Will be switching suppliers. For past two years I use fellers for same day pick up + they answer the phone within 2 minutes. Today I received the WORST service because I didn’t even get to speak to anyone. Trying to place an order for my business & im on hold for 25 minutes on 2 different phones. For it to just send me to a voicemail. Did this 3 times wasted an hour of my day. It is Tuesday at 1:21pm a normal business day and nobody is answering their phone lines? I am entitled to an explanation as a loyal customer, I will be looking to take our business elsewhere due to this.It is unacceptable to the people who rely on your “fast, reliable” service

I buy from them a lot but not anymore they have deny my credit app with exactly the same info i got 10k with grimco, Also they normally ship old materials
