30, and it came out perfect. From the install, to the paint, to the fitment, it's all a 10/10. Harold was wonderful and was always close by to guide me through the process, offer advice, and to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure the install came out just right. I like how at Dean's shop, you are treated like family! I would highly recommend them for any bodywork you may have, from repairs, to painting, to custom work, they do it all, and they do it right!

This is an overdue review; my parked car got hit and run overnight a couple month ago and was left in a terrible condition. Took it to this shop and they fixed it nicely and the whole process was very easy and pleasant. Special shoutout to Harold who was so helpful and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this place.

I don’t usually review, and this is long overdue on my end but I highly recommend Dean’s Expert Auto Body. Not only for the high level of work they perform but most importantly, the fact that they are transparent and treat you not like a client, but a family member from the first phone call. 2 years ago my car was hit overnight while it was parked on the passenger side, then I met Dean and his team and after a few days, the car looked liked it came straight from Mazda’s factory. I got sideswiped by a reckless out of state audi. I came here based on the google reviews. They did an awesome job. I really wanted to know what interior cleaner they used because my interior was super sleek and almost new. Also would like to know what they used on the exterior. many thanks
