This company continues to send me refills for medicine that I no longer need. I’ve called multiple times to stop the refills yet I just received a notification that another is on the way. When I called a few weeks ago, they told me there were no more refills on my medication but they would make a note on my account anyway so I don’t receive another order. My 5th unneeded refill is expected to be delivered tomorrow. This is starting to feel like a scam!
Christian was my pharmacist today and I have to say he was the most professional and compassionate pharmacist I can remember dealing with. His level of customer service was second to none. Emed Pharmacy seriously needs to be placed under review.
I personally witnessed my elderly mother be placed on hold for over 20 minutes, while the pharmacy was scheduled to close in less than 30 minutes. The automated greeting alone kept placing her back on hold, making it nearly impossible to reach a live representative.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver falsely logged that he went to my mother’s address — which he did not. The system then inaccurately recorded that she requested to reschedule the delivery. That is not true.
Her medication was supposed to be delivered today by 3:00 PM.
Instead, the system now shows a delivery time of 6:45 PM — after the pharmacy is closed.
I live in Las Vegas and cannot simply drive back and forth to ensure my elderly mother receives her medication, which she depends on. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with seniors and critical prescriptions.
Because of this experience, I will be filing a formal complaint across appropriate platforms. This is not about being malicious — it’s about accountability. Patients deserve accurate communication, reliable delivery, and competent management. If employees are not able to perform their duties effectively, they should not be placed in positions that directly impact people’s health.
This situation could have been avoided with proper oversight and basic care.
My 97 year old Mother needed medication that was unable to be provided by her regular mail order pharmacy. They put us in touch with Emed Pharmacy and we have been satisfied. They call when it's time for her refill. You can pay a time of order or upon delivery. They contact you regarding delivery so even when I'm not home with my Mother, I can alert her to the delivery. We have been using them for several months and are pleased with the service.
This was my second experience with Emed Pharmacy both were great. This time I was helped by Dan who was Excellent! Super helpful, went the extra mile and explained everything from start to finish. I will definitely use Emed Pharmacy again

Weird experience with this pharmacy. They were totally incompetent when it came to delivering my medication.
They would automatically refill my prescription without my authorization and send it out for delivery.
I would get a call out of the blue, “we are 10 mins away to deliver your meds”problem often was that I was no where in area.
This went on for over a year.
I complained to the pharmacy and to the doctor several times, and the pharmacy would tell the doctor it’s just me being unreasonable; certainly not the case.
After my last complaint the pharmacy refused to give my last refill
Changed my doctor and got a new pharmacy, all good now.
These are not good people to deal with.
